Wow. Just wow. That burrito was the size of a bus and a taste sensation, can easily share and go for more menu delights!! Nachos full of cheese sauce, bit less and would have been 10/10 for those. Would 100% return, it's a great set up...notwithstanding the awesome beers to swill it all down with. :)

Best bar in Derby! Frenchie and Lee are always very welcoming and friendly. Great selection of beers and they make a wonderful Reuben sandwich!

Positives first. Staff are pleasant and quick even on busy nights. However be warned, size portioning is VERY inconsistent and depends on who serves you. 9/10 I order a donor meat and chips, varying small or large depending on how hungry I am. Went this evening and the guy before me ordered a large, the box was overflowing even in a large box. This is what I normally expect. I also ordered and was charged for a large. Served by a different lady but was given less than a small just in the large box. Wont be ordering a large again.

Excellent fish and chips. The service was quick and very friendly. The high rating is well deserved. The place looks very clean. The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful. Highly recommended if you're in the area and want to eat good fish and chips.

The food is amazing and excellent value for money. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to answer questions. Overall a lovely experience, and in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended

Amazing 3 course meal, the portions we're the right size and not too much, the Fillet Steak with Garlic Prawns we're Amazing and probably the best steak I've had and to top it off the young staff was fantastic, I'd say one of the best meals I've had and I've been to some top Michelin star restaurants.

Amazing place, such a different vibe from the usual drunken shouty types. This place is pure class. Such a chilled and relaxed environment where you can have a full on wine tasting session with an option of an exceptional cheese board. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you James for being so kind and so knowledgeable on the wines and thank you to Grace (I think) for producing amazing cheese boards. I am a regular now but such a shame James is leaving 😢

Lovely Country Pub. Great food and service. We visited on a Monday night and were pleasantly surprised at how busy the bar was. We had booked a table.

A lovely sunset from the car park to an absolutely amazing meal with great service! The staff are so friendly and attentive to make your visit the best experience possible. The food was ordered and with us in no time at all. We had a starter of mushrooms which were lovely! Then we had the lasagne and goujons for main which was one of the best lasagnes ever eaten! For pudding we had a sundae and treacle tart which were so so tasty. Could not fault one element of this meal and it’s priced reasonably too. Best food and best service we have had in a long long time! Only wish we lived locally as we’d be in here all the time!
