The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Not to mention the brilliant service and how the portions are big! 10/10 would recommend

The staff was attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable. Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices. I world strongly recommend coming to Onur burger for a good time. Because it’s not just about the food it’s also about the people serving you. The chicken was also tender and juicy. I got the mini chicken loaded frites and a classic chicken burger.i have tried burgers from various places but Onur burger is my top choice as of right now I don’t know any places in mind that can come close. I will 100% come back here again.

Came today with my elder brothers and dad. Spent £110 here today and my brother was offered out by the staff. Very poor customer service. Ruined the whole family night out. Not a place for womenfolk like me. Extremely rude.

First time trying and tried the classy burger. Honestly guys hats off to you guys for working so hard and I could tell you guys do try your best to make the food as tasty as you could but for me personally the burger I ordered was tasty although the bun was really cold and it was melting down.Other than that fantastic job guys just make sure next time u give me a warm bun🤗

Wow! I've Just had what I can safely say is the best burger ever! Smashed within an inch of its life which is the only way to make a smash burger and with melt in the mouth texture and mind-blowing flavour, complete foodgasm! Insane portions, full of flavour and very reasonably priced. Great customer service as well, very Helpful. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you

The food here is actually pretty incredible. Big portions, lots of flavour. Burgers are amazing and the loaded chips are so tasty and massive portions. The look of the place ain't much but I don't think that matters when the food is top notch

A strange experience. Ive ate from here before and they has never been an issue but sadly this time round i was disappointed. I went for the classic cheeseburger, i noticed it was very plain and flavourless i get its the classic but it was very bland.The chicken tenders was lovely, crunchy and tasty. The chips i could literally eat boxes of! The most amazing chips i have ever had in nottingham! Very impressed! Sadly the mac and cheese was a let down, cheese sauce smelt like feet, very runny and tasted off, there was no basic seasoning ie salt and pepper and was just garnished with parsley i think. Ive had the mac and cheese before and its by far the best but again something has changed somewhere. On the plus side, you chips are amazing, customer service was fantastic and it was fast efficient service! Small changes needed.

Went with a few friends to buy a car and stopped off to eat at onur on the way back . Nice simple but elegant decor, easy to read and understand menus. Service was a little slow, took 5 minutes to order and 25 minutes to get the food to us. Good was average but nicely presented, maybe should have tried more items but you can only eat so much.

We came last week waiting for our daughter to wake from her nap. Wasn't planned so didn't expect much. The place was nice and clean staff friendly, good food choice. Food took a while to be cooked but i can see why! It was amazing presentation, taste. I can't explain it, it was just so nice I've never had anything like that. If we're in Nottingham again I'll definitely pop by. And I've recommended to people too!

Finally a place to match the burger joints of Manchester! Consistently good food for the last few months I’ve been going. Amazing loaded fries, home made sauces and hand cut chips but the star of the show has to be the ONUR burger! Simply melts in your mouth. Don’t usually leave reviews but place is on another level My go to place locally now

Halal! Food was delicious, however the service was slow. UberEats/Deliveroo drivers are prioritised over those sitting in. Great variety of options available and the portions are large. Disappointed that Tango Ice Blast was on the menu but wasn't stocked. Please be aware indoor seating is very limited.

Ordered on uber at 19:25 delivery time kept changing. Tried to contact the takeaway 3 times but no answer then called they uber delivery guy who gave the phone to the store employee who said there was a queue in the shop but been waiting for 1 hour and 35 mins and no correspondence from the takeaway and it was just excuse making as he didn't have any answer and he also hung the phone up on me. I think you need to train your staff on how to deal with customers on the phone as he didn't know what he was doing. This is the worst place I have ordered from in my life. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AS THEY KNOW WHO TO PROITISE FROM IN STORE AND ORDER.

My brother and I went in for a burger each and we left after leaving compliments for the quality, quantity and taste of the food. This is the place to go if you're after a real burger - we both had the 3 'chickteer' and it was beautiful!

Onur is my ho to. Burger is well season with atouch of flavour. It one of the best burgers I've had in Nottingham no doubt. Its a bit expensive for a burger alone price should be £6-6.50 max. That's why only giving 4 stars.

Very nice burgers and amazing loaded fries ate here few times now and food is always on point fully recommend. The onur special Pattie is the burgers is the one to go for the meat is spiced with herbs that give the burger a distinct taste.

If you are craving loaded fries, you definitely need to get it from ONUR🤤 their loaded box is juicy and sooo nice!! Strips are nice too✅

Fantastic food. Tried the onur burger it was full of flavour and juicy, sauce and salad was just right too. Chicken burger was delicious, massive chicken patty! Very big portions for the price, would happily pay more for what I ate. Thanks guys :)

Omg the loaded Fries were absolutely amazing!!!! Such a huge portion with so much toppings only £5! 2 people had the one portion. The toppings were excellent too. Very different and tasty. Will be going back today again for our Sunday night take out!

The worst take out ever was so greasy. The cob was soggy. chips was over done and looked they had been in bottom of basket for ages there was no potato in them at all. Don't go

Without a doubt my favourite place in Nottingham! The food is excellent, the portion sizes are good, it's not too pricey and there's just so much choice. Furthermore, I'm impressed by the quality and consistency to the extent that I can confidently say that there hasn't been a time that I've left unsatisfied. It's not just the food that I'm impressed with It's the customer service as the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Overall in the top tier of places to eat in Nottingham.

Amazing food, good portion sizes, good vibes. Most importantly though, the staff are very friendly and do exactly as you ask. I remember on my first visit I asked to try a variation of sauces and to my surprise I was given 5 full tubs! Generosity is not an issue here and the food quality and taste is top tier! Onur burger tastes like chilli con carne. Strong Mexican flavour. Chips double fried but too many of them for me. Quite a high price for what you get.

Went today evening for the first time, had the buttermilk chicken burger meal. Food was amazing, all made freshly and so well prepared/presented. The burgers are quite big and filling. Seasoned fries were amazing. Overall quite happy with the meal. The 2 guys serving at the till were very polite and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommended to others.
