Domino's Pizza in Rushcliffe

I'm sure they are incapable of being able to actually read, ordered the last 3 times asking for extra BBQ sauce on my pizza as the normal is like eating cardboard with cheese on top so I decided to ring them before hand this time and tell them to put the extra sauce, that I pay for, on the pizza and they just put the phone down. Furious with the rude behaviour I rang back and asked them if that's how they treat their customers, the line went dead apparently. Then when my food came it still had the usual pathetic layer of sauce on and they had forgot my 1.5ltr drink so the driver have me 3 cans of his personal Pepsi out of his car. I told him go back and get my drink and he straight up refused. Do not order from this unprofessional place with uneducated staff that clearly can't read. What a joke.

Food was on time with a phone call to say it was on its way. All turned up hot with no complaints. Would recommend

The 3 times I’ve ordered for collection or delivery this particular store has been very pleasant and helpful! As well as rectifying a small mistake on my order effectively :) great customer service and creat teamwork seen in store! Shoutout to Ahmed for being a polite delivery driver too! Pizza delivered very quickly, very hot and good quality.

I've ordered 2 new yorker pizzas, one without pepperoni, and the other one with extra red and green peppers. But both pizza was exactly the same. Without pepperoni and without added peppers. Can't they read orders proper?

This has to be the worst experience ever they sent my food out for delivery and waited over an hour for it to turn up the staff at the shop are useless. Will not order again

How can I explain my experience? what a shambles. I ordered my pizza via the dominoes app and to my absolute dismay, it was still not at my house after 45 minutes, even though I live about 5 minutes down the road. I then phoned up the restaurant to be told that it would be here in five minutes - shock, it wasn’t. At this point it had been over an hour, and the pizza was still not here. I phoned dominos again , and I asked for a refund as it should not take an hour and a half to deliver two pizzas and some chicken strips, but this was refused. After what felt like eternity, the pizzas finally arrived, freezing cold. To further add to this already abhorrent displeasure, the pizza order was WRONG!!! I again phoned the restaurant, naturally furious, to be told another pizza would be sent out, and it was take half an hour. Sadly, this replacement pizza never arrived. I assume the delivery driver ate it. What a shame, never again!

First time ordering delivery from domino's and the event was perfect, delivery was quick and the staff were very nice!

Ordered 4 pizza deal at £65 on a Friday night. Was charged 3 times. They only delivered the 4 pizzas which is fine, and told me to call anumber on Monday morning for a refund. This is where it gets interesting. I rang the number 30+ times over the next 5 days at different times - no one ever answers! Its a scam. Hoping you just give up. But since I had been charged £195 for 4 very average like warm pizzas I wanted at least the overcharge of £130 back. I then called the restaurant itself and was told on multiple occasions the refund had been processed. More lies. these guys have trouble with the truth as well being barely capable of making a pizza. Apparently everyone that works there is a manager??? Hahaha Hilarious. Had to contact American Express now to challenge the 2 payments. Just wanted my £135 back. Pappa Johns froim now on from ... better pizza as well.

Unable to buy pizza due to incorrect opening hours. It's delivery only after 2300 despite the opening hours showing until 0200.

States its open but its closed. I'm here now 23.30 on Saturday and its closed and no one says anything..

Quick delivery and tasty pizzas!

wanted to ask a question about an allergen, a man picked up the phone and was yelling “YEAHH?” i ask if they have any dairy free cheese and he asks me if i wanted to order pizza so i ask again about the allergen and then he says “we don’t have, we are closed” and just cut the phone. Very rude and ignorant if you ask me, I just want to inquire about my health before i order and i can’t even receive help from staff. This is the second time this has happened to me at a dominoes store, go get your pizza elsewhere.

Owner Abdul lied to me over the phone about having to add cheeseburger sauce to the cheeseburger pizza when ordering half and half. I have tried the app and website and was not prompted to add the sauce .as explained to Abdul I had stopped ordering from dominoes until recently & have had a good experience up until now. Business owner lacking in principles or long term customer happiness.

The tracking App needed continuous refreshing to give current information. But otherwise worked well. Pizza OK but not the best

They keep fly tipping their leaflets everywhere. Tired of finding 50-60 dumped in piles around Gamston and West Bridgford. We have had over a hundred dumped outside our flats in two months and before Christmas they tricked an elderly resident into letting them in and we found a pile dumped inside a communal cupboard. Despite asking them to collect them, they never have and we found another pile inside our (key locked) block of flats again today. Feel free to reach out so we can resolve this please

Horrible service 4 out of 5 times I ordered pizza it was the wrong one as a result I lost my lunch time and I had to eat a cold pizza after a 12 hour shift, and blaming me for it because when they handed the pizza to me I didn’t check if it was correct order or not. Maybe make the correct order? It’s way too often!

As a fellow worker in food industry I understand that sometimes it gets too busy so I just sat there and waited without making any fuss (if I wanted quick bite I could have picked something from my fridge so it was my choice to order takeaway in case someone will start saying that 26 minutes it’s too long for pizza) . Sameena (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly) was so kind and generous, apologised for the long wait due to busy time and randomly handed me some freebies because of the wait time for my pizza. And she did that for few other customers who were waiting too. This is how you show strong leadership and customer obsession skills! You go girl!

Abdul was quick to service and friendly.

Sides arrived 40 mins after pizzas due to them forgetting them. Was told a refund for the sides would be given. No refund received. Poor service.

Won't be ordering again. Down the road from me and tookat least 30 minutes after it was marked as out for delivery. Pizza was luke warm and the cheese had set solid. Not hot and stringy how a fresh pizza should be. Gave delivery instructions too and watched the driver go past my flat on the tracker. For the record I can walk to the store in 20 mins, so they're only down the road! Should take 10 mins max in a car. Maybe 15 to 20 with a couple of deliveries on the way. Maybe hire more drivers so customers dont get stale pizza

My dog was almost hit by driver I was hit by the mirror getting my dog away Manager was very rude after telling us to go there and get refund because the driver refused us reciept there ended up being arguments between myself and manager because of the way she was treating us a larger employee got rude with us from the time we walked in he pushed me twice I pushed back police was call by manager said she's charging me with trust passing I . How she told us to go there. I was arrested still confused disbelief any of this is happening I go to court this week they lied to police they charged me with assault on a 6 foot 300 pound man and trust pass I'm 5 foot 100ounds self-defense i I'm writing this hopping if any one else had a bad experience please post. Thank u I want them fired an apology

Rude driver advised don't deliver to flats and couldn't park while sitting in car outside flat. RIng to speak to office as struggled to understand driver and also very unhelpful to situation do not use as just want money no care or help when delivering food

Not good pizza at all, they say they use 100% mozzarella, that might be the case but they don't use any. Just paying for tomato bread, get better pizza at kebab shops cheaper and you get cheese.

This week I placed an order for a lunch meeting and Amir at Dominoes West Bridgford really looked after us. The pizzas were all freshly made on time for me to collect. Thank you to Amir and the team, we really enjoyed our treat.

ordered at 6:30. Called at 7:30 to find the order had been returned as it was cold. Delivered at 8:30 missing bottle of coke. One pizza still had unmelted cheese on top. Had to reheat in oven. Still waiting for bottle of coke. Total disaster!!! AVOID X1000. Wate of a Friday night and FORTY QUID for the trouble. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Went there to place an order with my 5 year old child without my phone. Was advised to place an order online, didn’t have my phone, was not offered any consideration but rather advised to go home and place an order and then come back to collect pizzas. I hope the management is proud having such staff. The staff did have time to chit chat at the back which was very visible but not considerate enough to help me out. Happy New Year to you as well. I payed for an order - which only part arrived and what I did received was only partly correct. A day later I rang the restaurant up to ask to be reimbursed and was told I would get a call back in an hours time - after 7 hours and me calling back multiple times I was told that they would re-send the order which I was happy with. About 30 mins later they called me back to say that I won’t send me anything and the manager accused me of trying to scam them out of a free meal. Don’t understand how this restaurant can get my order wrong then accuse me of trying to scam them.

I had previously worked for Beeston branch as a delivery driver back in 2001. (Now working in a professional career). The pizzas were always turned out perfectly. Yesterday I ordered a pizza for collection to be ready for 19.30. On the screen it said ‘ready’, but I had to wait another 10 minutes. The staff didn’t even speak to me to explain why my pizza was late. He just looked unwelcoming. I got back to the hotel (without checking the pizza) and realised that the pizza was wrong. I had ordered jalapeños but was given green peppers and red peppers. Basic errors? I have to say, as a manager now, it is very disappointing on such a basic level

Called up to ask what deal they could do for £50 for a company order the following day. Manager said they could do 5 large pizzas for £50. Called to place the order today and they welched on the deal. Luckily one of the other Dominos honoured the original deal so we ordered there instead

Bloody joke! Placed an order, received confirmation, called the restaurant to add more to it and the guy said they ain't gonna do it. Oh, and refund takes 3-5 working days. Absolutely Ridiculous!

I went into the store to order a pizza, then proceeded to be told to wait to even place my order (there was only about 4 orders active at the time). After sitting in the restaurant after being rudely ignored, I simply left as I had to get back to work. Pity

Stay away Terrible!Terrible, disorganised with NO customer relations loyalties. I accidentally ordered online from here in May and was going to leave my order with them but saw the 2.4 rating and reviews and changed my mind. I called straight explained I wanted to cancel my order and was reassured I would get a refund in two days. 3 calls, 2 trips, the last one on Tuesday, when I was promised a refund of £21 by Friday, Nothing. The person behind the counter even told me they had no cash on site so couldn't give me a refund..he kept trying to offer me a free pizza instead. On both visits I was told there was no manger in the shop...one of those times there were other people asking to see the manager about missing deliveries. I am writing to the head office today because they really are a disgrace to the franchise. We all are human, make mistakes and can forget but these people clearly don't care about customers...that is reflected in their ratings and reviews. Shame shame

Watching the cricket and ordered pizza to be ready for 6:15. Many others did similar. My pizza turned up at 6:55. After others who had ordered to be ready for 6:30. I won't be going back!

Good food but don't believe the timings. Pizza due 18:15, turned up 18:50 despite it being a pre-order for 18:15. If a cricket match is on don't bother as you may miss the game.

We normally use PapaJohns, used to order Dominos, decided to reorder. Mistake. Poor sauce to edge with toppings distribution. Not good value for £, will stick with papa johns.

This is the worst dominos in Nottingham! First time the delivery driver was very rude! This time the food is awful. The same delivery driver dropped the dip all over my driveway and all over me. Did not offer and apology. Slammed his car door like it was my fault got another dip out and bassicly threw it at me before storming off back into his car slamming the door and driving away! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! SORT HIM OUT DOMINOS!

Tried to order again recently, there were complications with the order. Spoke to a man on the phone - rude and very bad customer service. However, usually, in the past it's good! Vegan pizza is brilliant - best Vegan Margherita alongside Pizza Express. However, the last few times, the quality control hasn't been all that great. Ordered 3 pizzas last week, one was burnt and had barely any cheese on it and the Hawaiian didn't come with the mushroom topping. Other times, the food has been cold.

I will NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! I ordered two pizzas one pizza was Texas BBQ and I swapped two toppings which was peppers for sausage & I swapped BACON for mushrooms. Dominos have put 2 pieces of bacon onto my pizza!! Which has made me furious as my son is allergic to bacon meat! I have given dominos a call and spoke to the manager who is called Rituraj and he has not dealt with it at all! He said he asked his kitchen staff and they said the did not add any bacon onto the pizza at all BUT I HAVE That slice right i front of me. He then said he will send a driver to take back my pizza for evidence and I told him I have took pictures! I will be taking this further to head office as this has not been dealt with at all.

Ordered meal for 7:30, no show despite email asking for a tip!. Called at 8pm, told would be there by 8:15. Called at 8:30 and was told sorry no pizza but it may turn up. We ordered for a reason and now kids not getting the pizza they were promised. Absolutely shocking service- at least guy on phone was polite

I can see why this place has a 2.8 star rating. Ordered online, app said the order had been delivered (it hadn’t) so I called the store. Guy told me the app sometimes gives out the wrong info and that it actually would be with us in 15mins. 45mins later still no pizza so called again. Same guy said haven’t you already called…. Yes I replied. Right he said, I’ve spoken to the driver, who is stood next to me and said he has delivered it. He said someone is lying, probably the driver and said he would refund it. So Papa Johns it is tonight and every time from now on.

I Tried to use the voucher which Dominos sent to me 2 times this week first time they said I'm not allowed to use after 23:00 , then today tried again and they said only the manager can do it but he’s off today, all the time the staff was very rude with me asking my name, my phone number and after that the staff on the phone said ok ok don't worries let me know which pizza u want and on sarcastic voice and laughing he said I gonna make very special and “”CREAMY PIZZA””, I'm not stupid I'know what he meant please just refund my money or give a online voucher cos I can't trust the West Bridgford Store anymore

We ordered a pizza pretty late, it was around 12:30 am, we recieved an email saying our pizza has been delivered however we never got the pizza. We tried tracking it through the app yo no avail. We decided to call the restaurant to see what happened. The guy who picked up was so rude. He kept cutting me off mid sentence and wouldn't let me talk. It was a horrible experience talking with him to the point I hung up on him because he kept cutting me off. Never had an issue with dominos before however this experience makes me not want to order again. Still waiting for my pizza as well

Not something we would normally do but got the 50% off deal and it was tasty enough. Pizza was ready when we arrived, all done via the app, and have not received any spam messages since which is a relief

Normally when ordering from here we don't have a problem and have fairly quick delivery. However today it seems like they were running out of most toppings, sauce and cheese. There was so little topping in the centre that it was luke warm when biting into it and you could see the base. Update 12/06/21: Last few times we have ordered from here there's hardly any cheese/tomato base flavour- v dry! Perhaps they will up their game again when the Pizza Hut is open?!

Always comes with barely any cheese. Even when paying for extra it is only the bare minimum. Twice now they have sent a thin and crispy base when ordered a deep pan. I can only assume they run out alot. Poor compared to other domino's.

I ordered a Large Pizza and Garlic Bread as soon as looked at the food I could see the Garlic Bread was raw as it wasn't cooked properly as the dough was still wet. Also, the pizza looked as if it was rushed as there was no cheese around the edge it just seemed like it was dumped in the middle and all I could taste on the pizza was BBQ sauce! furthermore, took around 15-20 minutes to be delivered which was surprising how quick it was which didn't reinsure me with if the food was cooked properly or not. After eating this meal I was stuck on the toilet with diarrhea and an upset stomach, I contacted the food safety department and said there was nothing wrong and didn't offer me a refund or a discount which I was disappointed in. I felt like they didn't take the matter seriously as they said they didn't get other bad reviews on the day even though they were busy and looking at the review I see that people have the same issues.

Order was completely wrong. Girl on the phone was rude. Put the phone down when i wasn't even finished speaking. Won't bother ordering from this branch again.
