Ordered from here twice now and both times the order has been cancelled after an hour of waiting - due to the delivery driver breaking down!!

Had a delivery tonight. Wasn't enough food to feed a small child. The burger was stone cold. I rang up, and his attitude was disgusting. He argued with me, and said I need to send the cold food back to get warm food ! The lettuce in the burger was cooked ! He then put the phone down on me ! Absolutely shocking. Avoid this place and go McDonald's! All I wanted after an 11 hour shift ! Thanks K Rip off !

Your burgers are excellent. You’ve got the size just right, with that lovely charred/caramelised flavour and a nice soft bun. By far the best in Melton.

food was over an hour late, when I called after it being 30 minutes late, the person on the phone said the driver was on the way, which clearly wasn't true as I live 5 minute drive away (they clearly didn't care and just said the easiest thing to get rid of me), I had to call a second time after an hour and I was told the same thing. eventually I got the food but it was warm, not hot and tbh very disappointing.

Once again food was delivered late, and unfortunately the quality of the food has gone really down hill.

Absolute disgusting customer service !! Got my meal wrong then was nothing but rude when I rang up to complain ! Refused to change my order and called me a lier!!;

We stumbled upon this takeaway online after visiting Twinlakes park. The service was fantastic – Yazan was incredibly helpful. It’s more than just a takeaway; they have a cosy upstairs seating area perfect for families. The atmosphere feels like home. Their smash beef burgers are amazing, especially the Hawaiian one. The loaded fries were just okay. They gave got praying facilities as well. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

price is expensive, burgers are the size of McDonald's cheese burgers, won't be ordering for here again

Super late no idea why it would take so long

Absolutely diabolical service: Had to wait 1 hour and 30 mins for a 45 minute order time. Didn’t get order had to refund. Not good enough. Very annoyed. Awful service from staff being rude.

Stopped off tonight at k burgers , ordered food for the family as we was on our way back home to burton on trent , lovely clean takeaway , the food was fresh very hot well packed in decent burger boxes ,chips are nice and hot , will say there burgers are the best we have every tasted , only thing I will say is you need to not put so much salt on the chips guys , will deffo be stopping off on our way back from Peterborough nxt time . K's burger was a treat for us and kids. Excellent food with great value. Kids loved our Family Value Bag with kids chicken burger meal. The loaded nachos was excellent, with great taste. Excellent customer service with a smile and worth coming all the way from Leicester City centre.

Went here on Christmas eve after a few drinks. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic too. While we waited for our food, the guy told us all about the interesting sauces on their menu and helped us choose the ones we wanted. Try the Korean BBQ one!

Ordered food from here for the first time tonight. What a treat! Everything was delicious... easily the best burgers in the local area. Even my picky 4 yo smashed all his dinner! We will 100% be back again!

Ordered a Sweer Carolina Burger with nachos and chips. Side dishes were fine. But.......the burger was nowhere near anything like the image on the website. In the image..you can clearly count 3 if not 4 burgers. I thought I was ordering a large burger. What arrived was nothing......nothing like the picture. It was tiny, thin, flat and very deflated. This is the second time I've had this issue with K-Burger. After the first time, I thought I'd probably just had "A bad deal" and it might have been a one-off event. But no.......so I won't order food from here again and neither should you. Bloody disappointing.

Absolutely spot on! Looks like a standard burger joint, until you take a bite into the burgers or the strips or the loaded chips and you realise its not just a standard burger joint, you realise that these are the most succulent, juiciest burgers you'll ever eat! Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection, service was brilliant too! We'll definitely be back!

K burger what an amazing experience. The owner served me with great pride and passion about his food. His description was an understatement. I had the Hawaiian burger meal and my wife had the sweet Carolina meal both were exceptionally good. Both fresh and tasty all made in house fresh that day. Sauces made in house aswell we had the bbq teriyaki and sweet and spicy. Both have left our taste buds dancing for joy.

These guys have got it bang on here! 10/10 every time!

Have been told by 3 separate groups of people how good k burger is. Decided to try it today and it’s Melton Mowbrays best hidden food take away. The best burgers we have eaten in ages. Been to alot of shops in the Uk and have also owned my own restaurant and can say K burger serve the best smash burgers by a mile friendly staff have always looked after me and made me feel at home all food meat sauces are prepared fresh in store i recommend the rodeo burger with chicken bites covered in honey mustard bbq sauce they have a wide variety of in house sauces if your struggling to choose let them know and they will help you choose keep up the good work guys

After hearing about this spot we were wondering if there was any need to travel from Leicester with all the burger joints around, but this place is DEFINITELY worth the travel. We ordered the angus beef jalapeño burger, cheeto bites, the loaded chicken fries, beef burger tots. Taking my first bite into the burger and the tender, juicy patty immediately stood out like no patty I had ever tasted. The cheeto bites tasted exactly like you'd imagine and the loaded fries and tots were class. Speaking to the friendly owners you can hear their passion for food you can see why this patty is so special and the thought they have put into each and every item on the menu, even the sauces! Extra seating which can be reserved and prayer facilities are also provided.

Great smash burgers with an amazing selection of 16 different in house sauces to choose from. Owner was extremely polite and helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely be coming back.

Drove 13 miles to Melton just to try this place, says opens at 4, went there just after 4, told they're not ready to open yet and to come back in 15-20 minutes, didn't even offer to take our order, we went back 20 minutes later and they still not open, so decided to go to fireaway pizza over the road instead, why advertise you open at 4 when clearly this isn't the case, read lots of reviews on this place saying food good, but delivery takes a while, we hoped for a different experience with going to collect, but obviously collection is no better,

Just had their Double Hawaiian burger and can honestly say I have not experienced / tasted such a delicious burger since Le Parker Meridien Burger in NYC. The burger itself was cooked to perfection complemented by a fabulous play on tastebuds of jalapeños and pineapple which really worked well. All this encased in a high quality bun that kept composure holding delightful the juicy experience enclosed within. Bravo

We ordered 2 zinger burger meals. These were succulent, ever so tasty and freshly made. The chips were also really good. I've not come across a burger shop like it and will most definitely be going back!

Went with the family to this amazing burger place. We all had a burger each and they were so delicious, very generous with meat and extras. We also had the cheeky cheeto tots and the loaded tots with beef to share which were really tasty. It’s rare to find a place where everything you order is cooked to perfection and the staff offer such great service but I can safely say, this is one of those hidden gems. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Not only the best burgers but such a friendly place. These are not burgers, these are haute cuisine masquerading as ordinary take away burgers. Totally excellent.

Burgers taste amazing but never hot when delivered. Had this 3 times now and everytime waited way over an hour or so for food to arrive. This time had missing items. Rang k burger who said they would send out the missing items, over an hour and a half later and still nothing. Emailed and messaged to say don't bother and please refund to no response. Shame about the service when the food could be incredible. Not the cheapest either.

The best burgers in melton, past by this place loads of time and gone to other takeaways. After some recommendations thought we would give it a go and we were nto disappointed. The flavours were amazing, we had chicken loaded fries and a rodeo burger and could not fault any of it. All cooked fresh and whilst you wait. Will deffinatly be going back to try other items off the menu.

Absolutely best burger I've had in Melton! I had the Hawaiian burger, so juicy- very well cooked beef and seasoned for the gods! My wife had the chicken fillet burger- chicken was very moist and again well seasoned! Also had the loaded tater tots, breaded mushroom, and jalapeno poppers- all very very very well cooked!

Tried this place yesterday. Would definitely reccomend it! The food was so delicious. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because we ordered 2 burger meals with chips and a drink and only recieved 1 portion of chips and 1 drink. The restaurant was closed by the time we got it so couldn't call them.

Fantastic burger place I just stumbled into—enthusiastic passionate staff, generous with letting me sample sauces, and best of all a real smash burger. I had the Hawaiian burger and it was delicious. The fries/chips were perfect. Grab some food and nip over to the park on a nice day. A delight!

Incredible food, knowledge and hospitality. I'm always critical of my burgers in terms of meat quality but this was top tier burgers for a valuable price. It does not stop their because the Loaded Tots are amazing, it stays crispy yet soft even with all the amazing toppings ontop and the Cheetos chicken was done to perfection.

Heard about this place from a friend so a few of us drove down from Leicester to try it out. Definitely worth the trip! Had a double smash burger, loaded tots and cheeto chicken bites. The burger was of very high quality and the patties were juicy on the inside and cooked just right. The loaded tots were very good also and could be eaten as a meal on their own. The cheeto chicken bites were very good, they were different from other chicken bites I have had elsewhere, they had the perfect level of crunch on the outside and stayed moist in the middle. Would definitely recommend this place!

Hands down the best burger in town! I ordered a selection of burgers, loaded tots and fries, chicken wings and bites. Everything tasted incredible and you can tell by the attention to detail that this place is passionate about delivering high quality food. The homemade sauces are divine and worth the trip alone! K Burgers was founded by Brother Imran and Brother Khaleel 4 months ago. Having 20 years of knowledge and experience in farming, raising, processing, selecting different meats & cuts, grading and food prep in the North American meat and agricultural industry, i was definitely looking forward to what they had to offer. A massive thank you to K Burgers for the invite. I walked in and was given a warm welcoming with a smile so their customer service is of a top standard for sure. Having gone through the menu with me in detail, i was ready to place my order and ordered the following: -Sweet Carolina Burger -Hawaiian Cheese Burger -Zinger Burger -Loaded Fries Chicken -Loaded Burger Tots -Chicken Bites with Dips I was also given 10 in House Made Dips. How it all taste: The two Angus Beef Burgers tasted absolutely devine folks! full of flavour and juicy on every bite. Grilled to perfection and with spot on seasoning. So dang ya'll!! The Zinger Burger was also delicious. Nice and Crispy outer bread coating with moist Chicken on the inside. Moving on with the Loaded Fries Chicken and the Loaded Burger Tots. Both tasted out of this world, no word of a lie. Different flavours floating around just makes you want to eat more and more! Just delicious. Lastly the Chicken Bites. Again great texture of the crispy outing and dipping it in their 10 dips just made it more satisfying to eat. I was on a 30 mile detour trying to get home and dreading a mcburger. Then as driving through Melton. K Burger appeared like a glowing vision. I ordered from the friendly staff and then ate what was hand on heart the best tasting burger I have ever had. The only issue is that it is going to be a 30 min drive for me to have another one which I will be doing this weekend. Keep up the good work gents.

One of the best burgers I've ever had! It was a smash burger with a perfect ratio of bun:burger:sauce. We met the owners whilst there and really felt the love, care and intention they put into their food. Huge selection of sides and sauces too.
