Eatz Cafeteria in Rushcliffe

I didn’t received my order and restaurant is not picking up the call

They keep calling my 16 year old niece and pestering her for Uber Eats reviews. Her mum has told them to stop and I've just called and said the same inly to be told she is on the list for a call every two days and there is no way of removing her. Staff member I spoke to said it's his managers policy.

For convenience I use this branch regularly (due to location), and FREQUENTLY the food and coffee is not hot. Not even close to being hot. Today the breakfast food was OK but the latte was absolutely cold. I can see why- the staff pour drinks and then use them as they are ordered, I've seen coffees standing for 5 and 10 minutes whilst waiting for my food to then be handed one of them. I always try it and hand it back if it's not hot, and make them get me a fresh one. Forgot this morning and left the store, as a result my latte was undrinkable. No time to go back. Waste of money. They also prioritise the drive-through customers over those queueing inside.
