My friend and I were really impressed with the quality of the food and the lady serving us was very friendly.

Vine aquí hace más de un año, esta vez tuve Hummus y pollo biryani, naan y ensalada griega, no me decepcionó, aunque un poco de grissle en un pedazo de pollo. . . Es mucho, ya que era la última vez, pedí a través de "Aguantar" y fui a recoger mi comida, consciente de que era un restaurante había visitado antes. El naan era agradable y crujiente y no bastante pesado como la así llamada "restaurantes indios, tan a menudo. Hummus estaba recién hecho y soberbia, junto con su ensalada. Comí una ensalada griega con el naan y lado. biryani Volveré de nuevo, comer en la próxima vez.

Very nice and reasonably priced fine dining restaurant. All courses were great and well paired with wine. Pacing of the courses was ok but could have been a little faster, but that’s a minor niggle. Definitely recommend trying it out.

No exaggeration, I think this was the best burger and fries I’ve had in Nottingham. The portion size was shockingly large, the sauces were rich, and the fries were incredibly delicious with added cheese😋😋😋

I ordered two hours in advance (scheduled for 20:50 on a Thursday) via the JustEat website. 15 minutes before my delivery was due there was still no notification from the JustEat website stating my food was being prepared so I rang Cochin Fort to ensure my order hadn't been forgotten. Soon after my order was being prepared and arrived 5 minutes late so I would recommend anyone who orders at least a few hours in advance to ring the restaurant if there's no update on their food minutes before the order is due to arrive (just in case the restaurant has forgotten one's order). Also I hope whoever answers the phone doesn't talk unnecessarily while the customer is on the phone calmly explaining why they are calling (I didn't know what the representative was saying so guessing they couldn't hear me I had to ask 4 times if they could hear me before I finally got a confirmation they could and they were unknowingly being rude/making out like they couldn't hear me). The food definitely made up for the lack of the representative's phone etiquette and the fact the restaurant may have forgotten about my food order if I hadn't called minutes before my order was due. Authentic- looking, tasting (I'm of Indian descent myself) and the the food is significantly cheaper than those selling the same food so definitely value for money too. My (non-Indian) housemate said they'll definitely will be ordering from Cochin Fort in the future

Good value for money and super tasty. I had the Gojuchang friend chicken with rice and my friend had the spicy friend chicken with chips. Not much seating, only 2 tables for 2 chairs each.

Me and a pal popped in before a gig for a couple of swift drinks and must say we will def be back as we love what they've done with the place

Always a good selection of tasty vegan food. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Came with family, we are originally from Portugal so it was really nice to go somewhere familiar, the bifanas were beautiful. On that day there was feijoada too and it was delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming and adaptable.
