Really nice staff made us feel very welcome the food is absolutely amazing couldn’t fault a thing. It is genuinely the best food I have ever had so flavourful and so accommodating for allergies. Would 100 percent recommend .

Me and my friend called in here for some food before the game on Wednesday evening. A table became free just as we walked in so my friend sat at one of the two seats as I queued to order food. 45 minutes later I reached the counter and went to order and explained that my friend and i was sat at this particular table just to be told that a group that just walked in was going to sit there. So there was no reserved sign on the table and if this was the case why wasn't we made aware when we 1st entered and sat down? We really didn't have time to go anywhere else so this was highly annoying and extremely poor customer service. We where hoping to have a pre-match meal but ended with a small takeaway gyro, we extremely disappointed and still hungry. The group that walked in sarcastically said 'We're V.I.Ps mate', which just made things even worse. To say we was not happy is an understatement.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. Tables are first come first serve on match days…. Got a table and waited three quarters of an hour while my friend queued… just as he was getting served 4 lads walked in and demanded a table and the staff proceeded to kick us off our table saying it was reserved when it clearly wasn't. We were then met with smirks from the lads saying “we’re vip bro”. SHAMEFUL.

Over 1.5 hrs waited for our delivery, called up and was told that our food was on its way, 2hrs later and still no food. Called yet again to be told that our order is only just being cooked and will be with us ASAP. Questioned why we was told our food was on its way and fed yet moor lies. If your looking for a fast delivery avoid at all costs .

Amazing place and great food. My son & I had the mixed meat sharing platter and it was huge. Comes with chips or rice, but we asked for half & half. Service was a little slow, but not an issue as the restaurant was sooo busy, plus busy queue for takeaway. Busy because England U21's were playing a Euro qualifier at the city ground. 10.02.24 We visited again and as before, food was amazing and staff sooo friendly & helpful. We'll be back 🙂

Best kebabs in Nottingham. Amazing family business and great people!

Ordered food and 2 hrs later it turned up. It was cold and rubbery. One meal was missing so phoned the shop and was basically told I was lying as the person on the phone told me she had done the order herself. No apology or offer of a refund she told me to phone delivery driver to see if he had eaten it. Would of got a better food from my local chippy. Will not be using this place again. Shocking experience.

Simply the best Greek & Mediterranean Grill in Nottingham. Everything is displayed, cooked and prepared in the front open kitchen. Being popular and busy place, meat constantly cut fresh. Considerably well sized portions 😍

The food arrived very late and it was cold, so it was not enjoyable. We contacted Eva’s grill to inform them that the food had arrived cold. Unfortunately the man that answered the phone came across quite rude and dismissive and offered no apology. We believe some basic customer service training would benefit the staff at this business.

Had a delivery, told it would be 30 mins, well after an hour it arrived. It was cold and and chips were soggy in red cabbage juice we had to heat it in microwave and that included the salad as all wrapped together. The Greek salad was good. Disappointed with delivery as before we had a hot Greek salad due to being delivered in box with the hot meal... Eating in the place is ok...

The lady ( frowning 😡 owner) is really in bad mood all the times and Neve treat the delivery drivers good, she needs to learn to treat people in a good way. Sometimes she barks at delivery drivers. I never go there to pick up orders. The man who is working there is good and welcoming 😄 but the lady is really unfriendly.

Food (we had a Gyro) is great, but service is terrible. Ordered for delivery, now on three occasions have had to chase by telephone when the order has been over an hour without delivery. I’d go in and pick up, but ordering for delivery - we’ll leave at least 90mins.

Very disappointed. Thought we’d give it a try as getting board with our usual Friday takeaway choices. Dry bland chicken which would have benefited from a bit of heat. Plain rice and under cooked soggy frozen chips. A tiny pot of Tzatziki sauce which was not nearly enough. 3 little triangles of pita that went soggy as placed under the rice. I added our own garlic mayonnaise which made it a bit better. Frankly, overpriced and not very nice. 2 stars just for the quantity of chicken and the dog loved it.

I have had most of the dishes on the menu. Today, I had the chicken shish wrap. As usual, the food was excellent. If you are anywhere near, detour to Eva's Grill for the best food experience. You work not be disappointed.

Very expensive prices. For those of us who've been brought up on Greek food, it's quite upsetting that the flavour is wholly flat. The food is nowhere near tasty like it should be. Service is also extremely slow. Don't waste your money.

A great welcome from Julian and Klaudja. Vegan wrap ordered and eaten. The wrap was delicious. I thoroughly would recommend this restaurant. The food is always excellent.

The driver, Rebecca, was excellent as was our guide, Leslie. The itinerary was good but not ADA accessible. We could hardly get close enough to see the Cathedral or Leeds Castle. Even the Cliffs of Moher had a cart for the physically challenged. On 29 September leaving from Victoria coach station.

Always a treat to go here. We get looked after and they serve top quality food.

Cheaper to order online! Walked into the”restaurant - 4 tables” Asked why it was cheaper to order online? . Was told it was because we were using their cutlery! All we could hear was screaming kids - asked why? Told it was employees kids outside in the back yard!

First time visit today. Big difference in online price and menu price. Questioned this and was told it was due to using their cutlery?!?! Please check before ordering. Employees kids screaming in the back yard. Left before ordering. Maybe ordering a delivery would be a better experience?

Hate to do this as we love Eva’s Grill but tonight was awful. Ordered at 20.46 and food was not delivered until 22.25 - 1 hour 40 minutes after we ordered. Had to chase the order after 1hr as it was late and was told it was waiting the delivery driver 😟. Frankly - rubbish. Unfortunately we won’t be using Eva’s Grill again.

Decent price and good quality gyros and souvlaki with very tasty sauces. Chips also always been at a good standard - crisp and flavoursome.

Very nice food and will go again, but ordered ahead and they didn't start cooking it until I arrived to pick it up. Maybe it was a one off but I imagine this would put some people off going back.

Eva’s Grill is situated opposite Trent Bridge cricket ground and is around a mile and a half away from Nottingham city centre on foot. We visited on a Sunday evening at 6.30 after watching cricket. We were able to get a table without prior reservation. Although the staff were friendly, service was pretty slow despite the restaurant being far from full. We had a couple of bottles of Greek Mythos beer which were nice and cold, but the food, when it eventually arrived, was less good. I had lamb chops with salad and rice. The chops were OK, but salad was very basic with few ingredients. We paid £45 without service but I wouldn’t be rushing back.

How lucky am I to live only a stone's throw away from Eva's Grill. Always really fresh, well cooked and portions that won't leave you hungry. My favourite is their Greek salad for with tzatziki when I have less appetite and lamb shish when I'm proper hungry. They have a choice of chips or rice and salad and sauces to go on the side. Another recommender is the pita Gyros; lamb, chicken or pork.

This place it’s great, looks good, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Always satisfied with the food and service they offer.
