The Fish and Chips were Both COLD and came 40 minutes later than before.

Beautifully cooked thick crispy Batter. Delivered fast so Food was nice and hot Lady at Cafe was very nice and helpful

I really think the bag should be sealed shut, my bag was open and both food containers had popped open, put me off eating it the fact it was all open

Time delay for click and collect was terrible (twice). Order is never ready. Prices have gone up and they now also serve fries instead of proper fish and chips.

Tasty, hot, perfect portion size easy menu layout

Order loaded fries and 2 ultimate breakfasts. No black pudding on either breakfast, which was the only reason why we ordered, and the loaded fries had nothing on them, not warm and dried out. We used to love to order from here but the quality has gone downhill don't think we will be ordering again.

Half my order was missing. Ordered 2 ultimate breakfasts and the egg was missing out of one. Ordered a big breakfast and it was missing. Ordered a bacon cob and that was also missing. How is half an order missing??

Does it really take 6 months to repair a coffee machine??? Surely not! After a lengthy queue and having to fetch our own mugs off the counter (none available by the solitary vending machine) we were able to enjoy our DIY drink!

Only one coffee /tea machine in operation and a queue . Ordered breakfast it came while getting hot drinks 2minutes later got back with drinks bacon was cold so not very hot to start with .Coffee beans in the one machine had nearly ran ,it was busy in cafe but it felt chaotic

I order from the cafe all the time but the food is always consistently cold, probably gonna stop coz it’s every time and it’s not even that far away from me!

Cafe a disgrace noone on till o ly one coffee machine working noy been both for weeks,no milk cartons on container, no teaspoons tbles not cleared. Manager sat eating breakfast oblivious ti her stAff ,only 4 of them, rushing round trying to cope

Cobs came so soggy that it just fell apart, not edible. 1 latte arrived when we ordered 2. All food was very cold and had to be microwaved.

Only one coffee machine working (again) and a long queue waiting as a result. Napkins jammed into dispenser so not usable and people in the queue saying how the cafe has 'really gone downhill'. Having said that, the coffee was fine and the cafe was busy, so many people so seem to like it. Just wish you didn't have to serve yourself with hot drinks but I suppose that would put prices up. If you must have self service machines, please make sure that they work.

The full English breakfast is excellent!

Order was 2 hours late, when trying to select how late it was on this review the option always reverts back to 5 mins, probably not an accident that this feature is broken. Food was cold, when tracking the driver I saw them stop at various random locations on the way to me, not worth your time or money

Simply Poor. No hot drinks ( machine out of order for more than one week ), food only luke warm, no condiments, staff appear totally unmotivated. Will not be back until service and food quality show a considerable improvement.

We had breakfast today, after we had to put up several times with instant coffee before, there was Latte available again. Today, they obviously ran out of their usual sausages, the tiny one they put on instead looked absolutely disgusting, it made my stomach turn. Just couldn't eat that, although I was hungry. It was half cooked, dried in sort of jelly covering it. They guy next table was told, that they had problems with supplies. There were plenty of good sausages in the shop when we went shopping after that. It used to be really nice there, but it's gone downhill.

Ordered mini fish n chips and fish pie , 2 teas as no lattes! Waited a while and scampi, chips n peas arrived with mini fish etc . Didn’t order scampi so sent it back and had to wait again for fish pie!! It was absolutely disgusting and looked like slop to be honest! So wrote a note and put it on bowl and delivered it back to the kitchen to the manageress. The cafe staff don’t care what they serve and look thoroughly cheesed off working there. I was offered a full refund which I I accepted. We’ll be giving Morrisons Gamston a wide berth from now on!! 🤡👎😡

Staff perfect. Atmosphere great. Food quality good. Staffing levels very poor This is a busy cafe with only minimal staff working. 1 cooking, 1 on the till and serving and one clearing, serving and doing the washing. All resulting in meals being left under heat lamps and being served luke warm or cold. Nothing against the staff 2 stars for the management.

Missing items that I paid for, over cooked nearly burnt black pudding and mushroom and under cooked stringy bacon.. I mean come on how can such a busy place be so inconsistent? Probably because the staff are on minimum wage with no pride in their work.. Support independent small business from now On I think.!

Myself, my nan & little boy eat here every Friday after our morning shop. Throughout the months we have had a range of food items from the menu: fish & chips, brunch, scampi & chips, all day breakfast, jacket potato & beans, avocado & poached eggs on toast, kids breakfast, kids nuggets chips & beans, and we can safely say all the above meals have been lovely. It’s vary rare I can eat so often at a place and always be happy with the service, food and price - I mean we can sometimes get 3 meals & 3 drinks for £10! The regular staff are always pleasant, the food is always hot, never really a long waiting time and we will gladly continue to eat here every Friday 😊 I think people only take to trip advisor to complain, and after having months of wonderful meals here, they deserve a great review!

Awful. Had we realised that ‘All day breakfast’ really meant ‘stood all day breakfast’ then we wouldn’t have eaten here. Some elements were luke warm the rest just cold. Bacon had been stood so long it was like leather, scrambled eggs had crunchy bits included! We seen our first lates stood on the pass for some time before they were brought to us while some staff just milling about doing little. There is clearly something wrong with coffee machine as the coffee wasn’t hot either - I suspect it’s set to low temperature to match the food.

This Morrisons Garmston Cafe is Fantastic and Amazing and Brilliant and I Give this Cafe Morrisons 10 out of 10 star's and 9 out of 10 star's and I also give 5 out of 5 star's and I think everyone should go to this Morrisons Garmston Cafe for their breakfast and dinner or Lunch and to have their snacks and no Questions and that's why I gave this Cafe 5 star's and my Dad and my mum Last Months took me to have our breakfast and lunch and snacks and going here Tomorrow Night in the Evening only and going to spend time with my Dad to this Fantastic Cafe when can.

Visited the Gamston cafe today for breakfast , the cafe was about one third full so we took our seats ans ordered one full english & 2 slices of toast with butter . The full breakfast arrived but had to send the toast back as it was already buttered & the server did not know if it was spread with butter or margarine she took the toast away & that was the last I saw of her. 20 mins later I asked another member of staff if I could have my toast & butter and one slice duly arrived ( yay) he said he would bring the 2nd slice over alas I waited a further 20 mins & then left as i had an appointment to attend. The staff were friendly but did seem very busy & flustered.

Visited Netherfied at 12 noon on Sunday 31 October, limited choice, more unavailable than available. Plenty of staff but tables had not been cleared. This was first visit since cafe renovation, won’t be visiting again.

Three adults and two little children needed a quick snack at 11.30am today. Having found a table and studied the menu, we went to the counter to order. The adult meals were straight off the menu - easy. However the lads wanted ham sandwiches, which I assumed I would need to buy elsewhere in the store and bring back for them to eat in the cafe. Not so, said the helpful lady on the checkout. All I needed to do was to fill two children's meal boxes with the requisite items (yoghurt, soft drink, piece of fruit, packet of biscuits) and they would make the sandwiches fresh in the kitchen and bring them with the hot meals. Sure enough, a few minutes later they brought each of the boys a plate with 4 quarters of thick tiger loaf, containing thick slices of the most delicious ham. They (and we) were very impressed! Superb quality. Not only that, but we benefited from a deal whereby as we had bought certain adult meals, the kids meals were free. Well done Morrisons!

Called in at 4.15 Wednesday only 2 people serving and cooking .Lots of pots on alot of tables not cleared .We used to call in here after shopping menu has changed .We ordered fish and chips which was cooked ok but standard was grim .Bloke on till was good also brought meals to table . Condiments hadn't been filled and very poor selection of other foods also hardly any mugs for hot drinks etc cafe hasn't the selection of food it used to have

Got to cafe at about 12 waited in a long queue for a table no movement at all even there were a couple of empty tables and no-one seemed to be supervising. We gave up after 20 minutes and went to the pub over the road for lunch.

Es una farsa ir de compras allí en estos tiempos, Había una cita afuera que esperaba, Tan pronto como estás adentro, gratis para todos, sin desinfectante para las manijas de los carros, gente caminando hacia adelante y hacia atrás, imposible mantener la distancia, dependiente de tienda caminando, sin mantener distancia, un hombre en realidad caminaba agitando las manos y riéndose de todos. . Soy una señora mayor, con una entrega de comestibles imposible, así que después de 3 semanas he tenido que ir a la tienda, NO VOLVERÉ A IR, ESTABA ASUSTANTE. . .

Manic when went with granddaughter , no glutton free options for her, drinks cold and what we ordered , a bowl of chips took forever to come as they inputted our table number up side down!!! Messy too, under staffed by the looks of it too .

Great place for cold food and dirty cutlery

Necesitaba un café rápido, así que me detuve en el Barista Coffee Bar. Un agradable miembro del personal preparó el café y calentó un pastel de té. El precio total fue de 2. 50, que es un buen valor. Le hubiera dado a este 5 estrellas si el café hubiera sido un poco más fuerte y se sirviera en una taza más pequeña.

The smallest omlette ever... and it was a microwave omlette! Over cooked in the microwave so the edges were like cardboard. Retuned for a fresh one only to recieve the same again...Awful.

Great for kids and reasonable price

No me puedo quejar de la calidad: obtienes mucho por lo que pagas. Visité ayer con mi hermana ya que estábamos de compras de todos modos y era conveniente, barato y rápido (o eso pensé). La selección es buena, y el tamaño de la porción también lo es. El único problema que tuvimos fue que estuvimos esperando la mayor parte de 45 minutos, 1 hora por 2 porciones de comida que obviamente estaban precocinadas y preparadas. Vimos algunas otras personas quejándose del servicio a los empleados que se disculparon pero fue frustrante.

En varias ocasiones he intentado tomar un café en el bar cafetería Barista, pero ha estado cerrado, por lo que le pregunté al personal de la cafetería cuando estaba abierto y me dijeron que cerrara no antes de las 5 pm.En consecuencia llegué a las 4. 40 pm - ¡adivina lo que no estaba sirviendo como estaban en el proceso de apagarse! ! Esta no es la primera vez que esto sucede. miFui al servicio de atención al cliente para quejarme, una TOTAL pérdida de tiempo. Se hicieron varias excusas - ninguna válida. La dirección no sabe qué está pasando.Si el personal lo dice, en múltiples ocasiones, para cerrar a las 5 pm, entonces debería ser posible tomar un café a las 4. 40 pm pero NO! !Los evitaremos en el futuro y sugeriré que otros también lo hagan. Puede obtener uno a las 2 pm, ¿quién sabe? ?

Teníamos desayunos pero nos dieron papas fritas en lugar de papitas fritas (probablemente se agotaron). Las salchichas no parecían de muy buena calidad, pero están hechas especialmente para ellas. O levantándose pero no a la venta en planta. Sólo salchichas de cerdo. Puede elegir tener huevos fritos, revueltos o escalfados, tostadas blancas o marrones, té o café. Los frijoles tampoco parecían de primera calidad y el tocino era excepcionalmente de color rojo. Lamentablemente decepcionado esta vez

I had a cooked breakfast it was ok. The only thing ive got to moan about is ....it would stay hot if it was on a warm plate to start with.

Used new computer ordering system.. was ok but then had to go to counter to pay for drink anyway as drinks not available on computer.. yet? odd..staff very friendly, Fried bread was too thick.. way too.. had thick ones before at other Morrisons.. Thin only please! star off for that.

I only go here for breakfasts and the toast used to be the best toast in the world however they have recently changed the bread they use and the amount they give you. Overall price is quite good though.

Un regalo después de un comienzo temprano. Pedimos pequeño desayuno con huevo escalfado. Llegó a mí, muy arrepentido, sin huevos escalfados (no había recibido suficiente) y los cocinan frescos. Es un supermercado (ironía). Huevos revueltos con el desayuno y solo se podía comer la salchicha, el hachís (cocinado) y los frijoles, el resto estaba frío. Aparentemente, el cocinero que estaba encendido cuando mi desayuno estaba cocinado se había ido a casa a las 10 am de la mañana. Si te gustan los huevos y los frijoles mezclados, hazlo por un capricho, pero si no lo es, no hay un traje fuerte. Aspectos positivos - personal encantador y se disculpó por el desayuno pobre.
