McDonald's in Rushcliffe

Sat waiting for 15mins in a fast food restaurant is not "fast food". Especially when it's really quiet. This McDonalds is not one for people in a hurry- it is sloooow. Plus there's food all over the floor all the time

Only come if you have an hour to spare. Always take at least 22 minutes from placing order to getting your food, when it’s busy good luck getting them before your partner finished their shopping at ALDI. Spoons are even faster ffs.

Food was freezing will not be using uber eats again

food wasn't what I ordered, the big mac burger had fall out the bun which means it wasn't packed well. fries all at the bottom of the bag covered in hot chocolate

don't think I've ever had a warm mcdonalds from this place. only order if you have a microwave

It took nearly half an hour to receive our food and drink.

My breakfast muffins were really over cooked, pretty much burnt, rock solid and inedible! Really disappointed

Appalling wait time for the delivery and the food was all cold and very unpleasant to eat for the amount paid would expect to have the food delivered on time and at a reasonable temperature!

Went through the drive through. Staff were polite. My food looked like it had been ran over by a car it was all squashed and wonky meaning barely any cheese on my muffin.

No service at the drive through for the second lane. Several cars served in left lane even though they arrived after me. Complained to server who didn’t understand the problem. I drove away without placing an order. Never going there again.

Dreadful service: ice when I specifically asked for none, Coke Zero didn't taste right and why is it the Edwalton branch never has milkshakes in?This was my 4th disappointment for milkshakes. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have returned. Not again. West Bridgford branch so much better.

Went to the Drive Thru at Edwalton. Requested no ice in the drinks, ice put in. Coke Zero did not taste like Coke Zero. Yet again, for the fourth time, no milkshakes. Exhausted after our journey, I could not drive back. In any case I think the service is rubbish, so will not be returning. The one in West Bridgford is so much better.

I have found hair in my food twice now, very unhygienic.

Worse delivery we’ve ever had. Half the order was missing. Great that we got refunded for missing items but then had to reorder the items and pay a further delivery fee

Absolutely mindless behaviour! Every time I order the jam muffin they forget the jam! I even made a note on the order asking not to forget the jam! Incompetent pig knuckles!

I don't eat here but my 10 year old loves it. The chips can sometimes be cold, always take a bit before you leave the drive thru.

The only McDonald’s I’ve been to that consistently does not have milkshakes or iced drinks available, one or twice I get but this is almost every time I visit, too much for it to be coincidental. It’s always hectic and no one seems to know what they’re doing, service time is poor also, I once only ordered a cold drink through the drive through and was made to wait for it at the next window/pull up point. Not really acceptable with a company like this.

We are not happy at all our food was stone cold freezing and they’re telling me you’re only gonna give me £2 but I want refunded my whole full money

The food for thought vouchers hardly ever work at the ordering screens even if you enter the code. Not that you're likely to be able to get a voucher for a visit here as the screens rarely have any receipt paper.

Food was stone cold by the time it arrived...looks like at least 2 if not 3 drop.offs were done before ours.

Not first time coming. Everytime we have come it has been crazily slow! To start off with, service wasn't very good. It was awfully slow staff looked miserable and looked like they didn't want to be there. Waiting in queue for nearly half an hour for a happy meal. Then the toilets, they where not clean at all. Lucky to give 3 stars really!

It’s a McDonald’s just off the A52. On a small retail park, with Greggs, subway and costa. Modern McDonald’s with a drive through, click and collect. Disabled parking Kids play area outside Lift to up stairs Disabled parking and toilets

I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin meal, there is no egg on it! Just a dry muffin and sausage

Absolutely shocking at the Edwalton McDonalds tonight 18th October. No Milkshakes, No Quarter Pounders, Half filled chips, Plain Cheeseburger with no Cheese. This McDonald’s was decent when it first opened now it’s poor like the rest. Managers must be held to account for poor quality food, slack staff and food running out. Why on earth does this site have their food deliveries on a Friday night every week. Friday and Saturday night are your biggest takeaway days I’m sure and you always run out of stuff every Friday. Get your deliveries in before the weekend it’s simple. Management should be holding their hands up to this mess and actually start managing the site with some real thought. Area Managers need to get in there and see what’s going on. Shocking tonight.

It's the best McDonald's I've been to since moving here from the States.

I visited the macdonalds at Edwalton Nottingham near notcutts. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a big mac deal for 2.99 that I had via email. I told the guy at the drive through that this is what I was using and even showed him the deal with the bar code. He added 2 big mac meals and charged me 10.18???? It should have been 2.99. The payment had gone through as he did not tell me the amount. I complained and was promised a refund which has not gone through. The food was really cold and inedible. The fries were like cardboard and the big mac was a mess!!!! I am disgusted I was charged 10.18 instead of 2.99. I will never go back there again!!! The customer service and food was the worst I have ever had! I feel ripped off. This needs to be addressed. I would at least like my refund!!!!.

A fairly new McDonald's located in a small but busy retail area. Staff very young most of the time and not always well-trained in customer service, but food always hot.

Tried to order in the app and it failed at the last part, twice. Was very busy but only had 4 order screens and were queuing to use. One person was serving at the till but was taking absolutely ages. I know it's no longer 'fast food' but 20mins to get to the point of ordering and then a similar time waiting is just too long. Need more staff/ more efficient staff manning tills and more ordering points. Very poor.

Very bad management of this McDonald’s. If you make a complain, the staff just tell loads of lies to their management who then just back them up. I’ve never known such a disgraceful business.

Spot on! Some younger staff are a bit not bothered but I was probably the same at their age!

Cold food. Not very quick serving even though there were plenty of staff. Rude staff. Cleaner growled and rolled eyes at my autistic brother leaving him in tears. No manners whatsoever so ever from the staff. Clearly the cleaners are lazy as their only job is to clean table and they can’t do that.Do not recommend

Drive through - asked for a plain (only cheese) double quarter pounder meal, and two other meals. Arrived at collection window. Longer than normal wait. Food given. About to drive off then realised we’d not been given any drinks and no small fries. Had to get out of car to knock on window to get the attention of staff. They apologised about drinks but small fries not on order even though I’d asked at order point. I asked if I could pay but he said he doesn’t take orders or payment at this window so would have to drive round again ! As it late I decided to leave it and drove off. Pulled over once away from restaurant to eat my plain burger..one bite and I discovered all the gherkins and sauces 🤮 and no way to fix as driven away! So annoying !

Cleanest Macdonald's I've ever visited including the toilets, service pretty decent as well 👍🏻 At time of visit only had Strawberry flavour shakes available 🙁

Bar far the worst McDonald’s in Nottingham. Lost count of how many times when using the drive-thru the food has been wrong, not made correctly (received a Big Mac with the top of the bun missing) missing item etc. Last time we ordered in it took forever to receive the food. Staff don’t care, poor attitude. Definitely avoid this one and head to Trent Bridge one, much better service and food always correct!

Amazing service. One lady called Evie was happy to help with anything and everything. She helped us place our order brought it to us and had a smile on her face. She was also making sure everyone else was ok and making sure everywhere was tidy. She is a happy smiley person.

No receipt paper in the self serve. Staff just shove your order on the counter and there's no interaction with the customer. Many customers came in from the drive through bays who had been waiting 20 mins for their order and the staffs response was a nonchalant 'sorry about that'.

I can't believe how shocking this place is. What happened to McDonalds?? Not that many people in, but somehow waited 30 minutes for a Cold burger, limp fries and a drink. Also got a tiny portion of mcflurry. That was it. The whole order. 30 minutes!! You wouldn't need to wait that long in most restaurants. Thought this was fast food. I nearly choked on the burger. It was drier than a sand pit. The burger was barely edible. I'm not directly having a go at the staff, but they seem like they've lost the will to live. Needs someone to go in and sort the team out, get them motivated. Prices have gone up, standards have hit rock bottom. Now I know why I rarely visit these fast food places. Sort it out Ronald.

Slow service cold food lots of items unavailable

Staff stood on phones bitching about not having enough shifts and the manager but did move out of the way of the bin so I could use it !

Ordered a grimace shake but there was barely any grimace flavour in the shake, mostly vanilla. Clearly rationing so they don’t run out so quickly.

Ordered double Big Mac but got a normal Big Mac in a double Big Mac box. Also no sauces were sent that we ordered

All good arrived cold. Fries were cold and soggy. Missing items McChicken sandwich & Big Mac so 2 family members had no food. Called McDonald’s who placed the blame entirely on just eat when it was their error. No resolution at all. Very disappointe

The simplest job of putting food in a bag and they can’t even get that right. My order has been wrong on multiple occasions and they weren’t exactly complicated. Items missing from order or ingredients missing from the items that manage to make it to the bag. Still waiting for my voucher from my last visit but McDonald’s support isn’t any better. Pair the poor service with the increase in prices and McDonald’s just isn’t worth it anymore.

Flat cola. Under cooked and cold chips. Burgers that disintegrate. Staff don't seem to care what slop they are serving up.

Nice enough McDonald's. Only mitigated by an affluent area being nearby. Otherwise it would be a Chavsville like most of these takeaways. Decent today. Bit crowded but ok. Clean loos and great meal. Arrived quickly. Lovely servers and cleaning lady.

Ease of access and prompt service

It is convenient but the experience is average. Room for improvement, both in terms of food and service.

Kept waiting for ages at drive thru only for them to yet again get the order wrong missing a drink and sauce. Always get orders wrong everytime I go forgetting items from orders including burgers fries drinks and sauces. Rarely get one correct. Fries often overcooked too.

Abysmal service. 35 minutes for our food, didn’t even get much. Don’t bother.

It's a maccies it's what you expect

Upstairs seating area not open on my visit Sunday 9am, pancakes were a little hard and not very hot. Coffee not hot but strength ok. Yes I know I could take it back but sometimes I don't want to have to wait for it to be replaced. Why can't it just be correct first time round 😔

went in to order the new mcflurries but came out absolutely appalled. All were barely filled to even half. I didint order a mini.

I’m aware that the delivery timings fluctuate depending on the ‘fast’ food establishments ability to handle fast food orders which is what they are paid to do, so when the food is delivered, it is more often than not due to the establishment and not the driver, he was lovely.

Got delivered to the wrong address, so the driver had to drive another 20mins to get to me. I have a screenshot showing the correct address . Turned up cold, absolutely soaked in coffee as the flat white had over turned in the bag. Had to all be thrown away. I’ve taken videos and pictures if you would like to see them

Arrived 30 minutes :LATE and all of the food was COLD. Apart from the diet coke that was WARM and FLAT. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!

Really slow service at the drive-thru. Took over 20mins to get a chicken salad and coffee!!

Extremely busy no one seemed to know what they were doing waited half hour for food. Won't bother again
