Cold food squashed like it's been in a handbag then served. Asked for fresh got burgers that were sat on a luke warm tray. RUBBISH

Easy to get parked as usually plenty of spaces (limited to 90 minutes). Staff are friendly and orders arrive quickly most of time, although it does depend on how busy the restaurant is. Plenty of tables for indoor seating, clean toilets. Overall a really good McDonald's restaurant. Visited again today, warm Fries and excellent Big Mac. Very clean. Another revisits were just as good as the first.

Everything you expect from a McDonald's. Clean, hot food, good staff and open at 1am. Brilliant.

Just been to McDonald’s West Bridgford. Through the drive through!!. No chips that we ordered. Food cold. Bone of them seemed to know what they were doing . The girl that took out order. What can I get ya!! Also bo straws for the drinks

Not so cheap burgers anymore that are suffering from severe shrinkflation and flavour bypass. Don't make them how they used to.

I have ordered bacon chicken wrap (no bacon) but I got bacon on a takeaway. It was late to report it back. It was having label as no bacon but there was a bacon strip inside. Looks like it was made before I have placed order.

Outlet near Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is about as good as it gets. Not a large venue but haven't failed to get a table so far.

Ordered McDelivery they missed out the double Big Mac. Rang Uber they said call fhe restaurant. Rang the restaurant they said call Uber. They then said email customer services who don’t work past 6pm on a Friday. So they took my money and no double Big Mac….and a £3.99 delivery fee on top. Still hungry awaiting my double Big Mac

Always has milkshakes on offer unlike castle marina, my go to for a vanilla milkshake in Notts. 10/10.

Average. Food was well cooked. Lack of space to stand and wait for your order. As with all McDonalds, staff seem to spend most time looking at the order screen, waiting for food, whilst other ready food just sits there.

When it's bad it's bad, when it's good it's spot on.

The Staff are good but every time I go in here they have the air condition blasting out freezing cold air. On a January evening at 10pm and you walk in here for a coffee and you leave your coffee and walk out the door. A 1 star only is the option when you walk out the door without eating/drinking your purchase. Guys, your customers want heat in January, not air conditioning !!!

Slow service, when we complained about the length of time waiting, for 2 cheeseburgers at 11.30 in the morning, we were told to wait or have a refund. A manger with lip fillers and a bad attitude to match took over and bought us a refund without explanation. Very bad customer service, very bad experience and a bad example from a franchisee who was the best in Nottingham. Wonder what went so wrong!

it was bank holiday so had a long wait for food, very slow service. burgers and drinks ok .place clean. staff polite.

we were served by lily, smiles and polite.we both had big mac and chips, ok but not very warm,so not as good as last time.

Thought I would treat myself to a cappuccino and a muffin this morning. I waited at the counter for five minutes and was completely ignored by the four staff that I could see. One walked within two feet of me but offered no acknowledgement that I was even there. I was obviously invisible. Needless to say I left with no breakfast. Very poor customer service.

Not many McDonald’s can give out orders fast enough for the food to arrive warm when collected, but this one did a brilliant job at being polite when food was taking longer than usual, and the food was as good as it gets! Definitely ordering from here again.

Yet another disappointment after ordering delivery food from this store. After ringing up and asking for a solution to the problem the manager hung up on me. Maybe Jerry the area manager should concentrate on running his existing stores to a decent standard and maybe train his staff in customer service than expanding his business. Quality is better than quantity. Very disappointed in food and service. I now need to order from elsewhere to feed hungry family member who has missing meal. Not nice after work a 12 hour shift. One mistake once in a while I can except but not every other order. Absolutely appalling customer service and I think it is terrible manners for a manager to hang up the phone on a customer. Much more training required.

we went before notts county match. we had big mac and chips,very nice not cold like some other places.they were very busy, but we not wait long.i see that 2.5 is the tripadvisor score, but when we go its aways been ok.thankyou all.

Ordered x3 meals for work colleagues on my lunch break. Went through the drive through. Got to the final window to be handed a happy meal which wasn’t ordered. I had ordered a normal chicken nugget meal with chocolate milkshake, they said they would sort it. I gave them it back & they refunded me for it? To which I said do I need to go back round the drive through to reorder the chicken nugget meal. To be told no. They handed me a big bag and said ‘all your food it’s in there’ Drove back to work to find it wasn’t! No surprise not the first time it’s happened. Won’t be going again. Staff are Hopeless.

Received this this morning for breakfast. Tasted funny so looked inside and found this. Called to complain and was told that “is it grey? Oh yeah that’s not mould, some of the eggs are just like that. It should have been removed”. No offer of a replacement or refund or anything. I can’t eat this. It’s disgusting. I won’t get food from here again. It looks like mould to me.

Refused to be served....apparently the drinking facility was out of order?? When seconds later a friend purchased drinks , will be taking this up with the franchise owner

Never had a problem ordering at this branch of McDonalds. Food is exactly what is expected from a McDonalds. Never had a problem with incorrect orders. Food always the correct temperature. Staff always polite. Orders go through quickly. Environment always clean and tidy and well maintained.

Got our order wrong, missing food. No ice cream. Food was cold and staff have attitude when trying to explain about order. No customer service skills and no apology. Used to be really good West B McDonalds, never going back again,

walked in to McDonald's to order food as the drive in were almost queuing onto the main road.Ordered food then found it very difficult to know where to stand and wait due to the ordering machines and delivery drivers who had priority. I had to wait 30 minutes for food and that was after I had asked about my own order which seemed to have been misplaced.It appears that priority was given to the delivery drivers and drive in orders as they were given out very quickly.We drove home to eat our food and both of us ordered the double Quarter pounder meals.My husband was very disappointed as his had no gherkins, onion or tomato sauce on and was very bland.Overall very disappointed with the service and the food. I wore my face mask the whole time but there were customers who didn't and one man in particular who was coughing all over the place. Very difficult to social distance and is an experience that I will not be doing again in a hurry.

If you're a fan of mystery box's, raffles, lotteries or general surprises then this McDonalds branch is the one for you! If i had £1 for every missing item i have paid for yet not received when ordering from this McDonalds id probably have enough money to pay for every item on the menu but still end up with a medium Big Mac Meal, accompanied by a small fries.This branch is terrible, i can safely say i have never ordered from here and received 100% of my order correctly, drive thru or eating inside. The amount of times the average customer has to re-visit the tills probably gives the impression that its so good you cant keep us away, yet its the complete opposite. Do not order from here, i highly recommend you dont give them any business until their has been some form of management change. Dont get me started on the attitude i received from workers. Dont get me wrong i believe there are some real hard working employees of this branch that i would not associate with this review however there are a select few that should be taught a lesson on customer service, even little remarks such as overhearing a staff member shout "omg look at this banana milkshake, it looks like sh*t". I remember that particularly well as that was my order. Thankgod for the protective covid-19 screens that block out profanity because im sure all the parents of the many small children inside would have been disappointed to hear such language.My final notes for this jumbled review; yet still more organized than the staff at this branch. I ordered the new chicken deluxe and it was luxurious,a Big Mac and fries WAIT. It came with no lettuce cold and the tea was cold also a happy meal with chicken nuggets and a coke I didn’t get the happy meal but I got charged but I got the coke also I shared the chips with my sister and she felt sick after 5 minutes THIS IS THE WORST MC DONALDS EVER and the customer was blocking the queue over an orange juice PLZ I used to come here a lot but you have down hilled a lot. Three times now (over 3 months) I’ve been here for lunch. The kids want to do their bit for the environment and have decided NOT to have Happy Meals by having a box of 20 nuggets between them. We were happy with this to start with but, for three consecutive visits, we have been short changed on the box of 20 nuggets! Each time we have been given less. If they do this to EVERY CUSTOMER, they are going to be making a lot of profit! Avoid if you can - it sit in the car before you leave and count your nuggets!!

Been here plenty of times the food used to be okay for fast food but has gone downhill just been here and was given burned chicken nuggets and chips with no flavour I just spent £10 on burned chicken nuggets are u kidding me. Don’t go here go to the Clifton one much nicer

Stopped here prior to the pubs and match day, slow service, food so-so, all in all they can't cope with match days, wish we had eaten at the pub.

Ordered basic Big Mac and fries meal , from inside the restaurant , girl who served me never smiled , never said please or thank you , food arrived after 5 mins wait , chips were cold and soggy , burger had no heat in it at all, plus soggy lettuce , so burger has been standing for a while , returned food , still no apology , after another five mins I’m sure they gave me the save meal back as it was even colder than before ,, threw it in the bin and walked out , will complain to regional manager , This used to be one of Nottingham’s best Mac Donald’s but has gone seriously downhill last thew months , since the new automated system , I have never had a hot meal at any Mac Donald’s !!! Last time I am ever disappointed. By this companyPlus the gents toilets were disgusting. As well as restaurant. Dirty tables. , food on floor

Popped by here late on Friday night (was actually early hours of Saturday morning) and was unsurprised by the general quality of the food. It was the same as you'd expect from any of the other seven billion McDonald's around the globe.What did surprise me though was the friendliness of the young man who served me. To say it was about 2am and he had apparently had a large Rugby contingent in earlier that evening (whilst being somewhat understaffed) he was cheerful, polite and incredibly welcoming.I regret that I did not take this guys name, for he alone has elevated this McDonald's above any single one I have been to across the country. Top bloke!

I go to West bridgford McDonalds 7-10 times a week, normally every night after 11pm. I know its fast food but its getting REALLY bad week after week. The burgers are cold, the chips seem like they have been sat there for an hour or so. I just came back and the grease from the chips when I put them in my burger box stained the box. I couldn't even feed them to my dog so he was disappointed. Standards have dropped massively over the last month or two. I hope you sort things out as If Im paying for a burger of any sort and chips I want them hot, not COLD. You really need to sort the West Bridgford branch out. Its every night now and I don't know why I am wasting my money when Dominos is right down the street. :(

Electronic ordering speeds things up a lot. Food tends to be variable but usually warmish. Milk shakes excellent. Like the water-free urinals - Save the Planet!

I don’t want to wast too much of my precious time on this one, but feel strongly enough about it to write something. I visited with my daughter yesterday Saturday 17th November at approximately 2pm.

I found the food to be served quickly & hot and the staff are very friendly.

Mi esposa y yo aparecimos el miércoles por la noche. Por lo general, tomamos el camino, pero esta vez estaba muy congestionado. Fuimos a la tienda y usamos su nuevo e inteligente sistema de pantalla táctil automatizado. Esto fue bastante simple. Luego esperamos nuestra orden cuyo estado se muestra en el sistema de colas electrónicas bien pensado. Esto muestra el estado de su pedido. Cuando el pedido se mostró listo para la recolección, caminé hacia el área de recolección según las instrucciones. Una cosa sobre McDonalds es que hay un exceso de personal trabajando en el área detrás del mostrador. Me quedé allí sin ser reconocido por un solo miembro del personal. Fui totalmente ignorado. Hubo 2 personas que se destacaron como una de ser hombre y con gafas y me miró con una mirada que mostraba lo desinteresado que estaba en mí y en su trabajo. La otra era una mujer bajo la apariencia de una directora. Ella tampoco hizo nada ni siquiera reconoció mi existencia. ¿Por qué lo harían? Solo soy un cliente

Fue nuestro día de mami e hijo el almuerzo. Nos divertimos muchísimo el día antes que nosotros, y aunque los McDonalds están cerca de nosotros, I. Netherfield es el más cercano. La comida es notablemente de mejor calidad. Deben cambiar el aceite con mayor frecuencia, pero las papas fritas SIEMPRE son frescas, crujientes y calientes. Este McDonald's nunca ha decepcionado, fueron unos pocos para mí, me niego a comer.

Una experiencia estándar de McDonalds. Uno de los menús de orden de la pantalla táctil no funcionó, pero muchos otros gratuitos. Sin embargo, su ubicación realmente lo decepciona. Encontré una mesa y noté al desenvolver el panecillo lo grasiento que era. Estaba tan grasiento que el pan muffin era pesado y había perdido todo lo que había en primavera. Como estaba realmente hambriento y con ganas de hacer un movimiento, lo entendí y estaba en camino.

Uno de los peores McDonald's en Notts en los que he estado. Una persona sirviendo Los pedidos se están desacelerando y mi orden fue incorrecta. . . Tuvieron que esperar otros cinco minutos para que lo hicieran bien.

This particular McDonald's was very nice and clean and fast with hot food and also has really nice carm and careing staff a must go to if looking for fast hot food and a big rang of hot and cold drinks

Friendly staff, but. You do need to check your order, twice there have been errors, the food though is cooked as expected and prompt service always, errors rectified quickly. Will continue to use as on the whole they provide a good service.

Siempre dan la orden equivocada, estoy siempre educado al personal pero que aún esté mal, el personal no están contentos, pedimos una gran comida mac y tuvimos que aparcar en la bahía 1 y esperar 10 minutos sólo para una pequeña comida. Ir a la de Castle Marina ahora, eso no es mucho mejor.

Better than average and it is what it is. You know what you get when you go there. Gets busy when the football and cricket are on but that's only to be expected. it always seems quieter going through the drive through than eating in.

I have visited McDonalds, and it was a big mistake. I have visited in both the UK and in China, and they were equally terrible. In China I was given brown hot water to drink. And while my visit to a UK McDonalds took place in 1997, I can still feel the taste of the sauce on the burger. Vile. Why anyone goes there I cannot understand. If I didn't go because of the principal of avoiding large chains where the profits are taken out of the community and other people don't care about such things I could understand it, but the food is awful. If I was a child and my parents took me there as a 'treat' I would divorce them if I could. Fortunately they didn't exist when I was a child, but then my parents would never have inflicted such a cruelty on me. Good job, as Childline didn't exist then.
