After shopping in Grantham decided to call in, my lady ordered cake and latte, I ordered a bowl of soup, after asking 3 times for the whereabouts of the soup, and approx 40 minutes later was told they are busy serving the Sunday dinners, asked for a refund and left, in future best if you advise the customer of the wait as we could of gone somewhere else rating than wasting my time

Lovley place and delicious food. Came in on a Sunday morning and the food and drinks both arrived really quickly and were hot and delicious! Hollandaise was amazing and just what my pregnancy cravings needed! Can’t wait to come back with a baby!

We like to try different places in town for breakfast, having been for coffee here a few times we gave it a go. It was really disappointing, we were one of the first people through the door when it opened and we waited nearly 45 minutes for food. The portion size was average for a full English.Especially.for the price paid. However it was not the best. Couldn't eat the bacon at all it was hard and tasted weird as if it was reheated. It was incredibly over priced compared to other cafes in town. Wont be retuning for anything other than coffee and cake.

Our 2nd amazing birthday cake in 4 months, this one for my little ones 2nd birthday. Tasted delicious, great value and fed our 20 party guests with lots left over.

Lovely place with very tasty food and friendly staff. I enjoyed my fish and chips to the max and their cakes were soooo yummy. Will definitely visit again whenever in Grantham

Visited off the back of an 80+ mile bike ride, the staff were closing down but insisted we were ok for a drink. All staff present were very welcoming, friendly and couldn’t have helped more. Thanks all for being awesome at the end of your day and still being happy/polite and willing to have a laugh with us.

Came to Grantham for a parcel collection and looked online for a full English breakfast. Came across this venue and was blown away by how friendly and polite all the staff are. The service level was right at the top. I decided on a full English with cappuccino drink and it was excellent. The produce used was of top quality and cooked to perfection. I will defiantly travel from Peterborough to one of the events that they hold throughout the year. Well done to kitchen and coffee.

Nice coffee shop with a good atmosphere. Whilst my decaf soya latte was good. My husband’s black americano coffee was awful. Not made the right way. Coffee and water which is wrong. It’s water and then the coffee (no added water) so the coffee taste is good. The wrong way around and the coffee is crap.

I have twice been with different family members for lunch and both times we've had delicious well priced food. The staff are lovely too.

Went to celebrate a friends birthday, and the service made it for us. Very smiley, helpful team, who served us quickly and professionally. The milkshakes were the best we’ve had, and the kids pancakes were fantastic. Will definitely be back :)

We both ordered poached eggs which came hard poached my wife’s was with ham which turn out to be very fatty bacon mine with smashed avocado which was just lip service do not believe any recommendations on hear as they are pants

This place is absolutely fantastic, cannot praise them enough. The food was amazing, the coffee is perfect, but the service is absolutely superb. They catered to our huge group, and dealt with an unexpected crisis (on our part!) Incredibly well, with kindness as well as efficiency. They even called to find out how our friend was afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and was so impressed with their caring and thoughtful service. 10/10!

Can’t rate this restaurant highly enough. We called in for a late lunch on a busy market day. Although serving a very full restaurant, the staff were fantastic. A special mention must go to Neev, who went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our orders. The food was delicious - tapas and Eggs Royale, which were perfect. Arrived at around half one the place was very busy but was very impressed with Covid safety measures and organisation. no one was to close together and the place looked very clean!We was greeted within two minutes of arrival I asked if they had a table for four inside but unfortunately they didn’t have any thing for another 30mins.so we decided to sit outside And Our order was taken promptly.While we where waiting for our order the lovely waitress Nieve came over and asked if we wanted to sit inside as we had two small children with us this was perfect! Just got home after having some quality time with my sis, and her eldest grandson. Went in the Kitchen and Coffee for Sunday Lunch and it was fantastic. Very well run considering how busy it was. Have to wait to be seated, masks have to be worn at all times except when seated at your table. Service was excellent, the staff very friendly and efficient and the food was well cooked, well presented and was delicious. In all a very enjoyable Sunday Lunch. We were travelling from Newcastle to London and wanted to stop for lunch around half way. Rather than a depressing service station I found Kitchen and Coffee on trip adviser and decided to give it a try. 8 mins drive from A1(M) exit and easy to park outside. They were very busy as it was a Saturday lunchtime, but were just about able to fit us in. I had Sweet Pepper and Squash soup and hubby had a panini - both were delicious. We had a side order of "fat chips" - they were crazy delicious - like a sort of wedge shaped roast potato!! Yum!! Serving staff were great! Only negative was that it was uncomfortably noisy - but that is only to be expected on a Saturday lunchtime! Would definitely recommend if you are driving between London and the north and want a quick food/coffee stop.

I really liked it here very clean COVID secure with a modern interior its a very buzzing place, The menu was very good caters very well for everyone including coeliacs like myself, The food was excellent full on flavour generous portions reasonably priced. If your thinking of going you won’t be disappointed .

After a long covid break, I'm delighted that my favourite eatery in Grantham is open again. Popped in for a pot of tea and a Coffee & Walnut cake. Delicious, as usual.

We visited Kitchen and Coffee on 27th July 2020 in the afternoon at 77 Westgate, Grantham, NG31 6LD. We enjoyed the great coffee and Annie was very welcoming. They have plenty of space so ideal in these strange times. Thank you to all concerned.

Another lovely breakfast at Kitchen and Coffee. Greeted by staff with a smile and a hello, drinks brought over promptly and food didn’t take long either! The food was delicious, I’ve had a few things off the breakfast menu before and they are all amazing. Both of us had the Works Bagel with hash browns today and they was delicious, fresh, hot and filling. The cafe is extremely clean and decor is very welcoming, and toilets are immaculate. It’s such a lovely place to go and eat. Thankyou again guys!

Visited Grantham today, for the first time and stumbled across Kitchen and Coffee,for lunch. Lovely shop front and tastefully decorated with an eclectic mix of modern and industrial theme inside. Food was lovely and such happy and delightful staff. We went back for takeaway coffee and delicious cake later that afternoon! Will be back most definitely. Thank you

Visited here for a Sunday lunch following recommendation. I felt it lacked atmosphere and this is only my opinion,but feel this venue is trying too hard to be too many things and sadly for me they haven't got it right with the Sunday lunch. The vegetables were under cooked and the meat was lacking flavour and the meal was not as hot as I would have liked. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and it was very busy with coffee, cake and afternoon tea with other patrons so other areas of the business are obviously successful.

Lasted visited 6-8 months ago, this being approx the 6th visit. Customer service very good, atmosphere excellent and very clean rest rooms. By the way , food good also. Excellent place to relax over a coffee/ tea and cake. Meals served as well.

Honestly with the style, food,atmosphere I could have been in any city in Europe. The courteous friendly and knowledgeable staff were exceptional. The food I ordered came on time and was excellent. Will definitely go again and again.

After looking a few options for our works Christmas party, yours looked the most appealing. I couldn't fault the customer service from booking through to the evening. Henry was an absolute gem, he made sure everything went smoothly. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile from all the staff and the food was great and serviced swiftly.
