awful dried out food - tasted like it was days old. maybe the worst chinese food i ve ever had - i would like my money back ideally - i wont buy from this outlet again and i d recommend others dont either...

Always great food from the Jade Dragon. Staff are wonderful, food is always hot, big portions and perfectly cooked. Fingers crossed for more vegiterian/plant based options in the future! 5 Stars.

Very poor cmr service from the young lad, you can tell he does not want to be there, mumbles and avoids eye contact and never smiles and very rude.

The worst chinese takeaway in West Bridgford and beyond! Beef Udon - totally tasteless, hot and sour soup - acceptable. Customer service - horrible! I wanted to pay by card ( i know they have a card reader) but i was told cash only and the nearest cash machine was at Asda! When i demanded to pay by card as had no intention to drive to the nearest cash machine they RELUCTANTLY agreed! Riduculous!!! Clearly they prefer cash as dont have to declare their income! Shame on you!!!!

My dad and so always order our Chinese food from here and we have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious! It will always be our go to place. Highly recommend.

The appetiser was over cooked and the sauce was metallic in taste.

Fresh food, delivered on time, every time. The mock sweet and sour pork is incredible! Portion sizes are great, well worth ordering if you fancy a nice take away.

Everything was tasty except the black bean sauce which was really watery and didn’t taste of much :/ Also delivery time kept getting pushed back later and later to the point I just wanted to cancel it but it was too late!

very disappointed chips over cook I put them in the bin. Spare rib BBQ sauce looked and tasted like gravy. and the batter on the chicken balls was very over cooked

Will never order here again. Food was cold and stale. Chips was missing from order, I ordered beef in black bean sauce with green peppers, I had one green pepper in it and carrots which I am allergic too, so unhappy, the meat was tough

Never happened before because I have become more of a regular customer now. The delivery driver didn’t wait for me to get my food and left. Not picking my call back to let me know if the food wasn’t going to be delivered anymore. That would’ve allowed me make another arrangement, gave whole 7-8 call back and no responses. What happens now, of course is late on Saturday night and I’ll be going hungry. However, I want to know if l’ll get refund?

On just eat. Stated 60-75 minute delivery time. I ordered at 18:42. Estimated delivery 20:05-2025. It came at 20:50. I do not understand the time they suggest and the estimate time. To which this is the second time it is late. With no sorry. As well as it being 2 hours after I actually ordered it. I find also expensive, considering I had only one bit of meat! Awful and will never order again!

The food was bland too many onions in the wandering dragon which said mixed meat and veg not onions and chicken, prawn crackers was soggy over cooked chicken balls wasn’t worth £30

Food was cold food missing poor quality never go there again

Normally this place is lovely but this time wish we didn’t bother , egg fried rice was like a brick ,the crispy shredded beef was solid and the prawn crackers was stale . Never again

Chicken a little chewy and tough in omelette. Chicken in Cantonese sweet and sour really small and more batter than chicken. Other things ok, also not that warm…

Food was late but the restaurant was lovely, contacted me to keep me informed and also offered abit of a refund and the food was lovely and hot.

Been getting delivery from here for years, but the last two times we ordered, the rice has been cold, the chips stale, and the sweet & sour sauce has been cold and not tasty at all. They used to deliver within the hour, but now it's more than an hour for delivery, which might explain the cold and tasteless food.

Duck chow mein and wontons were delicious, but husband wasn't too impressed with his chicken fried rice. Delivery was a little late, but it's a Saturday and football and rugby are on so pretty good considering. Would happily order again!

Very disappointed with the food. Noodles & fried rice tasted burnt. Black bean sauce had no flavour and was watery. Prawn toasts did not taste of prawns at all, just fried bread with sesame seeds on.

Noodles smelled of cigarettes and tasted like them too, thrown right in the bin :(

Chicken (both sweet and sour and lemon chicken) was overcooked and dry. Fillet steak was questionable if actually fillet. Was chewy and didn't have the texture of fillet. Egg fried rice and happy family ok. Overall not a good experience this time sadly. Food arrived 25 mins early and was not ready. App was still saying "being prepared". Room for improvement.

Had the wrong item delivered, which was quickly rectified, however, another item tasted burnt which was not pleasant.

Beef chow mein... Beef was over cooked and hard. Chicken balls were deep-fried to a crisp and not eatable. Sauce was too thick and gloopy.

Jade Dragon is always fantastic, find myself coming back here regularly, and it never disappoints!

Unfortunately the beef curry, chicken vurry and chicken balls were all incredibly poor quality meat. Was so tough and chewy.

Food was delivered early, and was one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve ever had! Everything was delicious! Definitely recommended.

Food wasn’t really upto standard, rice was really salty, chips was really hard, the chicken dish was just full of onions, and prawn crackers was stale couldn’t chew them, we too li a couple of mouthfuls and chucked it in the bin, not happy!

We live less than 2 miles away . When asked for a delivery asap advised this was 90 mins away . It actually came 2 hours after we ordered . Very poor quality food , chicken and beef tasted very processed and the sauces all very gloopy - most of it went in the bin - avoid this takeaway at all costs !!

The chicken was cheap, nasty & chewy. The rice was bland & over cooked. I would not order again.

The problem is this, some takeaways can’t be bothered to notify people that they’re on their way. The food we had was excellent, but the knock at the door came early and we weren’t expecting it. Next time tell JustEat it’s on its way PLEASE !!! This would have been a 5 star review if you’d just been organised.

I didn't enjoy the meal, the salted chip seem fried a few times, my curry chicken was just chunks with a sauce that was suppose to be a curry, the egg fred rice was not good. I will not be going again.

It's not the best but filled a hole

It took 1hr 40 for delivery. Rang the resturant and had to wait a further 10mins. Food was nice however the chicken balls were drippin with grease!

Good portion sizes, quick delivery and real food, have been ordering for years and will continue as my favourite Chinese for years to come

The old owners were significantly better. The new ones don't seem to listen to customers and they are incredibly rude. We ordered a vegetarian dish and they put chicken in it which we found out after eating it. The old owners wouldn't make this mistake, they were friendly and helpful.

The chicken balls nearly broke my teeth and it just wasn’t as tasty as expected
