We ordered a takeaway delivery hours ago. The order shows it was meant to be delivered at 6.45- 7.05 pm and we are still waiting it’s now 8.40pm- coming up to 2 hours from when it was meant to be delivered! Have tried to ring several times and no one picks up the phone, goes straight to voice mail. Shocking service! Why no one answers the phone is very strange?! Looks like we aren’t going to get our pizza but the money has been taken! We have no idea if our order is going to arrive?! Update: It’s now 10.25pm and our order has still not arrived. We rang several more times and left a voicemail. Very odd that no one’s answering the phone. So no delivery but taken money. Really not happy!

I had a bacon & fresh tomatoes cob. Nicely done. Sue had toasties with salad. Complimented by a strong pot of tea. Lovely experience. We were invited to sit in the garden area at rear of cafe. Very clean & private. Friendly staff & we were made very welcome. Thank you.

Rang up on the day and asked if I could order afternoon tea for 2 as a take away. Staff were so accommodating. Sandwiches were freshly made and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was ready within a couple of hours. Would definitely go there again.

I've been coming here regularly since it opened and they do the best coffee. Sadly the service on my last 2 visits has been lacking. On Sunday I came with a friend for Sunday lunch. The girl took our order and the drinks arrived within 10 mins or so. We finished our drinks and still no sign of any food. I had a receipt with the time showing so, after 45 mins, I asked how much longer our food would be. The waitress then said there is a 45 min wait for food. I said we were not told this when we ordered which would have been helpful. The girl said she would push our order through and to be fair gave us a free drink. The food arrived after 1 hour. Today I went in for coffee and cake. This time it was the coffee that was very slow. I had finished my cake and was just sat waiting for the coffee which arrived after 25 mins. Today wasn't particularly busy but I would never come during my lunch hour from work to eat because of how slow the service is. I still love the place and will come when I have plenty if time but it appears there are staffing issues.

Went here for the burger night and all 3 of us had different burgers with different sides. Everything was so delicious and the portion sizes were super generous ❤️ Can't wait to try the rest of their menu when they open.

I am one to always support small businesses yet when it comes to a good coffee - especially a chai latte it has to be café Nero Always on point , to standard with lovely friendly staff I like the fact no matter what town we go to or how dog friendly other places are i can guarantee my dog will always be welcome at cafe nero and she always gets spoilt by staff with "abit of cream " So much so she always pulls me into a cafe nero Keep up the amazing work!

£9.50 for 1 small and dry piece of breaded chicken on a small seeded bun. That's dearer than KFC?! The chicken wrap was £3 cheaper and twice as large but had equally bad chicken. Almost as if it had been reheated multiple times it was that rubbery.

Popped in this morning for a coffee with my daughter. We were greeted by Andy, oh my goodness, what a lovely chap! He is friendly, courteous and funny! He made us feel extremely welcome and relaxed. Keep up the good work 👏 🤩

Chiken kebab meat prepared on the frying pan reheated in microwave. This place is a not funny joke.

Booked a table online for Sunday lunch for the two of us. It was our anniversary and we were met with a 'happy anniversary' on the reserved chalk board on the table which was sweet and very thoughtful. The service was great, the owner and servers were friendly and welcoming. We both had the roast beef which was absolutely delicious. Plenty of tender roast beef, tasty veg and a lovely big homemade yorkie sitting on top. Despite the huge lunch we made room for pud - proper comforting traditional apple crumble and custard for me and steamed jam sponge for my husband. We left with very full bellies and went home for a snooze! Would highly recommend and such fantastic value at £20 for the 2 courses.
