Missing sauce, straws. Both large drinks not filled to where the line is. Wrapper did not match what was inside.

It's McD's, not much can go wrong. Courteous staff in the drive through, fast service, hot food. All order was correct too which is a bonus for our friend who likes a naked burger. Glad the Mc Rib is back

Best Mcdonalds to date. I waited till 3am to order because they shut down for 2 hours to clean the fryers and mate.... Let me tell you. That food was hot and declious. Nothing worse than going to a Maccies that give you cold food. I'm not getting cold food here. Service is okay. There's this gay guy whos on the tills and he's great. Everyone else needs to stop being so monotone. Smile for us.

No fries were delivered with order. 2 large, 2 medium and a small fries. Called store and they told me to use chatbot on app. Chatbot told me to contact store. Store told me to contact head office. Head office told me to contact uber eats. 20 minutes on hold with uber eats and no answer. Extremely poor experience with nobody taking responsibility and no fries 35 minutes later with no resolution in sight.

Chips cold, burnt and hard can’t even eat them. Burgers was cold!

Awfully rude manager, man with black hair and glasses (younger one not the older one). Ordered a drink which I was slightly late to go up to the counter for, another team member stated to said manager I was on my way and he replied that I had “better hurry up then”. Then shouted at a group of teenagers who seemingly did nothing wrong, apparently one was vaping - I did not witness this, however working in hospitality there is a way to speak to people and how he conducted himself was not that. He was arrogant and rude from the beginning demanding all of them leave and clean up their table whilst doing so. One of them asked him to repeat in which he asked if he couldn’t hear and told him he had attitude. This is no way to speak to customers and after being rude to myself and the teenagers I think it is unacceptable. Clearly hates his job, people and lacks basic manners and speech towards people. Never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable by one person. Seriously discussing. Sort your staff out.

Fries like rubber, One box was tipped into the bag, Squashed burger, melted milkshakes, wet straws, missing fries. All food warm!

Appalling branch. Several times they forget items and never include basics like straws or napkins. I'm getting sick of paying for sauces and items and not having them delivered. When I called the store I got hung up on and then called and nobody picked up. Pretty sure hanging up on customers, stealing customer items and not answering the phone aren't included in their job description. Reported to trading standards and will be contacting the area manager. Disgusting service.

I absolutely understand that the fries are rather temperamental. Therefore they loose a lot of longevity during the delivery. However, the fries we had were horrific, cold, limp, soggy, unseasoned, brown. Oh and they tasted like cardboard and I have tasted cardboard

Food came fairly quick, however all sauces were missing from happy meal and chicken share box. The toy from the happy meal was missing and the fries tasted like they have been sat under a heat lamp for ages

Driver and restaurant can’t be bothered to get your food to you on time. Don’t bother calling because they’ll put you on hold and then refuse to answer your calls when you hang up and try again.

Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star absolutely pathetic, ordered on the app half the food didn’t come and the rest was cold we rang up and said if we come in they’ll replace it, we came in they only replaced what we took with us and said they can’t replace what we didn’t bring even though we didn’t get the food in the first place and then the manager refused to help us

Delivery was on time with changed time which was disappointing that it got changed so took an extra 30 mins to receive food but was happy when received. Just disappointed with the fact that delivery time was changed taking longer to receive the food

Good cheap food, quick service and a good drive-thru. It can be very busy, children screaming but over all good.

We ordered 2 Double Big Mac meals: 1 was delivered, including lettuce though we'd asked for it to be removed; the 2nd wasn't even a Double BM, it was in a smaller, differently designed box labelled "Big Mac, Extra Pickles"! The order had been for a Double BM, NO pickles. The fries were inedible, flaccid and undercooked. This was without a doubt the WORST Just Eat delivery we've ever had. We won't be ordering from McDonald's again.

We always go to this McDonald's on Radcliffe road but the breakfast meal was not as good as it usually is hopefully will be next time if not we go somewhere else

The driver was lost, called me was rude, the hot food was packaged with the cold drinks so everything arrived cold. drinks spilled all over food so the food is rendered cold wet and unedible. Dissapointed is an understatement

Always a treat to have a McDonald's and I like to treat myself a few times a week.. The 'Hat Trick' will be missed when it's removed from the menu. The food is always good and hot when you go to the Milton Keynes Stadium McDonald's... Staff are always polite and helpful. Spoke to three of the Ferrari Mechanic on Thursday evening as it's UK GP this week and they were saying that the McDonald's is better in the UK than anywhere else across Europe, not as good as Canada and the USA though but I can live with that. Great job as always at MK McDonald's....

McDonald’s always aim to spoil the end of your night! Staff cant count to two ! Absolutely awful service! How difficult is it to put two burgers and two chips in a bag ! ! I’ve decided the poor customer service is so bad I won’t use them again! Rather wait until I get home! At least I know how many pieces of bread make a sandwich ffs
