Just been in here for a pint and a bite to eat. They were serving a ‘new’ menu. Most of the items on the menu were off due to ingredients not being delivered. I chose the chicken burger and what a disaster!! The chicken was so hard I couldn’t bite through it, I could barely cut it!! The ‘crispy’ coating wasn’t! It was soft and flavorless.. I haven’t had anything so bad in years!!! I ended up leaving it as it wasn’t edible and going into a local shop for a bag of crisps.

Has a delivery that arrived very quickly. The large donna was packaged very well, salad and chilli sauce were in separate containers so the pitta wasn't soggy. Loads of meat in with the pitta. Will definitely use again.

Was told on the phone the collection time would be 45 minutes, I got there in 40 minutes and was handed my food straight away. Got home to find my food was lukewarm/cold and there were no mushrooms in my curry. Its obvious the order was ready way before the 45minutes I was advised. Really let down and won’t be coming again.

OK place if you want to listen to the swearing in there, plenty of the F Words used by staff member called Sharon and man she was sitting with, there was children in there too. Food sub standard, poached egg like a hard boiled egg. Yes I should of complained but couldn't wait to get out of there. Only good thing was a decent cup of tea.

Surprised how good within hotel

Excellent food and service , one of the best curry's we've had , and we've had a few over the years . We live in Towcester where the takeaway food is not the best hence the reason to travel further afield for our treat , we're so glad that we did and will now make this our regular Curry House takeaway . One thing i failed to mention was that this Takeaway is one of very few that we've been to that has its kitchen front of house which allows you to watch your food being cooked which means that these guys have nothing to hide as its all on display . We booked the Purple room for a 21st party. The venue is conveniently located with a good size car park. The room is a good size and shape for a party with a seating alcove for those wanting to chat. We were allowed to place decorations around the room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet food was good quality and the staff set it out for us. Would thoroughly recommend this venue.

A nice gem in Northampton. The cafe at the Orangery does its best but lacks in delivering to the standard it sets out. Needs some TLC and attention to detail. Service is mixed, working to different standards but there are definitely some very passionate and attentive staff. Not a bad cafe at all just some little improvements could go a long way to make it feel a bit warmer, welcoming and at the standard and price point it aims for. Having some kind of drape or screen across the open doorway to the toilets would be a nice touch, and updating and tidying the menus up would be a nice quick fix to revive the atmosphere and experience. Dog friendly, and nice and bright on a sunny day - lovely if sat in window.

Great priced food, tasted great..beware though sweet and sour chicken is not the balls usually bought, but was nice all the same...free crackers too ..will use more often.

I’ve ordered food online as it was saying on their brochure -10% if you so so, turns out the prices online are much more expensive, still they told me on the phone that I had my 10% off…ok.Then it also said free bottle over £45, without saying more..turns out online you have to spend £60…told them nicely on the phone that I would expected a free drink with my food,knowing that I’ve already past on the higher price through online order..the person on the phone was very rude, and hand out on my face. This is the last time in going there, the food may be nice but disrespectful poeple. A shame.

Incredible meal at the cast iron bar & grill, we’re a bit hesitant because of the negative reviews but the food was insane, staff were lovely and would 100% return! Such good value for money! Went to the Ivy a few months back and would choose here over there any day :) thank you guys!!

Never usually leave reviews but today we had lovely food and great service from Josh. Very polite and friendly. The carvery was well stocked too.
