Very helpful people and very tasty food.

We went for Sunday breakfast & we're second in the queue to order. No welcome from the staff, not even a smile. They didn't seem interested in anything. They did greet warmly what were obviously regulars! It took over 20 minutes to get our coffees. Very nice coffee but could have done with being hotter. The food was great & served on piping hot plates. We had to wait for the cutlery & sauces after we received the food.

We ordered a takeaway away and would not be going back. The order arrived late but the main issue was some of our order was missing. When we called to discuss resolving the situation, they tried to excuse the situation and blag their error. In addition the chicken dishes had all the bones left in the dish; this left us concerned what other short cuts were they doing potentially hygiene. The food was average but their attitude to customers and denial of accountability on a seemingly innocent error of forgetting to pack a dish would not see us return to this restaurant.

Lovely friendly greeting as soon as we walked in & great service. Cakes looked amazing but will have to try them next time! Food was great, with a good selection to choose from on the menu & good selection of drinks. Will definitely be returning.

Breakfast with santa ,and what a wonderful experience from start to finish, santa and Mrs claus were so lovely our grandaughters loved seeing them and hearing the story ,And the food was lovely and so much to eat .The staff are so helpful and friendly I would recommend anyone take their children to Breakfast with santa .Thank you all so very very much

I looked at the reviews for munch before going to the cafe so I entered with high expectations and was met with an unpleasant atmosphere upon arrival then ordered our food none the less and the bill came to £15 for just one sandwich and wrap and 2 pepsi max the portions where extremely small for the price and the bacon and sausage where as if they had been sat under a heat lamp for several hours definitely would not recommend.

Such good value - Excellent all round. The quality and freshness of the food is second to none. Friendly as well. And enough staff to handle the queue.

Couldn't fault the food & the menu of the day is such good value. Nice to have some proper Portuguese home cooked food & desserts are delicious too.

It's a shame and I've always refrained from negative feedback in the past but feel obliged to save others having the experience we did. Zero atmosphere, no music, no customers (can see why) none of the first two choices of beer available, nor the first choice of cider and then they didn't understand when asked for a gluten free menu or even a gluten free item on the menu they just pointed randomly at several items on the menu. Including naan bread. Not impressed and had zero confidence we'd get a good meal so we left.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Tried ordering from them on 16th March 2024 however even though they took our money it turns out they have closed down

the delivery time was just within the window said on the app but what made me whole experience so bad is the food was absolutely stone cold all of it the chips stone cold and don't even get me started on the kebab even colder how you can deliver food that cold and not be ashamed is incredible I paid with my own money for STONE COLD FOOD
