The Chicken Hatch in East Hertfordshire

I used to love it, one of the best chicken burgers, but yesterday we were really disappointed, the quality of the food was so bad, not sure why. The bun was not brioche and was not fresh and a little burnt, the chicken had no taste or flavour, it was poor, it used to be so juicy and rich and full of taste. We got strips as well, the Chipotle mayo was good, but again the chicken had no taste or flavour, it wasn't even cooked well. I really hope this was just a one time thing, as I love the restaurant and the place, would certainly try it again just hoping it would be back to perfect.

Here you’ll find the best chicken in stortford, at least from what I’ve tried. I’ve tried both the chipotle and buffalo tenders and they’re both really good. The chips are just average though it says they’re seasoned but they don’t seem it. Also, the chicken was better when they first opened a few years ago, but it’s still really good. The food comes really quick and the atmosphere in eat 17 is really nice and buzzing

The wings and fried look nice on the table. The bbq sauce is nice. However. I am not a fan of the fried crumb wrapping the wing. You can see the hair on the skin, and the actual wing is tiny. They are crunchy but not much taste without the sauce. Fries taste okay. It's £8 for 8 wings.

Best chicken around! Part of its charm is it’s really reasonably priced too - £10 for burger and fries. Winner winner chicken DINNER!

Came on bank holiday Monday. Great burger and chips Awful service by the girl with long dark hair who gave so much attitude. I had to get up and ask for some ketchup since she just ignored me when she slammed by order on the table and left. Came for the food but didn't want the attitude which the other people who brought food to the table didn't have. Really let down the great food they have.

More than satisfied with customer service, great food. Sticky sauce is delicious. Very pleasant dinner we will be back !

We never received our order. Very unhappy with Just Eat and cannot speak to anyone to rectify. Will not be ordering via Just Eat again. Please refund immediately.

Best chicken burgers I've ever had, hands down. The chicken is so tender and juicy and always cooked to perfection. The flavour combos are very good as well. Oh and the chips are top tier.

Food always excellent and service too! Would recommend trying it you haven't already as you won't be disappointed.

I think the problem was you couldn't find a driver so the delivery slot kept getting delayed. As soon as a driver was confirmed it came quickly and was fresh.

Told me it would be here earlier delivery changed by over an hour from delivery. Then once food arrived it was cold
