The best restaurants in East of England

This is one of our current locals. Drinks are quite reasonably priced for the time. There is a fish and chip shop next door where you can purchase good food. They have pop-up food stalls on a regular basis from outlets like the bucket list. Look out for others. I believe they are on a Tuesday and possibly other days.

Best vegan sausage roll I've tried. First time I ever thought I'd buy that again! Great pastry and very tasty filling. I definitely could not make it myself...

Had an excellent Sunday Roast dinner with my family. Had a starter of freshly home made stuffed mushrooms followed by a wonderful roast beef. Topped off with an apple pie.

Having read positive reviews we were very disappointed with the quality of the breakfast and especially the coffee. Everything appeared to be pre-cooked and not very hot . Nice location but that’s at the round all. Typical greasy spoon cafe .

Hands down the best restaurant in Walton-on-the-Naze! So many delicious breakfast and brunch options. And don't get me started on the cocktails they offer in the evenings. If you're visiting Walton, then don't miss a visit to the EastCoast5 restaurant! My favourite.

Nice pub has its own brewery staff friendly beer, ok it's worth a visit

Stayed here for one night, beautiful room with lots of nice little touches. Complimentary breakfast was super tasty and everybody was really friendly, would come again.

Great place to go, child friendly and great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and welcoming if I had to pick a fault that there only a baby changing facillitiy in female toilet, no facility in the men's which left me in a tricky position.

I went for food and camping with our campervan and the staff was so lovely and caring! The food was delicious and the toilets at the campsite were extremely clean!

Absolutely love this place. I have been lucky enough to go twice this month and each the time the staff and food were amazing. First time was with a group of around 15 and second time group of 8 and everyone really enjoyed their food and said they would go back. Family fun, fresh food.
