It's a MacDonald's, not much else to say! Kids love it obviously.

Went to lady bay McDonald's ordered big mac meal so u get chips right Also ordered mc crisp chicken burger on its own all I got was this very disappointed

Absolutely filthy.. If you’d like food poisoning then this is the place to get it. West Bridgford doesn’t need to worry about rats because McDonald’s is thoughtfully inviting them in to their restaurant. This restaurant is ridiculously understaffed and the seating area is disgusting. Whoever runs this franchise should be ashamed of themselves.

I got a chilli cheese burger and said only jalapeños and they put onion all over it and its not the first time either fix it cause its a joke

The baps and burgers are definitely shrinking in size but I still like the taste. Staff work hard sometimes with difficult customers. I cannot bear the lazy people who let their food and wrapping fall on the floor and leave a mess for staff to clean us rather than disposing of it themselves which would take so little individual effort.

I bought some takeaway products, but I didn't check, and when I got home, the products from the order were missing.

Food was fine but dining in experience was not relaxing at all. For the whole 40 mins I was there, there were loud beeps and alarms coming from the kitchen - noise polluting the whole place. A member of staff said it can't be avoided as the alarms are telling staff when food is ready.

The dine in experience is rubbish. The alarms, beeps, and sirens seem to be turned up to 11 at this venue, even during quiet times. Unfortunately eating in is the only option because as soon as you get your hand on your food it's cold. I've never had a hot item here. Commonly a few of your items will be warm and a couple room temp but never hot. I've been to the one in the middle of town and they do not have this same problem. I've only every been there at early hours of the morning and they still have hot food

Food was disgusting and cold, missed a whole meal off the order, workers was extremely rude and hadn’t a clue what they are doing. One worker had to ask another, to ask another, TO ASK ANOTHER, just to get the manager. DO NOT COME HERE

Everything was cold and wet.The food we ordered most of it was missing and they refused to give what was missing. Staff laughed and was racist and discriminatory. It was appalling!

i went to the forest game today as a fan. Although the 7-0 loss to forest this mcdonalds made my day, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The fast service was outstanding; I hardly had to wait at all for my order. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious, just what I expected from McDonald's. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick bite without sacrificing quality. Five stars all the way!

They almost always provide the good quality. Nothing to complain. Good.

Went before footy match and was made for me in minutes in packed shop, high amount of staff. Down south would take at least 15 mins unbelievable. Woman with blue hair think was manager deserves a raise brilliant experience!

Brilliant service even when it was very busy and food was nice and quick and still tasted fresh.Will defitinitley be coming back here when i go to the city ground.The blue haired lady was also very efficient.Thank you for the experience.

I have come to this McDonalds drive through maybe 10 times in the past 6 months, and EVERY single time without fail I have been parked up for ages. After all that waiting, the food still comes cold. Would not reccomend.

Very bad service. I received an KFC order instead of MC Donald’s. And now I can’t even get a replacement or my money back

I ABSOLUTELY appalled at what my family and I have witnessed whilst eating in McDonald’s. A group of children were speaking about extremely inappropriate things and using explicit language which the staff and the whole restaurant witnessed due to them speaking at a loud level. When we told a member of staff to deal with this matter as we have young children that shouldn’t be hearing what they were speaking about, they asked them to leave and the kids were acting as if they hadn’t been doing anything. The staff member then went to get the manager and all she had to say to them was to behave. The conversations between these kids continued and so we felt very uncomfortable and felt that the situation was not dealt with by the staff in the correct way and so we had to leave

The food was cold. According to the app the driver was there on time and food was being prepared. Changed times 5 times before driver was sent with food. People should be allowed to cancel food when timings change as people don’t want cold food if there is no drivers available.

For once the whole order was there. It can be hit or miss at the Trent Bridge Maccies. However they are normally apologetic when things are missing. But it still makes it feel great when your whole order actually arrives as ordered. 😆

hi, I'd like to complain about the last order I had from here. the food arrived a little late due to the courier not knowing where to deliver which is not a major issue. the main issues was the drink was incorrect as I ordered sprite but it tasted like sparkling water and the burger was also damaged on delivery. I am usually satisfied but this time was left a little disappointed.

95% of the order was missing. Missing items have happened on numerous occassions but this one was shocking. I wont be using this service again

It is not the quickest of stores, but the staff are pleasant. The Cleaner is a real character, super nice and down to earth sort, which is hard to find in 2024. They had heating issues the day I went was freezing cold inside.

The updates showed the driver in the restaurant for a long time. He also took a long time from the restaurant and the food arrived cold. The restaurant is 5 minutes away. I had to throw the food away because it was too cold to eat.

got here 30mins after original due time. rider had accidentally emptied both cola’s over all the food. soggy chips burgers and no drinks left. he said sorry and as he left the bags just split in my hands like a comedy. no idea what went on, but he was having a bad day, and we didn’t eat. Don’t blame McDs or him really, guess it just wasn’t our day.

Food quality was alright but when trying the hot drink it was meant to be a latte and instead was a hot chocolate. The lid was even punched as a latte so not too happy.

It's McD's, not much can go wrong. Courteous staff in the drive through, fast service, hot food. All order was correct too which is a bonus for our friend who likes a naked burger. Glad the Mc Rib is back

The items were quite cold which tells me between the delivery driver getting multiple orders in one trip, my order was sitting there for a while. Its unfortunate but even if i paid extra to have it deliver first , I still would of been waiting for the other orders to be picked up with mine.. My order was correct nonetheless

Best Mcdonalds to date. I waited till 3am to order because they shut down for 2 hours to clean the fryers and mate.... Let me tell you. That food was hot and declious. Nothing worse than going to a Maccies that give you cold food. I'm not getting cold food here. Service is okay. There's this gay guy whos on the tills and he's great. Everyone else needs to stop being so monotone. Smile for us.

No fries were delivered with order. 2 large, 2 medium and a small fries. Called store and they told me to use chatbot on app. Chatbot told me to contact store. Store told me to contact head office. Head office told me to contact uber eats. 20 minutes on hold with uber eats and no answer. Extremely poor experience with nobody taking responsibility and no fries 35 minutes later with no resolution in sight.

Awfully rude manager, man with black hair and glasses (younger one not the older one). Ordered a drink which I was slightly late to go up to the counter for, another team member stated to said manager I was on my way and he replied that I had “better hurry up then”. Then shouted at a group of teenagers who seemingly did nothing wrong, apparently one was vaping - I did not witness this, however working in hospitality there is a way to speak to people and how he conducted himself was not that. He was arrogant and rude from the beginning demanding all of them leave and clean up their table whilst doing so. One of them asked him to repeat in which he asked if he couldn’t hear and told him he had attitude. This is no way to speak to customers and after being rude to myself and the teenagers I think it is unacceptable. Clearly hates his job, people and lacks basic manners and speech towards people. Never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable by one person. Seriously discussing. Sort your staff out.
