Pizza Go Go in Chelmsford

First time ordering from the Chelmsford shop, I fancied their hotdog stuffed crust pizza, first one arrived and they had sliced the hotdog in half all the way round, maybe an error so I called explained the issue no worries we will send out another it must have been a mistake… cool another 45 minutes goes by lovely guy delivered the replacement I open the box and inspect my replacement order….. well well well what a shock they clearly are penny pinching 🤏🏼 yet again sliced in half all the way round pic attached

Received a takeaway pizza today, very nice better than expected this is the company il choose for a takeaway pizza

“Pizza go go” the best in Chelmsford !!! Super hot! Super delicious 🤤 just arrived delivery on time .I ordered Gogo Special pizza amazingly surprised !! So long time to have such a great experience as every thing of my order was so hot , fresh & quality 💯 nice toppings looks as good & it’s tastes just made for perfection 👌🏻highly recommended 💯 must say .

Amazing pizzas, so authentic. Had to wait a while for takeaway but was compensated with two cans of drink, which was a great gesture.

When my pizza arrived, it was piping hot and smelled absolutely delicious. I could tell that the toppings were fresh and of high quality, and the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was clear that the chefs took great care in preparing the pizza, and it showed in the taste.( Delivery man Jim )

Second time we have ordered from Pizza GoGo Chelmsford. The first time, the pizza was not cooked, we had to cook it in our own oven at home! We contacted them and explained we were not happy. They offered us two free pizzas on our next order. We accepted this and decided to use this compensation tonight. The pizzas were cooked this time around, although still not the best. However, we had also ordered mozzarella sticks which were inedible. The outside was not cooked at all, they were absolutely disgusting. Safe to say we shall never be ordering from here again and we are not interested in receiving another offer of free food.

Good pizza but takes way too long to deliver. 7 minutes up the road but over an hour waiting.

Been using these guys for years and haven’t been disappointed as of yet! Their pizzas are lovely (my personal favourite is the Garlic Sizzler). The only thing I’ve noticed that’s gone slightly downhill is the Dragon Wings. Nowhere near enough sauce, it’s not as spicy as before and the coating was soggy. Other than that, can’t fault the pizzas!

Went here the other week and bought a small pizza with 4 toppings. The guy said it was £6. When I checked my bank balance to see the man charged me £15. Very strange... Pizza was nice though

Been using them for years. Used to be good but the quality is going down. Pizza is now over cooked. Chicken and meat quantities are decreasing per pizza.

Got the extra large double pepperoni. Was absolutely massive and fed my very hungry family of 5. Great value for money and pizza was delicious

Ordered tonight for the first time. Seriously disappointing unless you like waiting 2 hours for a delivery, pizza colder than the bottle of Fanta you ordered and chips that are hard & ice cold… so glad I paid the additional £3 for delivery, amazing service, will go back to dominos in future

Always well cooked and consistent quality. Recent order had missing items, called to check if still with driver. They sent out fresh replacements, great service.

Arrived 40 mins later than promised via Uber Eats, only ordered one pizza. Was not particularly hot upon arrival and dough was a bit stale.

The pizza was a very good size and worth the money. Delicious and we loved it so much that everytime we ate pizza, we bought it from Pizza Gogo.

Do NOT USE!! FRAUD!!! They copied my bank card. Unfortunately I ordered over the phone with my bank card and the man taking my order repeated every detail out loud. I thought it was strange but didn’t think to much into it. The next day my bank account is emptied.

Ordered pizza from Pizza GoGo for first time tonight. Did not disappoint! Delivered within 30mins from ordering. Hot and tasty! Came with a free dip which was delicious. Will definitely order from them again 👍🏼

Worst Pizza in town by far! It must come down to lazy staff. I ordered a "Tandoori"chicken pizza (hot). Was lucky to find a piece of chicken (which was just plain chicken not tandoori) all the chillis were centred and the pizza itself was luke warm. Not really the time to take your eye off the ball.

Absolutely rubbish pizza, tried to charge me £10 delivery distance of one mile, when all others do free delivery with reasonable order mine was £34.80 to make things worse the staff at the counter are extremely rude Wouldn't recommend to anyone Don't waste your money There are alot of better pizza shops out there

Place gone downhill. Nowhere near as good as it was before. Ordered Friday night, both pizzas luke warm, no bottled drinks as we had ordered and paid for. Driver said I'll being them right back. Hour passed no drinks, called amd they saod its op way. Did they turn up.... no

Ordered two pizza's with a lot meatballs but in 15 inc was just 5 How is that. Really was disappointed

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides only 1 pizza got delivered had to wait over a hour for the 2nd to be delivered. Wont ever use again. Will stick with pizza hut or papa John's

Not a good experience. Ordered a pizza and chicken strips, when i got there to collect they'd forgot about the strips so stuck them on. 3 mins later he gives me the food. Pizza was cold and the hotdog topping was black, and the chicken strips were stone cold in the middle as they hadn't been cooked long enough

Very tasty but either the wedges or garlic dip gave me food poisoning, threw up 4 times because of it, felt incredibly awful for 2 days, ruined my Christmas

Found a women's fake nail in the pizza absolutely disgusting!!!: i ussed to like pizza from there but standards have dropped dramatically!!!! Not going back

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered Pizza at 9pm and still not here at 10.45pm. When we called all they would say is 5 minutes more. Will never order from them again

Flavour =good Qaulity=ok Communication=little mistakes And the main thing but the worst Is that the large sizes was not large. Me and my freind were very disappointed. Alot of money for little.

Used this place a few times and been good but unfortunately this 1 time it turnt up 1 hour and 30 mins late and luke warm at best, disapointed as they are the only place that do 20inch

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Yes, the front-of-house needs a bit of investment, but both food and service have always been outstanding every time we’ve been here (which is a lot!). Before moving from Chelmsford we used to frequent here fortnightly and we’re currently trying to find a GoGo as good as this one in our new area. Best pizza around by a stretch, would recommend the C&H stuffed crust BBQ beast!

Good pizza, yummy taste. There is a deal saying £6.99 for any pizza and any size on the outside of the shop. Yes it is a legit deal. Take that deal, all other deals advertised in the shop are worse. Also make sure you look at the menu and see what the largest size is. Ask for that size, don't trust the staff.

This 1 star unfortunately is due to the attitude of the delivery driver as opposed to the actual food. I placed my order on just eat, phoned the restaurant when an hour later the food hadn't arrived and was politely told the food was on its way which was fine, I was in no rush, I just wanted to be sure they received the order. I opened the door to a miserable delivery driver who just moaned I live too far out, my response was talk to your employers about their delivery radius in that case or get another job, I'm not impressed, as a customer I don't expect to be moaned at and will give the business to others from now on.

Probably the worst customer service ever! Got my order completely wrong then refused to take my husbands order when we sent the pizza back to re order the correctly... Will never use again. The only good thing about them is their delivery driver such a lovely man shame about the other staff

Everybody loves good customer service and I have to say that the guys here are the best at that. I don't know his name but there was a misunderstanding and that could have cost me a lot of money but the guy sorted it out for me and I paid no extra charges. The pizza was really nice. The timing was great. I strongly recommend pizza go go. Thank you so much for your service. I shall be coming back again soon
