Yo quería un almuerzo bien, pero por desgracia no fue.

He intentado darle otra oportunidad a este lugar porque en su día fue genial. Sin embargo, con el tiempo se ha vuelto gradualmente absolutamente terrible, hasta el punto de que diría que lo peor que he tenido - no estoy exagerando. Las patatas que acabo de conseguir estaban mojadas con aceite y sabían a aceite quemado. Supongo que están usando el aceite. Probé unas patatas fritas de aspecto diferente y tiré el resto. horrible y me siento un poco enfermo tbh. Salvo la mala comida, es muy caro. Es triste decir que has perdido mi costumbre después de casi 20 años. Es triste verlo.

Shocking jacket potato, shocking service and shocking aftercare ,returned my jacket potato to be told the manager ( Ben ) had gone home so nothing could be done !!!! If the shop is open then full service is required , told id need to return the next day to get this resolved

Won't be ordering again. Down the road from me and took at least 30 minutes after it was marked as out for delivery. Pizza was luke warm and the cheese had set solid. Not hot and stringy how a fresh pizza should be. Gave delivery instructions too and watched the driver go past my flat on the tracker. For the record I can walk to the store in 20 mins, so they're only down the road! Should take 10 mins max in a car. Maybe 15 to 20 with a couple of deliveries on the way. Maybe hire more drivers so customers dont get stale pizza

I didn’t received my order and restaurant is not picking up the call

Registered disabled with crutches, massive queue. Went to the front caught attention of waiter and asked politely if I could have access to the disabled toilet before I get a drink. Needed ladies urgent due to medical condition. Refused told me to queue and leave my drink at the bar with them and my receipt would give me a code for entry to the Disabled toilet! Disgusting service, I walked out and went to another establishment who was more than understanding. Much cleaner than Costa Bingham as well!!!

It's at school so therefore it's inherently bad.
