A large and cozy restaurant, the staff met us at the entrance and took us to a table, the restaurant menu has a very large selection of steaks, which is very pleasing, a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, I recommend visiting this establishment 👍

Returned home this evening after dining here for our Wedding Anniversary. Greeted by Jake, the General Manager. Very warm welcome. Lovely quiet table . Excellent service received by himself, Alan and Dani. Our food was delivered nice and hot, and delicious, thanks to chef Josh B. We've been to Miller and Carter restaurants all over the Midlands and this one is on a par with Kettering which was the first one we ever went to when it first opened. Well done Grantham Miller and Carter. Couldn't fault a thing, so we will definitely recommend to family and friends and return in the near future. ❤️

Dani was our server and she was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and I was really impressed with the celebration brownie too!

Lovely ambience! Was greeted by Dani who made the whole experience very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and the tradition of serving the lettuce wedge with your main course. We had t bone steak and fillet steak both were exceptional! There is no questions on this review page to reccomend the main courses. Bit strange. Overall very good experience.

Sadly our visit was dreadful - the food was slightly worse than a Wetherspoons and both the calamari starter and fries were served at room temperature. I would have mentioned something if ask but unfortunately despite being more staff than customers they were all chatting at the bar and I had to go up to the bar on two occasions- to order desserts and to ask for the bill. I’m guessing the waitress knew how shoddy our experience had been as I wasn’t given the option to leave a tip and our server asked the tables around us for a Google review but not us, hence I felt compelled to write one ;)

This was a treat for my good lady's birthday. Sadly the steak I had was not good, my girlfriends was ok though. Dani who was serving said, I can change it for you if you wish but I didn't want to cause a scene as quite a few people dining. Some of it was good, but half of it was fatty and really tough. The service Dani gave us though was superb and an absolute credit to Miller & Carter. Because of the steak they gave us desserts foc which was very kind of them. I would have liked to of sat somewhere a little quieter though as they seemed to put everyone together, I'm sure many other couples would have preferred this also and not sat with kids etc Sometimes folks just want to get away from the noise and enjoy a nice meal. Great service from Dani though and we will return because of this but I will ask if we can sit somewhere quieter.

Visited with my husband to celebrate his birthday. We had an amazing evening. We shared a strter of scallops and pok belly - then wished we'd ordered our own as the combination was so good. We both indulged in the black angus filet mignon, which did not disappoint - perfectly cooked to order and fantastically tender. A special mention goes to our waitress. I really don't like it when people 'hover' around - Rhiannon appeared at all the right moments to assist us and could answer all our fussy questions! Thanks Rhiannon - you're a star!

Had a meal here on 23rd Feb, it was our first time eating here and the food was absolutely fantastic, it was the best steak I've ever had and the port and Stilton sauce was beautiful. We were looked after by Erin who was so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, we will definitely be going back and highly recommend

I have just enjoyed one of the best dining experiences in a very long time. The service from Laura and Dannielle was exemplary and absolutely perfect and the food was cooked to absolute perfection by Jack D and Jacob. I am recommending Miller and Carter to everyone I know and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful meal here tonight. Welcomed by our server, Erin. Erin was perfectly attentive without being too much. She had great banter and knew the menu extremely well, commenting graciously on our choices. The pacing of our 3 courses and drinks was spot on, just enough time to let your food settle and enjoy the atmosphere before the next course came, without feeling like we'd waited an age. All three courses were beautiful. I went for the scallops, roasted cod and creme brulee; none of which disappoint or left room for waste! Overall a lovely relaxed experience. Thank you so much especially to Erin! If we're in the area again, we'll be back :)

We visited here for my sisters 50th birthday. It is always a great place to meet up, the food is always amazing. The lunchtime fixed menu is a great price. And on a number of occasions, I have been served by Dani, Who does the most amazing job in looking after us? X The service is always impeccable and very efficient. I would highly recommend visiting Miller and Carter in Grantham.

Very good value set Sunday menu. Shared a glorious and expertly cooked cote de boeuf as main. It was delicious. Some of the deserts were not available but our waitress offered us a very acceptable alternative from different menu. Dani, our waitress, was very efficient and attentive . Her knowledge was useful in helping us choose from menu and wine. All in all we had a super evening, and felt very looked after.

I’d never been in a Miller and Carter restaurant before but our server Erin made the experience fantastic. She guided us on what sauces worked well, and helped me to use my nhs discount. She was kind and bright, and a credit to the restaurant. I wish all waitresses were like her! The food was amazing as expected but she made the whole visit incredible.

Sadly this pub/restaurant is the same as most of the other chain restaurants in this Country. We seem to accept poor quality food and service. First time visiting in about 8 years. Wont be going back. Food like warm and blind.

Had a great New Year’s Eve in Miller Ned Carter. Food was amazing as always and the staff were excellent as always. Wasn’t overly crowded and the time between courses was pretty much spot on! Edit: Josh….. Josh and his amazing cocktails! They are absolutely fantastic and I can’t rate them highly enough. A lovely guy, great mixologist and all round asset to M&C Grantham!
