Subway in Rushcliffe

They should put online that they close at 18:50 not 7pm! Since That’s when “last orders” are… according to the blonde member of staff :)

Walked in at 10:15 waited a while then the guy comes out and says sorry I’m closed while I put deliveries away, it’s a quiet shop he could have easily sorted our food and finished but not just, “ I’m closed while I put delivery away” 🥸

By far, the worst Subway I've ever used. The bread is stale, clearly using old stock. And the wait for this poor food was way too long. I could honestly make a better sandwich at home. Also, I didn't realise they put garlic mayo on my meatball sub. Why did they put garlic mayo on? Who knows. I'll never go back here again.

Ordered food deliveroo it said it had been delivered and then never turned up. Phone the garage and they told me subway was closed and that there was no one there to speak to! Ridiculous!

Absolutely disgusting attitude in this place! A blonde male showed me no respect and awful customer service - as if he doesn’t want to be there. His attitude when asking me what i wanted was atrocious, making me not want to spend any money at this place. He was also just stood there minding his business on his phone and not even acknowledging a customer came in. Will not be going here again! Think you might need to train your staff a little bit more… LoooooooL!

Wanted a subway and was ignored by the new member of staff as he listened to very inappropriate music on his phone behind the till. Will be reporting higher.

Went there 10 mins till closing and the women reyaa was extremely rude and refused almost everything I wanted . Could have it cooked and couldn’t have any type of bread but the one stale one she had left , she also was ignorant and lacked any customer skills. Food standard was very poor and lacking, I wouldn’t recommend because of staff and the food standard !

12 inch sub was as hard as a rock, went straight in the bin. Clearly she over cooked it in the oven. Won't be going there again, wouldn't mind but I was the only customer she had in at the time and she didn't get it right.

One of the more generous placed in terms of not being miserly with the meat and salad.

This subway is in my village a lot of customers so it as a big turnover of product, but saying that service is poor food Quality poor, i wish I could say its a one off but used it a few times gave them the benefit of the doubt but still very poor

Really handy location and staff are nice. I regularly get lunch from here and make use of collecting points on the app.

My daughter had pigs in blanket sub and loved the Xmas taste

Ended up leaving without ordering. Guy behind counter clearly didn't want to serve us. Upon standing at counter with no other customers we were informed we would have to wait a few minutes before ordering. Fair enough, he was fulfilling an order. As we stood waiting a few minutes he then said we only have chilli or wholemeal bread. OK we said. Another couple of minutes and he said 'and we only have this salad'. Just got the total impression that he didn't want to either serve us or be there, so we left empty-handed.

This has to be the slowest Subway I have ever been to 25 mins waiting!! JOKE

I love subway, but the woman serving us was on her mobile phone making us wait around 10 mins to get any food!
