Staff member Jane is the most friendly, polite and attentive member you'll meet. Stopped by for some breakfast as car was next door at VW for a service. Was a tasty and cheap way to start the day / pass some time. Food came along quick and the coffee was nice. Don't get me wrong it's not fine dining obviously but it's more than adequate for a quick pit stop and there seemed to be a host of regular customers that seem to enjoy their time in the cafe. Serves its purpose well.

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday. Cafe is understaffed and a disorganised mess. Sort it out Asda. 25 minute minute wait for food. 2 staff members didn't know if they were coming or going. Walked out and went somewhere else.

Late food was shocking and cold by time it came kids did not touch there’s and could of at least used a warm bag to have kept it abit warm awful!!!! And was half hour late

Went to the drive though at edwalton this morning. The person talking the order no problem. Got asked to pull forward to the next window. There was another customer there. Still waited. Got asked to pull round to bay one. So I did. There was van already in bay one so I go into bay 2. Continued to wait. The van gets his order..... Or was it? The van then goes. I pull forward and continue to wait. After a further wait I go inside to see where my order is. I gave them my order. I was told that I'd had my order. I explained that I hadn't. The staff member then said I'd have to pay again and place the order again. To which I said not a chance I'd like a refund. I got the refund after I explained again what had happened. The staff need to be retrained on how to handle customers and communicate with each other

Visted lunch time today (10/04/25) I normally order Deliveroo but had such a lovely experience . Arrived to the lady cleaning the tables outside so they were all clear and clean then got speaking about the menu & helped me choose outside my usual. Then just so friendly when ordered , she also brought out water as it was so sunny without asking and just lovely experience with great customer service from her . Makes me want to sit in more often than just get a takeaway.
