A nice friendly pub. Stevenage and District motorcycle club hold their meetings a few times a year and they lay on a nice spread.

Pleasant enough with a selection of beers.. However no lunchtime food and no tomato juice.

Excellent pub, clearly a very local traditional establishment, I was fortunate enough to be there last night (21/12/18) and saw two excellent live singers, wow!!

friendly, smiley barmaid gets it an extra star! basic cheap pub with locals shouting "e's a poofter" at the arsenal match and a note pinned up saying "please take care in the snow + ice as i am not responsible for any accidents"! not so welcoming :(
