Costa in Rushcliffe

Registered disabled with crutches, massive queue. Went to the front caught attention of waiter and asked politely if I could have access to the disabled toilet before I get a drink. Needed ladies urgent due to medical condition. Refused told me to queue and leave my drink at the bar with them and my receipt would give me a code for entry to the Disabled toilet! Disgusting service, I walked out and went to another establishment who was more than understanding. Much cleaner than Costa Bingham as well!!!

Warm welcome at this small Costa near to Trent Bridge Cricket pitch. I’d gone for early morning walk as my wife ,who is older than me ,was snoring like a good un ! No one else in there but curly haired young chap made a lovely coffee Music was nice if perhaps a bit funky for 0730! Ahhh ! I’m starting to sound like my elderly spouse ! Anyway thankyou for the welcome I then went back to the hotel for my morning moaning meeting. I shall return if I’m in West Bridgford again which is unlikely now as the dear friend of my wife has passed on. RIP Ethel .

My drink order was made incorrectly, despite me repeating twice on ordering the type of milk I wanted. The male staff member was very rude & remade my drink whilst muttering under his breath it was my fault for speaking quietly. Then practically threw the drink across the counter. I will not be returning, no wonder the place was empty

I went to costa on Sunday after receiving a gift voucher so thought I would spend it here for my lunch- I will not be returning in any rush whilst the gentleman who served me was very friendly the lady making drinks was very stern and I would go as far as saying rude- I entered the shop waited in line- the gentleman infront of me stepped back so I could pay for my toasty and crisps- to be shouted at by the barista regarding 2 meter distances and demanded I looked on the floor at the signs- Had I been asked politely and spoken to like an adult rather than how you would tell a dog off I wouldn't of let it bother me- but the shock on everyone else faces in the store as well said it all- Costa you have some training to do- friendly customer service I think not!

Costa Bingham is very poor. Always dirty floor, tables, windows. My husband went in for a coffee takeaway around November & watched the staff sniffing the milk they were going to put in his coffee. They decided to throw it away and he watched the lumpy off milk go in the sink which they almost gave him. On 1/12/21 we bought drinks bacon cobs and cheese toastie. The bread was completely stale and although toasted the edges were rock hard. It’s substandard here and I won’t go again.

I can't believe they are not wiping tables, or they do is clear rubbish. in the end we did ourselves, not coming again

Handily located next to the Coop with convenient opening hours. Sells all the Costa Coffee favourites; an efficiently-run cafe with a nice local feel about it.

We have visited this place a few times now but the last couple have left something to be desired. We last visited here a few months ago and we thought it looked a bit grubby with several tables dirty and needing wiping and the floor needed a sweep even though it wasn’t very busy and mid week. We thought we would try it again today, this was on a busy Saturday morning around 11 o’clock. When we opened the door the scene that greeted us was utter chaos with tables and the floor littered with dirty crockery, bits of food and napkins strewn everywhere. Why on earth would we want to pay around £12 to have two coffees and cakes and sit in a place like that. This place seems woefully inadequate in both customer service and care. Shame on Costa and we took our business elsewhere, we won’t visit again.

I have reviewed this Costa in the past with 5/5. I popped in today. There was no porridge available and a fairly meagre pastry offering. Whilst I sat there most of the tables had uncleared empty cups etc. It was quiet and both members of staff were lounging behind the counter on their phones. ( no customers to serve). There was a broken chair leant against the entrance outside. No idea what’s gone wrong, but the experience was very poor.

Incredibly rude and sexist male served me when I visited for a cup of coffee on Friday evening 25th January 2019. On my visit to the Westbridgford branch, I was appalled by the young man's sarcasm coldness and rudeness. I told him I was appalled by his manner and he said I don't care. I go to Costas 3 to 4 times a week and have never experienced this appalling service at any of them other than the Westbridgford branch.

Lady with long black hair who served and made my drinks was lovely/ good service (cant remember name) although a male manager (light brown shirt, cant remember name) was rude, didn't acknowledge me, ignored me spoke to the lady in a rude, abrupt manner this made me feel uncomfortable, and I'm sure other people.

Extremely slow service even with my order of one drink and no queue. Had to remind several times what my drink was and then still had to stop the barista as it was being made wrong which I could see annoyed her. (Which I hated doing and felt very uncomfortable) Wouldn’t normally comment but it’s not the first time we’ve visited the West Bridgford site and had slow/poor service.

This Costa is situated opposite the large car park near the library. There's a handy outside seating area to the front & plenty of room inside. When you go to a Costa you know what to expect. It's all presented to you here with a smile. I like it.

Always a favourite for a quick lunchtime snack with family. The service was good, staff pleasant. Food (goat's cheese and sweet chilli sandwich) was tasty. Coffee was superb.

The Back of Costa is a disgrace! To say this is a huge national chain. You would think they would take care of the waste. on a regular basis I walk by and see mouldy costa labelled food. it is disgusting! I will never give Costa my money again! Sort your act out!

Awaiting a wedding the family took light refreshment, on asking do you have bottled water was 'told' 'if it's not in cold cabinet then we don't have it' and upon serving the warm beverages by the duty manager the cups were overflowed the saucer full and when I voiced my dissatisfaction I was offered them remade to which I accepted the jesture and the manager tutted and was mouthing something as she turned away, this I will also be taking up with HQ.

Varía enormemente en la consistencia del servicio, pero que no se equivoquen más a menudo de lo que se equivocan. Visitamos cada semana al menos una vez desde el día de apertura y me hubiera gustado que sólo una vez de apertura hubieran limpiado los aseos correctamente. Las baldosas de pared parece como si son antigüedades! Como con todas las de la costa, han llevado fuera de la solemos alimento que quieras, pero si ho, el café es estupendo!

Had Snack and Coffee. served quickly and politely, good for take away or eat in. If it warm sit outside and they will still look after you.

Tener un café con leche a delgado pidió copa, un miembro masculino del personal suministrado mi bebida en un vaso. Le expliqué que estaba bebiendo mi café con leche y podía haber una taza china. El hombre respondió, en una manera muy Grosero y brusco" no para tomar su bebida! "Me dijo que no y él se repite de nuevo.

Después de leer las otras críticas sobre este Costa no sorprende entonces que pocas veces he estado aquí el servicio ha sido malo. Esto parece ser una tendencia.

Estaba tranquilo, mucho personal - sin embargo, mesas de pago y liquidación sin q yo aún tenía que esperar. Muy mala experiencia! No volveremos - Cafe Nero intentará la próxima vez!

Estoy furioso! Cuando llegué la persona trabajando prácticamente me ignoró porque ella estaba demasiado ocupado hablando con su amigo. Más tarde, estoy tratando de comprar agua, nuevamente ignorado, de nuevo hablando con un amigo (diferente). Increíble la grosería. El café estaba sucia, muy poco esfuerzo para recoger las mesas, una terrible experiencia. No vayas, hasta hay un nuevo equipo en lugar

It's Saturday morning so obviously on the busy side but I've been in the shop for 40 minutes now and am still waiting for the straightforward order that I paid for 15 minutes ago. There's one person taking orders and one making coffee - incredibly slowly and inefficiently..... Will go back to Cafe Nero next time!!

It's a standard Costa set up. The place can be a little cold as the air conditioning always seems too low but the staff are friendly so if you are in West Bridgford and need a coffee, worth a visit.

I went for lunch here with my family over Christmas The staff took the time to serve, and had clearly not dealt with tables and newspapers that were lying around. We had to clean the table ourselves and put the newspapers away ourselves.The food was very pleasant. It is good for a quick lunch.

Staff couldn't of been a little faster and clued up but all in all not a bad experience for a costa! Understand its rather new to the avenue and I'm confident it has vastly approved since May 2015.

Several Costa Coffee Shops around Nottingham but my favourite is the one on the 3rd floor of Waterstones Book shop Bridlesmithgate in the centre of Nottingham. Great ambience and dedicated staff and why not read a book whilst you are in the premises
