Domino's Pizza - Bingham in Rushcliffe

Ordered at 12:05 on a Sunday lunch - arrived at 12:40 - brilliant service, very nice Christmas pizza, all in all impressed!

Good quality dominoes - most of them are a similar quality right. But this branch have made a mistakes on my orders. Mostly forgetting parts so I've had to wait with half my order ready while the forgotten half cooks...

Recommend you try local independent places instead ( as we usually do). Gave this a one off try and waste of £30. Pizza very salty, small amount of toppings, poor base and luke warm. Wedges soggy and cold. Wrong type of coke. Hey ho, we live and learn - first world problems I know. Hopefully the franchise owner will take on board the poor reviews on here.

Messed up delivery again. Asked where the coke was, went back to the car, he'd forgot it. Expected him to come back.....never did. Won't be using these again. I'll stick with the local small business in future.

First time ordering a pizza from here. It was fantastic!!! 2 pizzas and 2 sides, all extremely hot when arrived. From ordering to delivery was 30 minutes. Very well made, tasty, seasoned well and HOT!!! Will definitely be ordering again 😁😁😁

Minus stars would be more appropriate. Wish I had read the reviews first. Waited from 5pm to 7pm, no pizza, had phoned at 6:30pm to be told it was nearly there even though it had said on the app it had neen deliverd some time ago so I called again at 7pm only to be met with hostility and rudeness and was told that the pizza had been delivered. Apparently they had a delivery photo but couldn't show me that, so clearly rubbish or delivered to the wrong house. Not holding out hope for a refund or the pizza. They claim to be sending it again in a couple of hours, which they obviously wouldn't do if they could prove it had already arrived. Disgraceful, will be taking it further!

What a terrible pizza with so many burned craters from where the base has not been stretched correctly and a pizza that is not even a circle ..... i will never be ordering from here again . Complete waste of my time and money. Spoke to member of staff and was told no manager available and only 1 driver so would not be able to send out another pizza. Disgusting customer service . If i could deduct the 1 star i have given you i would. I will be travelling to west bridgford branch to order my pizza from now on . The base is not the same in bingham.

Found hairs baked into BOTH of our pizzas - completely disgusting- got a poor apology and told no manager was in and to call in the morning. 0/10 do not recommend this place unless you like hairs in your pizza.

Both my partner and I ordered pizzas and found hairs baked into both. We called the store and we were told there was no manager and no delivery drivers for new ones (not that we would have one made by them again). Absolute joke and disgusting hygiene!

Really slow delivery, 50mins!!! On a Tuesday night, surely it’s not that busy! The app said it had been delivered but it had not, rang up and it took another 15 minutes to get here! It was just warm once it arrived. The topping on one of the pizzas were virtually none existent! May as well ordered a margarita. Bingham dominoes not a patch on others I’ve had. Won’t be using these again.

I ordered my pizza from domino's and it said on the app it was delivered went to the front door and no delivery was there and it is not the first time this has happened

Placed an order that arrived 20 minutes after it said it would be delivered. The food was cold. Chicken cold garlic bread cold. I phoned up as I wanted a refund. They offered to remake the order however it got declined and I still asked for a refund and got straight refused. And the guy on the phone was very very rude. I still want my money back. As I am totally disappointed with the service received.

Absolutely useless food arrived cold and we are a 10 minute journey away rang to complain and the lad who answered was rude and refused to give refund why would we want food remaking when it's clearly going to be sat again like ours clearly had. When dealing with food like chicken they really need to sort their standards or people are going to be ill. Disgusting service do not recommend.

They mark orders as ‘on the way’ and ‘delivered’ to keep their stats up but blame it on an error with the app. order arrived 1 hour after it was meant to, and cold.

Ordered at 6:45 , text at 7:09 to say it had left the shop , rang twice as it still hadn’t arrived by 7:51 . literally be spoken to like rubbish , really bad attitude by whoever was on the phone , told me to SHUT UP !!! Finally arrived an hour late !! Disgusting, told we will get a refund … still waiting !!!

It's a Domino's. What more can be said. The staff were polite and the store was clean. I would recommend to anyone that likes pizza.

Easy to order a pizza with the phone (on their website ). I ordered at 4 pm, and request to collect at 7:15 and that was perfectly on time. As there is a tracking system which is friendly to know what stage my order is. And the animation is cyber feels like i am talking with Jarvis😂

Waited a hour for my food to be delivered and when it came it was disgusting they forgot the drink and the side and the boxes and pizza was squished terrible place

Ordered from this branch several times and always had great pizza however our usual deal is no longer available. On this occasion though I just wanted to leave a review and call out Sam for his superb customer service. I'm coeliac and the gluten free pizzas were excluded from the new Easter deal onlines. I rang up and he organised with the area manager for me to have a gluten free pizza included in the deal.

I've been using Domino's for 20+ years now in various locations. Every pizza I've had from this new branch has been spot on so far! I usually collect and get the collection specific deals which makes the price very reasonable too!

Food was delivered 45-50 mins after the online tracker claimed it had left the oven. Not sure how accurate the tracker is but when the pizza arrived it was pretty cold, the cheese had dried up and it was clear it had been sat out on the counter for a long time. Sides were also cold with the bbq wings being one wing short. Not likely to order from here again. After spending £50 I was feeling pretty annoyed at wasting my money.

Pizza was delivered pretty fast but tasted awful, doughy just terrible. Some of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. AVOID.

My pizza was cold and dry… I waited double the time it was supposed to take, when it did turn up none of the dips I ordered came. Won’t bother again

50 minute wait to collect a cheese and tomato pizza when I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Staff were just obnoxious. Didn't even get an apology.

I ordered a home alone deal on the 04.02.21, it consisted of a small pizza, a side and a drink. It came an hour and a half later. I let this go as I understand they are busy and are new, but little did I know half my order didn’t come! I received the pizza and that’s it. I spoke to the delivery driver and he said I’ll have to ring up. The person on the phone told me I’d have to wait another Hour and a half for the rest of my delivery so I demanded a refund. I ordered today cookies and a couple of drinks. This took a trip to the shop, 3 denied calls and another hour and a half wait for it to come. He told me he has 15 delivery drivers on (which I don’t believe) and that my order had just been delivered. At this point I requested another refund and left the shop. I got home 5 minutes later and my food hadn’t been delivered. I rang another 5 times all of which they picked up the phone and then put it down. They answered on the 5th time and told me the order was 5 minutes away. Ultimately I would not recommend to anyone! Don’t go there!

1hr 45mins to get here. Was at least hot, but clearly had been whacked back through the oven before going out as lots of toppings burnt. Topped off with a long hair cooked right into wife's pizza. Poor excuse for a dominos. Never had a problem with West Bridgford!

Pizza ordered on a Thursday lunch time took nearly 2 hours to be delivered! Don't bother getting pizza from here. Can get pizza quicker literally anywhere else.

Don’t order for delivery - it takes over an hour and half of that is your pizza sat in a bag -they have one person doing all the deliveries so pizza turns up lukewarm at best.

Don't order to get delivered.... over 2.5 hrs !! Was told it was on its ways and 40 mins later still no pizza. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
