Was told on the phone the collection time would be 45 minutes, I got there in 40 minutes and was handed my food straight away. Got home to find my food was lukewarm/cold and there were no mushrooms in my curry. Its obvious the order was ready way before the 45minutes I was advised. Really let down and won’t be coming again.

OK place if you want to listen to the swearing in there, plenty of the F Words used by staff member called Sharon and man she was sitting with, there was children in there too. Food sub standard, poached egg like a hard boiled egg. Yes I should of complained but couldn't wait to get out of there. Only good thing was a decent cup of tea.

Surprised how good within hotel

Brilliant service, Excellent food cooked perfectly with fresh ingredients I recommend the Salmon fish grill, and Prawn Dansak but no doubt all of their food is outstanding I travel the UK with my job and have lots of great quality Indian take aways in a month and the Far Cotton Tandoori is definitely the best of the best

We normally get a delivery, but opted for a takeaway as we were out and about. Have not had a bad meal from Wok & Fish, even when it was called New Pearl House. Nice food, speedy delivery.

I’ve ordered food online as it was saying on their brochure -10% if you so so, turns out the prices online are much more expensive, still they told me on the phone that I had my 10% off…ok.Then it also said free bottle over £45, without saying more..turns out online you have to spend £60…told them nicely on the phone that I would expected a free drink with my food,knowing that I’ve already past on the higher price through online order..the person on the phone was very rude, and hand out on my face. This is the last time in going there, the food may be nice but disrespectful poeple. A shame.

We booked the Purple room for a 21st party. The venue is conveniently located with a good size car park. The room is a good size and shape for a party with a seating alcove for those wanting to chat. We were allowed to place decorations around the room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet food was good quality and the staff set it out for us. Would thoroughly recommend this venue.

So sad, I had high hopes. If you sit outside....... 1. There are not enough sun shades/umbrellas so many in full sun. 2. The table was a bit grubby and wobbly. 3. Outside you have to eat out of cardboard boxes with little wooden cutlery. It's impossible to cut food with them and equallyimpossible to eat most types of food from inside a cardboard box. We had to rip the boxes open to make them flat enough to eat out of.... not appetising. 4. Customers have to carry their own drinks outside so you end up standing and waiting ages in the restaurant whilst they make your drinks then negotiating big heavy doors that are shut. This feat requires two people; one to hold the door open and the other to carry the drinks. We had 8 drinks so that was four journeys.... 5. The food we had was mediocre. Rubbery reheated pancakes. The smashed avocado was almost liquid and the balance of flavours uninspiring with acidic hollandaise sauce over the top. 6. Nice clean toilets. 7. Pretty gardens and walk.

Incredible meal at the cast iron bar & grill, we’re a bit hesitant because of the negative reviews but the food was insane, staff were lovely and would 100% return! Such good value for money! Went to the Ivy a few months back and would choose here over there any day :) thank you guys!!

Kieran who served us the carvery provided us with exceptional service and the food was cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious and Lily who was the waitress that served us was very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning again :)
