First time here, Nicola explained the menu perfectly. Thankyou for a great service, we will be coming back! Hopefully I will see Nicola again :)

Nicola was very attentive which we found was extremely well timed and how every establishment should be. Also knew the menu and was able to give excellent recommendations followed by the lovely professional atmosphere she presented.

Came here with a couple of mates and the food was lovely but our waitress made the night. What a lovely woman she was and so funny. After a long busy day it was just what we needed. Big thanks to Nicola for making the experience what it was. Will definitely be going again

Erin was fantastic today! Had a lovely meal out with family :) The atmosphere was also fantastic! Steak was great and very impressed that M&C have a Gluten Free menu too.

First time visiting and will certainly be returning. A picky eater husband means going anywhere new is a challenge, but we were given a gift card so, to celebrate some good news we thought we'd give here a go. Well it was amazing. Nicola, our server, was friendly, professional and,after explaining that hubby is picky, she answered his questions and made a few recommendations to suit his palette. He said he'd never had steak like it, it was so good, and the beef dripping nicola recommended topped it off nicely he said. I had the calamari and back ribs, and the calamari was beautiful. Ribs a bit fatty but that's a risk with ribs,and they were flavoursome. The banoffee tart was to die for. The caramelised banana is a touch of genius(comes with cream but would have preferred ice cream, but nicola said it could have if I'd have asked, so I will next time). Very much a worth the money restaurant and looking forward to coming again

Great for a lunch time fixed menu. Food always great and good value, staff always helpful and friendly. Atmosphere always pleasant.

As we were staying at a local B and B on our way north, we needed a place to eat. This was close and we booked. We noticed they had a very good value Thursday three course menu but were not expecting too much. The interior is fairly ordinary road house but the welcome and the smiles on the faces of ALL the workers as they went briskly about their business was not. It was unusual and delightful. Nicola (who should be getting star billing for the e number of Trip Advisor comments) served us and was efficient, friendly and informative. The food was very good. Garlic prawns and calamari to start, rib-eye and sirloin, very tasty and excellently cooked and puddings. My wife had downloaded the app which gave her a free glass of fizz and the Rioja was good. An unexpected delight! Two things perhaps for the restaurant to consider: one, we had to ask for the Thursday menu - I would have expected it to be provided with the main menu. Two: the garlic prawns were quite messy and we could have done with a finger bowl. Neither of these in the least affected our excellent evening.

We couldn’t ask for more. Food was delicious Dani was our steak expert and definitely went the extra mile for my birthday.

First visit and definitely won’t be our last! We had starters of scallops and the cheddar mushrooms, both delicious. Onto the Butchers block which is out of this world, rump, rib-eye and fillet with sides, sauces etc, it was devine. Our waitress Nicola was great, very knowledgable about everything on the menu and attentive. Our only slight criticism is that the restaurant is cold 🥶. We will make sure we wear more clothes next time.

Lottie our waitress was an absolute dream! She was always making sure we were ok and had everything we needed (but left us to enjoy our evening all the same) she was polite and so sweet! She told us at the beginning of the night that she is still training, she should definitely be proud of her self because unless we were told we would never have known :) amazing member of staff to the miller and carter team xx

Our group of 6 were very well accommodated. We were offered a booth but when we said we preferred a more open table our waitress happily should us to a more suitable option. The whole experience was positive and enjoyable and any issues were sorted without hesitation.

Had a wonderful birthday meal, food was yummy and our server Erin K was lovely and made sure our every need was met.

Food was good, staff were okay but what stops me ever going back is all the customers were rammed into about 30% of the restaurant, virtually on top of each other, whilst the rest of the restaurant (the nicer parts) stayed empty. Now, I do understand that this is done to make the staff's job easier, but it's not about the staff's experience. It's about the paying customers experience, and this experience was hugely disappointing. Additional - (In response to Restaurants reply.) Those customers that did ask to move tables were only given the option of one, within the same overcrowded area.

Met here with a friend for lunch, this was halfway between us and ideally accessed from the A1. Nicola was fantastic, we had some allergies but Nicola and the staff were wonderful about preparing food and drink specifically without making us feel awkward.woupd highly recommend and will be back.

We thought everything was great, from entering the building to leaving. Staff were friendly and helpful. I really have no negative comments to make, it was all perfect.

food was so good i have Calamari for starter and ribs for mains, the the calamari could of been salted a bit more but overall it was really good food. The service was 10/10, me and my family had Lottie as our server and she amazing at her job and even when we didn’t tell her it was my birthday she still gave me something for my birthday it was really sweet of her 🤍, also drinks were also 10/10 they were so good.

Nice place... But it's too expensive to bring a family. £49 for my meal which was 16oz steak n chips .. But..boy it was nice. Nice staff. I didn't like the selection of beer.. Only a European selection . BE AWARE OF PARKING RESTRICTIONS you must log your number plate before entering... Why they think they are that special to have restricted parking , it's free till you forget...

Service was good, burger was full of fat and some I couldn’t eat, bottle water came it was broken and glass was cracked

Wonderful service by Rhiannon and amazing food cooked by Jerico. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and received anniversary drinks and treats, which was a lovely touch. Rhiannon is a credit to the M&C team!

We had a very nice meal tonight at Miller & Carter in Grantham. Beautifully cooked food, the chef Ashton and the team obviously really care. Even though it was quite busy for a Monday night, the manager Erin and our server Soph did a great job of making us feel welcome and looked after. We'll definitely be back again soon!

We have visited the Miller and Carter in Grantham on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed the experience. It is always a pleasure being served by Nicola who has a great craic and makes excellent menu suggestions. The beef shin is a great addition to the menu and its lovely to see the Chocplate bomb back! Looking forward to our next visit but when are you coming to Lincoln?

We have visited Miller and Carter, Grantham many times and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. We were served today by Nicola who was fantastic (as usual)! We will be back!

Lovely friendly staff soph who served us was amazing! Steak was so fatty and expensive for the amount of fat as we had to waste a lot, but everything else was spot on! The dessert was lovely.
