Amazing pizza! Friendly staff and love the cozy restaurant with the washing lines with clothes on is like a little slice of Napoli 😍

Terrible waiting staff , bought our starters out , 1 minute later (and I'm not exaggerating ) brought out our pizza and rudely exclaimed that we were not finished yet with our starters ....??? There were only 4 tables full when we had finished and about double the amount of staff.... We were unable to order desserts or coffee as they were all chatting amongst themselves , our dirty plates all over the table with no space, one walked near and I said hello to catch their attention , they looked past me ignored me and walked off. Another walked past to another table and asked if they had finished , who received their food after ours .... Terrible terrible service and new staff who were not there last time . Avoid until they replace the terrible waiting staff. We have never seen such bad service. We ended up cutting the meal short and saving us the frustration of trying to give them more hard earned cash for desserts and coffee and just paid for our mains, drinks and starters and left early. If you want to feel horrible and rushed by all means eat in here but I'd order a local pizza from a local business that actually cares about you, they do nice pizza but I'm not sure I'll be retuning and will advise friends and family to avoid too.

Pizzamisu in Nottingham offers delicious pizza cooked the real Italian way. the staff are friendly there are plenty of options and if you are hungry afterwards which we certainly were not you could even go for a tiramisu. My only issue? Pineapple is LOVELY on pizza!

Pizza was burnt and then I had to ask for it to be returned to the kitchen and when they bought out the next pizza, it wasn't what I'd ordered (should've been salami but got ham instead). By this point I was just too hungry and ate it anyways. But disappointed.

Proper Neapolitan pizza. Best pizza I've had...ever (including in Naples). The dough balls and tiramisu are also excellent. Reserve if you're planning to go on a busy evening.

The best you can expect from Italian pizzas. Each pizza costs around £10 to £14.50. Beer is £6. I highly recommend this place.

Wow I didn't think I could have as good as I did pizza outside of Naple especially in Nottingham it was so light but fulfilling, the house wine was excellent and the energy in the restaurant made me feel like I was back in Naple again, I think this restaurant is going to be my new home

The best pizza in Nottingham. Authentic southern Italian pizza.

Came with my partner prebooked a table for 8pm. Here is a breakdown of our experience: 8pm: arrive already busy, immediately seated (not where they wanted us to be but ok) 8:05: ordered a sharer starter 2 drinks and two main pizzas, 8:10: we get told that the pizzas are going to take a while as there are a lot of delivery orders. 8:20: Starter arrives, we get reminded of the wait for the main. 8:25: Finish our starter (it was only small) 8:29: Waitress who collected our plates mentioned a 10 min wait to the table next to us despite them being behind us in arrival time. 8:55: Our "pizzas" FINALLY arrive, These 2 large "pizzas" look like they are swimming in oil and Greece (and I thought pizza was Italian...) they were essentially rushed tissue paper thin half cooked bases that would rip in a slight breeze if used as a flag, covered in so much oil America would have invaded. The only saving grace was the atmosphere and the decorations that really gave it an authentic feel.

Very Napolitano!!! Buzzy pizza place. Great range of authentic Italian style pizzas and toppings. Naples theme was fab, right down to the washing lines.... recommend booking!!

So delicious. It was recommended to me and it lived up to the expectations. Fantastic experience, very welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and most importantly, extremely delicious food....looking forward to returning to also try some of the desserts!

Unfortunately, very disappointing. We ordered a salame pizza, and a fried calzone. Both were very doughy as if undercooked. The calzone had no crisp to it, like other fried calzone I've had in the past. It was also barely filled, a small pocket in the centre with 60% dough only coverage. The meat are small cubes and not very flavourful. Felt a bit wrong for salami, where you expect nice rounds. The mozzarella was piped and didn't really melt, so not very spread. You got a tangy taste every 6 bites when you hit a little mound of it. Drink selection was small. Unsure if the place had recently been redecorated, but there was a slight chemical smell to the air that doesn't pair very well with food also. There are plenty of better pizza choices in Nottingham.

An absolutely brilliant piece of Italy in Nottingham. Italian speakers serving and being served. The pizza is genius. Fabulous house wine. The servers are amazing. We love it.

Fantastic pizza However we've been sat at the bottom of the steps to out doors and the door cannot be closed as it is a fire door.....we are are freezing as people are in and out....get a door that can close. We have been here multiple times but this is our worst visit. If offered this table again I will refuse it.

Wow, what an excellent pizza place. Food came quickly, pizza tasted beautifully fresh, was fragrant and was very nice. Decor was beautiful, definitely the spot to head to for pizza.

Really nice pizza the highlight for me was the doughballs which tasted very fresh. However the service was not brilliant as we were given the wrong pizza and given a bill which was not ours. although, the staff were friendly and they were apologetic, which was appreciated.

Recently had a meal at this establishment. The pizzas were amazing with a great choice of toppings as well as an excellent gluten freebase option . Will be back soon

Amazing, by far the best pizza in Nottingham. In fact, better than the pizza I had in italy. Super friendly staff. The dough is perfect, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Very reasonably priced and fast service.

Delicious pizza, a cultural experience

I’ve had a lot of “authentic pizza” in the UK that never adds up. After living in Italy for 1.5 years it’s been so frustrating! But pizzamisu has by far the most authentic, delicious pizza anywhere in Britain! I’m so glad I found them. And it only took 7 years of travelling the island! Also incredible tiramisu!

It was the best pizza we had in UK so far. We only found similar quality in Italy when we visited few years ago. Pizza and desert amazing!

Tiramisu was gorgeous as were the pizzas with gorgeous fluffy crusts. Staff were great, friendly and efficient, will be visiting again!

Arguably the best pizza I have ever had! The staff were brilliant and the food was fabulous!

great pizza with good flavour, the tomato base is especially tasty. However, for the price there was a lack of toppings on both the chips and the pizza. We went at 5pm and there were already many items unavailable. service was slow, different servers said different things about item availability and it was confusing.

Charges a service charge would not recommend. Extra charges after the meal are always an unpleasent surprise. The owners job to pay the staff a fair wage not to burden the customer with it.

Been looking for an authentic style pizza here in Nottingham and this honestly has to be the best. I love how you walk in past the freshly cooked pizzas being made and all the staff are speaking in their language, it really adds to the authenticity of the place and it not just another pizza place. I will only ever be going to this spot if I feel like pizza again because it's just perfect.

I went there with my family as we booked for a birthday dinner. Once we got there due to traffic that we had no control over (mind you we still notified them by email and followed all the procedures) we weren’t welcomed properly, we ordered starters and then the pizza and we were giving an hour which we were fine with at first. Then the cooks took 25 minutes to make our pizzas and didn’t want to give us our starters first, which was just rude. When we complained that they refused to give us our starters a woman in charge came over shouting at us and complaining that we wouldn’t have enough time to make it and eat it all in front of all costumers! But guess what, the starters came a minute after 💀we finished the starters in less than 3 minutes and we had them coming over every 5 minutes to check when we’d leave, so we had enough of being treated like criminals and packed it all into a box, leaving after 40 minutes. Ruined one of the birthdays of my family members and also gave us the wrong pizza and still charges us for it and the hospitality fee. If you want to have a nice family dinner to relax and have a good time, do not come here. They ruined our birthday dinner.

Enjoyed an authentic Italian pizza experience with a stone-baked oven that truly delivers on flavor. The service was impressively quick, with staff who were both friendly and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was spotless, including the well-maintained restrooms. While the seating area was a bit cozy, it didn’t detract from the overall quality of the food. Highly recommend!

This used to be one of my favourite restaurants but we went a few weeks ago and were very disappointed by the service. The food was fantastic but the waiters all seemed to be students who hadn't been trained properly, plus they seemed very understaffed. They used to have really great waiters who were knowledgable and passionate but for some reason they seem to have opted to go down the untrained student path. Service was slow and clueless, and the manager on duty seemed more interested in chatting to her friends loudly enough to disrupt other tables' conversations than help the clearly struggling waiters. Staff were clearly unhappy and stressed which always has a negative effect on my enjoyment of a restaurant. We won't be going back

I've wanted to try pizza from pizzamisú for a long time, we drove almost 40 minutes to get there and it was absolutely worth it, the food is more than excellent. I can't wait to go back!

Best pizza in Nottingham! (In my opinion!)

I came in on Saturday for Xmas dinner with my mum and let me tell you!! We had a very good time, friendly staff and amazing pizza. I would definitely recommend anyone to come in for any occasion. Very straight forward, we got seated and order pizzas almost straight away. Pizzas came in no time. The pizza was cook in a very Napoli style. Overall, this place won my heart and I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10

I have just returned from Naples and already miss it, so when I had the chance to go to Nottingham, I couldn't help but stop at Pizzamisù. You can't go wrong with their pizzas.

The food was great! Definitely one of the best pizza places in Nottingham. Would also recommend the tiramisu. The seating area downstairs is small and feels a bit cramped but it is very lively and adds to the charm of the restaurant.

As a Napolitan I have high standards when it comes to pizza. The pizza these guys create is the best I've had in the UK so far (I've tried a lot) by a distance. Great pizza and service. Very very happy and delighted that this place exists - such a treasure. Grazie mille

If you are foodie, pizza lover, good cook or love your drink avoid from this place. Well, I try to be fair and realistic after our disappointment. We got a table upstairs where was cold, when we seated, the spot lights were on full vac, I was overlooking of an industrial storage fridge. It was feels like a food store not a restaurant. So atmosphere zero out of 10. While I said that downstairs looked like more stylish. Both of us are Negroni fan, so we started with two of those Negronis. It was a great mistake. Those drinks were nothing to do with Negroni. We just guess it was a blend of Aperol and poor quality vodka or gin. It was a real harassment on the Italian drink culture as well as my after dinner cappuccino, which was taste weak, without creamy milk froth. Disgraceful. Drinks big zero out of 10. Our pizzas was okay looking except the middle part under the topping which was soggy. The crust was lovely. The vanilla ice crem has a fridge smell and taste in my affogato dessert. I left it as it was. Food was about 5 out of 10. I did like my bottled Peroni Grand Reserva Rosso, that I never had before, but it's not balancing the disappointment of the other drinks and meals. I must mention no wine list in this place at all. No one asked after dinner how we feel or we liked the food or not. The service generally was rushed and bit careless. We paid 79,42 for a worthless food and drink.

There should be more space between tables. Business idea is great but change location. Pizza is great but they need more vegetarian options.

I ordered gluten free veggie pizza, the taste was good, but it gave me stomach problems and sickness for 2 days an hour after eating. I couldn't sleep all night due to severe stomach pain. The pizza base was not fully cooked from the middle. This was my 3rd and last order,knowing that it was my only gluten free option,and is really upsetting.

Pizzamisú has become our must visit destination when ever we come to Nottingham The staff are always friendly and happy to help when you arrive The food is amazing with the ability to add extra toppings, change the sauce base and have a really tasty meal They also offer takeaway so if like us you need to grab something before heading home they have plenty to offer as well

This place basically has 2 things on the menu - pizza, and tiramisu - but hot damn do they do both incredibly well! If you're in the area, and want some incredible food, definitely stop in here for a delicious slice of Napoli!

Amazing little place tucked away. It's my sister and I's favourite place to eat when we pop into town. The staff are always so nice and helpful. My one recommendation to anyone who visits is to try the dough balls starter. They are so good!!

Absolutley top notch Pizza, this place is a MUST VISIT! Staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Drinks and starters arrived promptly but due to it being fairly busy at the point of our visit the pizza took a touch longer than expected to arrive at our table. - No harm done plus not a big deal in the grand scheme of things as they arrived hot, fresh and we're very delicious!

By FAR the best pizza I've had in the UK - very authentic. Well priced, great portions, and the pizza itself is divine. Order a cotto, and enjoy. Whenever friends or family visit, I always take them here first if I haven't already.

It probably comes down to personal taste, but I find the pizza here a bit wet in the middle. Maybe that's authentic to what they're going for but it's not my favourite style. A friend of mine seems to prefer it like this so YMMV Plenty of choice of toppings and value is good Service is usually pretty good although it took ages to get the bill on my last visit Personally I think Pizza Pilgrims is better, just a short walk away, very similar style of pizza but less wet

Excellent Neapolitan pizza! We decided to try options we wouldn’t usually pick and were pleasantly surprised. I’m confident any pizza lover would be thrilled with any choice on the menu. Service was a little inattentive and the noise was intense upstairs, that may have just been me, but I came for the pizza and that didn’t disappoint.

Had a great meal there yesterday afternoon! Great choice of tomatoes based as well as white based pizza. One of the best I have eaten north of Naples!

Visited when in Nottingham to see Newcastle defeat Forest in the Carabao Cup and stumbled upon this place. Fantastic restaurant, great service and extremely reasonably priced. Will be back.

As an Italian abroad I never have high expectations of pizza, but Pizzamisù was a pleasant surprise! We ate an excellent Neapolitan pizza, with soft and beautifully rich dough. Advised!

Just had lunch at this lovely little pizzeria, very authentic. Pizza like you would get in Italy not Pizza Hut 😋
