food was cold when it finally arrived, chicken balls were mainly dough and when we bit into them the chicken looked pink, sweet and sour sauce tasted foul (can't even describe the taste)

The broccoli in garlic sauce was great but the plain chow mein had the most bizarre taste to it - handed to my partner who said it tasted like cigarettes and he was absolutely right it was exactly what they tasted like - wouldn’t order again after that myself as they tasted like they had been fried with a cigarette butt (or 10)

The chicken fried rice was solid and could be cut with a knife.. it was like it had been defrosted or cooked and re-heated. Could not eat it.

the food was delicious piping hot when it arrived , had to call and check it was on its way. Arrived 20mins later than expected. more updated on delivery would be helpful as ordered way before they opened.

First chinese I've been to, probably only one I'll ever go to. The cashier is a friendly, young boy with evident experience in the restaurant. Treated me with proper, hard-to-find, respect and frequently recommended meals to me. The waiting area, although seemingly quite run-down, coupled with the presence of 2 other Chinese men ordering alongside me, gave the unique vibe of actually being in China (although I have never visited). Beside the indoor bench, there were 2 different books on the table, presumably for younger children to read while waiting. I couldn't help but pick up the one written by Dickens and read it, which made up for the time taken for the food preparation. The food was absolutely unique and could tell that its quality was spot-on. Cashier even threw in 3 extra fortune cookies and a sizeable bag of prawn crackers! You don't truly find this special experience anywhere else in the local area (except China). Thanks to Jade Dragon for making my weekend and holidays.

The Sweet & Sour Pork Balls was awful, I vomited and got food poisonings from it, the young boy at the front counter did not seem like he wanted to be there, he looked like he was force. In the kitchen you can hear all the other staff arguing in the background and it is very disturbing, It's by far the worse chinese takeout in Nottingham / Nottinghamshire and I WILL not be ordering again. They've just lost a customer for life!

Even though we waited a while the quality was and taste was great. Would def order again and highly recommend.

Delivery time from a takeaway only a couple of miles away came through on confirmation as 1/2 hour or more later than was showing when I chose the place . I’d have gone elsewhere if I’d known the true delivery time

Dispite waiting 2 and a half hours for this food, it wasn't the greatest on this occasion the duck was dry and chewy it actually hurt my teeth to eat it. What a waste of 20 pounds, it's not cheap curry was ok. I wouldn't eat here again

This is my local takeaway spot and it has never let me down. Food is always hot, tasty and exactly as I've ordered. It is cash only but the Asda across the road has a cash point so its not an issue. Has everything I could ask for

usually a lovely Chinese, tonight's however, tasted burnt and whatever didn't taste burnt was bland. Mid week treat for us as husband has grafted really hard the past couple of weeks and was very disappointed. Especially having paid £40

My daughter and I love Jade Dragon. She's vegatarian and spends a good £25 a time there, the food lasts her 3 days (she's 15). I order beef curry (I have simple needs) and never regret my choice. Although delivery takes time, we are in Clifton.

The worst chinese takeaway in West Bridgford and beyond! Beef Udon - totally tasteless, hot and sour soup - acceptable. Customer service - horrible! I wanted to pay by card ( i know they have a card reader) but i was told cash only and the nearest cash machine was at Asda! When i demanded to pay by card as had no intention to drive to the nearest cash machine they RELUCTANTLY agreed! Riduculous!!! Clearly they prefer cash as dont have to declare their income! Shame on you!!!!

Fresh food, delivered on time, every time. The mock sweet and sour pork is incredible! Portion sizes are great, well worth ordering if you fancy a nice take away.

Will never order here again. Food was cold and stale. Chips was missing from order, I ordered beef in black bean sauce with green peppers, I had one green pepper in it and carrots which I am allergic too, so unhappy, the meat was tough

Never happened before because I have become more of a regular customer now. The delivery driver didn’t wait for me to get my food and left. Not picking my call back to let me know if the food wasn’t going to be delivered anymore. That would’ve allowed me make another arrangement, gave whole 7-8 call back and no responses. What happens now, of course is late on Saturday night and I’ll be going hungry. However, I want to know if l’ll get refund?

On just eat. Stated 60-75 minute delivery time. I ordered at 18:42. Estimated delivery 20:05-2025. It came at 20:50. I do not understand the time they suggest and the estimate time. To which this is the second time it is late. With no sorry. As well as it being 2 hours after I actually ordered it. I find also expensive, considering I had only one bit of meat! Awful and will never order again!

Chicken a little chewy and tough in omelette. Chicken in Cantonese sweet and sour really small and more batter than chicken. Other things ok, also not that warm…

Been getting delivery from here for years, but the last two times we ordered, the rice has been cold, the chips stale, and the sweet & sour sauce has been cold and not tasty at all. They used to deliver within the hour, but now it's more than an hour for delivery, which might explain the cold and tasteless food.
