Like most pizza expresses, the pizzas are pretty good. The service at the west bridgford branch is terrible. It’s been bad for a while and gradually getting worse. By bad service I mean extremely slow service (even during quiet periods), occasional rude staff, incorrect billing. Particularly wearing if you’re coming here with young kids. Lots of other decent places to around west bridgford, with much better service.

Walked in the shop at the same time as another customer, there were 3 staff, 2 were talking to a guy who had already ordered and was being served and the other was busy putting an order togeather no one acknowledged either of us, we stood and waited a while eventually they took her order, another staff member walked out 4 staff still no one asks for my order I said out loud can i order and they ignored me so i waited a while longer and left to go to the other chip shop, who despite having a que managed to serve me very quickly. I'm still scratching my head.

Una gran comida india. Probamos tres platos principales diferentes, todos encantadores, bien especiados y sabrosos. Los naans fueron los mejores que hemos tenido. Servicio amigable. Sin duda volveremos.

This was our first experience going against Trip Advisor (and choosing the lowest-rated Google review), and we will not do it again. It's not worthy of the accumulated three stars. We could forgive the overpriced, dry cake and lousy coffee, but we cannot forgive the unprofessional staff who created an unwelcoming atmosphere in this cafe. The cafe was busy, with only one waitress and a "chef" - (I'm not sure how much of the produce is homemade) - however, the team of two seemed stressed. We could hear them constantly bitch about customers for various reasons (one with allergies). It made us feel very uncomfortable, and we left pretty quickly. If feels like this cafe is run for profit only - cheap ingredients or shop-bought, mass-made cake that's maybe past its best, whilst charging premium prices. The staff are not passionate about the hospitality industry or even care about the customers sitting at the tables, ultimately paying their wages. I will not be visiting this particular cafe again. However, I look forward to sampling the other coffee houses and highly rated cafes in the area.

Came for breakfast, we were cutting it tight getting there at 11:15, got to the front of the queue at 11:20 to be told breakfast had ended (website says 11:30 so this was disappointing). We were told we could use the ‘light lunch’ menu as lunch wasn’t on yet and breakfast had ended. The prices were steep (£9.95 for a beef roll and £10.90 for a jacket potato with cheese and beans) but we were hungry so thought we’d order still. The food was very poor quality - we were expecting a fairly nice quality roll with beef and got what appeared to be a multi-pack supermarket hot dog roll with a tiny portion of packet roast beef and a sprinkling of salad on the plate. The jacket potato was ok, nothing great, not bad, fairly average but pretty steep price for what it was. We ate our food and had to chase for the bill. When we got it we were asked how it was, and we were fairly honest and said not great given the price, to which we were told bluntly we knew the prices as they were on the menu when we were ordered. We weren’t complaining, just answering the question we were asked. Also, yes we knew the prices but we did not know it was going to be such poor quality given the prices. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend, we regretted eating there and not just buying a sausage roll at the deli counter inside the garden centre.

food ruined, would give it 0/5 stars. (If there was a option) Delivery driver gave it to the wrong house. sauce everywhere (in the bag), food cold, the bag which the food was in was ripped The food and service is usually good, but today it was terrible.

Impresionantes kebabs. Vengo aquí regularmente desde 15 millas de distancia, ya que es la mejor tienda de kebab en el lado sur de Notts. El personal es amable también y es una buena relación calidad-precio. Inténtalo. El kebab de parrilla mixta es genial.

Staff member Jane is the most friendly, polite and attentive member you'll meet. Stopped by for some breakfast as car was next door at VW for a service. Was a tasty and cheap way to start the day / pass some time. Food came along quick and the coffee was nice. Don't get me wrong it's not fine dining obviously but it's more than adequate for a quick pit stop and there seemed to be a host of regular customers that seem to enjoy their time in the cafe. Serves its purpose well.

Went to the drive though at edwalton this morning. The person talking the order no problem. Got asked to pull forward to the next window. There was another customer there. Still waited. Got asked to pull round to bay one. So I did. There was van already in bay one so I go into bay 2. Continued to wait. The van gets his order..... Or was it? The van then goes. I pull forward and continue to wait. After a further wait I go inside to see where my order is. I gave them my order. I was told that I'd had my order. I explained that I hadn't. The staff member then said I'd have to pay again and place the order again. To which I said not a chance I'd like a refund. I got the refund after I explained again what had happened. The staff need to be retrained on how to handle customers and communicate with each other
