Cafe Pizza in Rushcliffe

My friend and I had a delivery it was on time hot and the most delicious pizza we had ever eaten omg so tasty will use again and the prices where great try the veggie supreme thanks guy

Have previously ordered from here but the prices have gone up astronomically! It is now more expensive than all other pizza places/takeaways and Wetherspoons for 4 people to eat in West Bridgford, and not even good portion sizes. Over £45 Inc £3.80 for delivery (less than 1 mile away) and this included15% off over £30! I literally got 5 small pieces of chicken in a naan with a handful of chips for ,£10.50! The pizzas were tasty and warm but the chicken and fries I had were cold so unfortunately I cannot recommend.

Sadly three items were not delivered with the order and when called to ask about missing items were told they were very busy and we could have a free chips on next order. This will not make up for the items that did not arrive. Sadly one person did not get their meal.

I do not recommend anyone ordering any food from here. I am absolutely disgusted with the service. After an hour of waiting for two pizzas to be delivered, I was provided with this inedible mess in dented boxes. No words can describe what we were provided with, so I have attached photos for you to see and judge for yourselves. What is even more disappointing, the member of staff that I spoke to over the phone was not prepared to listen and disregarding the condition of the pizzas that were delivered to me and told me that “It is not my problem, take it up with Uber Eats.” Appalling customer service, spend your money elsewhere!!!

Poor customer service, sent food three hours late. Food was cold and burnt when it arrived and covered in garlic mayonnaise when no sauce requested. Manager was unapologetic and the worst customer service i have ever received.

2 hour wait with no updates. I wouldn't bother it's not worth the wait.

Ordered at 9pm and still waiting. Very disappointed as previously have had good service. Paid by card…a mistake I won’t make again

First time ordering from here and will defo not order again Not gunna lie the kebab was tasty but when I order a mega kebab I’m expecting to be full this was the smallest kebab I have ever had in my life no sauce which I ordered and the pizza my partner had was cold Come on guys 😔

Brilliant place for pre concert food, reasonably prized and fast and tasty!

Not only does this place sell amazing pizza but it also serves a lot of other dishes for those that are in the mood for something other than pizza. There is a wide selection of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and plenty of space to sit and eat your meal. Well worth visiting next time you are in West Bridgford.

There was lots of traffic on the road, but food was good as always 👌👍

Order was late, and cold when arrived, kebab was dry and over cooked, there was no sauce with it, rang to complain, they hung up on me twice, was told manager would call in 30 mins, never called back, very very poor customer service, seem to preoccupied with the forest football customers rather than loyal existing customers very very poor

Delivery is always fast and the food is always delicious and hot.

Usually never have a problem with this place but my pizza came cold and i had ordered stuffed crust and there was barely any cheese in the crust.

We actually went and collected it in the end

Do not ever order a kebab from this place there kebab ain’t what you expect I ordered 3 they use burgers as a filling for the meat ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY and when food arrived it was cold

Chicken fillet burger isn't a chicken fillet burger it just a chicken breast burger not battered, tasted like they put mint on my burger I asked for mayo, I asked for no tomato and was given tomato. The sauce and tomato not a big problem it just the misleading information on the burger. It was the same for the chicken flamer, the cheeseburger was decent, the onion rings was okay didn't really taste the onion just the batter, mozzarella sticks was great highly recommend and the fries were dry some crunchy most of them soggy no salt. I would come back but not for the burgers or fries, highly recommend the pasta dishes as I have had some great dishes from the pasta menu beforehand

Took over two hours to deliver food. Ordered 6pm and came at 8.20pm. Promised bonus items for being late and didn’t even fulfil original order as items missing.

It may look a little like your standard late night takeaway from outside and in, but getting past that and you find delicious, tasty food served with speed and a smile. The burgers are excellent, the chicken kebab tasty and succulent and the mozzarella sticks, well, the best I've had!! All that and it's licensed too so you can sit at the bar and enjoy your food with a nice cold one!! Whenever I've been in its mostly takeaway so atmosphere isn't a thing, but you 100% recommended.

Nice food but don’t pre order u delivery as it seems they cook it in advance and it turns up cold best to order when ur ready to eat

Don't pre-order for set times. I usually love the food from Cafe Pizza, but lately we have been very disappointed with deliveries. On a few occasions have ordered to be delivered at specific times and they don't stick to those times, causing inconvenience. And the pizzas have clearly been made earlier and then left standing before delivery so they are tough and cold when they arrive, which is not what we are paying for.

The best pizza I've had, because it has feta cheese instread of normal cheese. Never found a Greek pizza anywhere else...

Very slow service, even when it is empty. Food is average at best. This was my second visit, I gave them a second try as I feel once isn't fair. I won't be back again

Quantity of food was tiny for price charged. Quality was not better than other places which give bigger portions. Sorry but won’t bother again. Thanks

The chicken BLT, requested no salad but it arrived with salad. The bun was toasted a bit too much and the chicken fillet was very small. The chips were a much smaller portion than normal. The pizzas were nice but think that its quite expensive now. Not as nice as it used to be, sorry

We order from Cafe Pizza fairly regularly and have never been disappointed. The quality and price is spot on and the delivery is always slightly early or on time. I would always recommend them. They have a great choice and are the best in the area

Paid for large pizza small was delivered

Our favourite pizza takeaway in the area. We’ve moved out of west Bridgford but still travel back for our favourite- veggie hot and Greek special combo! Family run, honest, quick service. Highly recommend for pizza.

Ordered about 8pm, delivery estimate was 9.15 - 9.35 which was quite late but thought that would be ok. Called at 9.35, was told it would be 10 - 15 mins. Called again after 15 mins and was told it was on it's way. Turned up about 10 -15 mins later. A very long time to wait for a pizza!

The kebab was very very dry although I had some mint sauce on it. I asked for no onions. However I got one slice of tomato and absolutely no cucumber! The kebab meat was tough to eat and I had to throw most of it away. It was cold when it arrived and seemed like it had been sitting waiting to be delivered for a while! It’s a shame because I’ve had really good food from them in the past.

First time I’ve ordered from here and it certainly won’t be the last. Food was tasty, hot and delivered on time. Good sized portions too.

Don’t appreciate being asked questions about past delivery and cancellations on my doorstep! Although the lady was very polite I find it totally rude and inappropriate and no business of yours why I cancelled !

Cafe Pizza arguably has "THE BEST" fresh menu on the trent. Never been disappointed once and have only the highest compliments to give the lovely owners/chefs. I appreciate you all.

Honestly we order quite a lot from different places and by far you have the nicest doner, fries and pizza we've ever had. Highly recommend you try stuffed crust, its exactly how it should be and so many places get it so wrong, but this, this is absolutely perfect.

Been going here for years for the chicken kebab… one of the best in the city ! Never had a bad experience with this place. I now live outside of delivery range so now we have to collect but the travel is soooo worth it

Just the quality of food wasn’t great. But service was great and then again at 1am what really do you want.

Ordered a large mixed kebab and chilli cheese bites & only thing i received was a standered Donna kebab. Not happy atall.

Pizzas weren’t cooked enough.. Normally cafe pizza is spot on and the food is great and I’ve been going for years but tonight the pizzas could have done with an extra couple of minutes cooking time

Normally very good - have been a regular for a while. But last order was terrible - also stiffed me with 1.25 bottles of coke. Im a regular and they thought i wouldnt notice...

The pizza from cafe pizza is always a 10/10 Also it is the only takeaway I’ve found where the sides (mozzarella sticks/chips/onion rings) arrive crispy and super hot Love it

Well I've been a loyal customer for a while now but not anymore the way I've been treated. Ordered a large pizza when it arrived it was a right mess the topping was all over the place and stuck to the box I rang up and asked if they could send me another one and have the messy one back the guy said yes. My other one came and was a lot better. And the delivery driver which was a woman took the messy one back with her I then got a phone call from the guy to say that the pizza was half eaten and the delivery driver did not drop it I never mentioned anything about dropping it and plus I never ate any of the pizza. He said if it happens again they won't be sending me anymore pizzas he was quite rude on the phone.. But don't worry because you have deffinately lost my custom now I will never order again what happened to the customer is always right.. Very rude man

I ordered large pizza and I get very greasy pizza with a lot of cheap cheese on top and very low amount of toppings under the cheese. I’m not recommending this place.

Food took over two hours to come after ordering with two phone calls to the restaurant who weren’t very helpful or apologetic.

Both times i’ve gone i’ve had no issues with the service or food. Food was cheap and came relatively quick, needed a little salt but was otherwise great

We normally don't choose pizza as a takeaway (to the point where we can't remember the last time we did) so looked at the restaurants listed and went with this one because of the really good reviews. We were absolutely not disappointed! We had the house pizza and a stuffed crust - really tasty with fresh ingredients and a really well stuffed crust. Spot on!

Never disappointed with Cafe Pizza, even at 12:50 a.m. their pizzas are delivered fresh, piping hot and with a smile. From the thin and crispy base to all the ingredients, no oil soaking up the box and good sizes from 8"to 12". I am a regular pizza delivery customer and I definitely recommend these pizzas. Thank you for yet another first class pizza. 👊😋

Always use this takeaway but just ordered 3 medium pizzas and a portion of fries to be delivered was told it be 40 to 50 mins but took 1hr 15 mins to arrive on top of which 1 of the pizzas was a small one rang to complain as we are regular customers to be told we ordered and had been charged for a small no offer of compensation or even to send another small free of charge !! So we are having to pay an additional £7 for another pizza which means another £5 on top of what we should of paid had they done the correct size in first place !!

One ov the worst takeaways I've every had. It was just a 'run ov the mill' pizza that evey low rate high Street takeaway does that only tastes good after 10 pints!!!! The chips were swimming in grease and it took 90 minutes to deliver. If I could give less than 1 star....I WOULD
