Grantham Pizza Hot in South Kesteven

The kebab and packaging was dripping in grease. It was pouring out of the container.

The best kebab I have had the meat was gorgeous will defo go back

was a puddle of fat and grease at the bottom of the box, I understand it's grease food but that was ridiculous!

Updated as delivered, hadn’t even left the shop. Food arrived thirty minutes late and cold.

only half of our order was delivered so had to wait for the rest after calling. When it did arrive, most of it was cold and they still sent the wrong drink. We have used Pizza Hot for a while but there have been several things wrong or missing the last few times we have ordered such as finding plastic in the calzone or parts of the order being wrong or delivery being 2 hours

usually the pizza is spot on so tend to order from here as a family favourite but today it was over a hour late and arrived cold , delivery driver wasn't answering phone to takeout so they couldn't tell us where it was ,overall very disappointed from a usual favourite.

Usual good food at a reasonable price. Used to get sweets with it

The food, service and attention were very good. Everything was very clean.

Always on time , the pizzas are always fresh and hot and great value for your money, in my opinion the best pizza in the town.

Three cheese pizza was terrible. Cheese was all stuck to the box and the dough was all soggy. Not sure how you can mess up a cheese pizza.

I ordered a Mix Doner meal not a single Lamb one so you guys got that wrong but the meal was still nice.

Excellent food (Halloumi Special) was really nice. Good fries too. The delivery driver was sound. Will defo be ordering from here again

I had the Halloumi Special (chips and salad). It was 0100hrs so I didn't have high hopes but I have to say, my food was brilliant and it arrived so quickly that I think the delivery driver must have cooked it for me while on the move 😂 I'm really not a fan of the polystyrene trays, but other than that 👌🏻.

Ordered from deliveroo, (from hotel 2 miles from restaurant) order was over 40 minutes late from delivery time. Rang up to check where my order was twice, staff were rude and unhelpful for where order was and when it would actually arrive. Arrived stone cold

You have changed the chilli sauce and v poor customer service as I had to ring twice to find out where my food was

our order was over 2 hours late. I genuinely thought that the food was just not going to come at all after i spent £32 on a whole family including little kids so while i just had to put food in the oven because they kept complaining, when the food was almost cooked, the order finally arrived , keep in mind that we ordered at 8:45 it was now past 10. Good food though, not worth the wait.

Ordered on Christmas Day at 20.10pm, ordered due to be delivered between 20.55-21.15, got a message at 20.50 to say order was delayed and was scheduled a new time of 21.15-21.30. At 21.25 it stated my order had been delivered when it had not. Attempted to call the restaurant for 15minutes but phone was constantly on ‘busy’. Decided to go to the restaurant and query it, they apologised and said the delivery driver was at our house now and he will wait for us to go back. We got back home and the delivery driver pulled up approximately 30seconds after we did so he was not waiting for us. Food was luke warm and fully disappointed, especially with it being Christmas Day and we have had to come out and query this as the phone line was ‘busy’ which we also queried and they said they took the phone off the hook as they were getting busy so there was no way of contacting them. They gave us two cans of Coke as an apology.

I was missing my chips on the order

The chicken nuggets where horrible they were not chicken had all green n orange bits inside was gross

It was only just late, and I don’t really mind. Amazing food however! I’ve been ordering and eating from here since I was a teenager and it’s just really good overall. With the pizza being square it adds a nice brand on it within Grantham. The way that they distribute the toppings are amazing, no matter what you order you are almost guaranteed to have a bite of the dough, sauce, cheese and toppings! Really fantastic, also their chicken burgers are one of the best in Grantham, I’d say even better then what the Mac Donald’s serves.

Ordered a few time the bbq kebab a few times was great this time the lamb tasted put of date everything under seasoned more like microwaved than grilled tiny amount of meat and chips no chicken wings anymore and took over an hour to get here and not very hot either , so I've chucked it in the bin and ordered else where AVOID !!!!!

Food was great but delivery time was poor.

Enjoy coming here, Bilal and Oskar are very friendly and teaching me the difference between the various Turkish dishes. Food is delicious and good quality. Their pizzas are a good size, crispy base not thick and stodgy and decent amount of toppings. Kebabs are very generous portions and the chicken tastes amazing! Best in town ☺️

What a shame. This place used to be the best in town, had a pizza last night, the owner Mamood was not working, the guy who served was uninterested and the pizza was absolute rubbish. Just goes to show when the cats away!

Had to ring and reorder as said they couldn't find address, then when did arrive, they swapped rice with chips as had no rice.

Beans were undercooked chips were cold and soggy chicken nuggets were hard to chew and the garlic bread was burnt. Won’t be ordering from here again

Good quality and decent filling

Normally we enjoy pizzas from this place but the last two were very greasy and wet. I can normally eat any take away food no matter how dry or greasy it is but this one was so wet with oil that I had to waste my pizza. Could only eat one slice after only and that’s not live me! My husband was the same and he will anything. Definitely won’t order from my here any more even though I did before

very poor food tonight , scampi was potato not scampi ? pizza soggy , very disappointing

The pizza itself was fine. But the deal says "buy one pizza, get one free". So when you buy two individual small pizzas listed on their menu as £6, it feels like a rip off to be told the deal means the price for any 2 pizzas is £13.20. Oh and the prices have gone up, so they would have been £7 each. Poor service and there's no excuse. If the deal is 2 pizzas for £13.20 then advertise that. Don't say it's buy one get one free and not bother to update your price list.

Calzone was burnt and when ringing to let them know the “man that cooked the pizza” as he shouted at me several times was very rude and offensive to me and then hung up on me

Another tasty,hot pizza n chips.The most tasty pizza in town.

Delivery was at the latter end of the given time slot which meant it was over 1 hour from ordering. Food was plentiful and warm. Doner meat looked a little dried out but chicken doner were both moist. My daughter asked for ketchup and her food was smothered with a very vinegary sauce.

Best kebabs by far , charcoal chicken and lamb absolutely 10/10 Always cooked fresh Never disappoints
