Fireaway Designer Pizza in Melton

We ordered a takeaway delivery hours ago. The order shows it was meant to be delivered at 6.45- 7.05 pm and we are still waiting it’s now 8.40pm- coming up to 2 hours from when it was meant to be delivered! Have tried to ring several times and no one picks up the phone, goes straight to voice mail. Shocking service! Why no one answers the phone is very strange?! Looks like we aren’t going to get our pizza but the money has been taken! We have no idea if our order is going to arrive?! Update: It’s now 10.25pm and our order has still not arrived. We rang several more times and left a voicemail. Very odd that no one’s answering the phone. So no delivery but taken money. Really not happy!

Me and my wife and our baby son went to this place which was very clean, the staff are very friendly as well and make sure you are happy with the food the food is out of this world and amazing taste And I think that all of the other take away should close their doors because fireaway know how to make people happy we will be coming there again we would like to say thank you and that you are doing amazing job in every way

Been here a few times, took my parents today, as usual it was delicious, they both commented it was the best pizza they'd ever had,

Order 65 pounds worth of pizzas was told it would take upto an hour. Phoned an hour and 15 mins later, to be told we were still in a queue and my order wouldn't be out anytime soon! I then cancelled this order! Absolutely dreadful service, the young lady on the phone that took my order sounded half asleep as I had to keep repeating myself. I 100% will not be recommending this place to anybody in the near future, Dreadful service didn't even get an apology!!

Ordered from this store. Pizza was very nice and very helpful staff explained ongoing deals. Pizza came out hot can surely recommend.

Great Pizzas and really value for money

Had a take-away this afternoon, my daughter loved the kids pizzas( bear shape). Barbecue boss was my favourite. Milkshakes were thick and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Ordered online for collection asap, was quoted 20mins, within a few minutes we recieved a phone call asking if we'd like it sooner than the automatic time it had given us, but explained we had to travel to Melton so the time was OK as it was, it was ready on time, infact we were a couple of minutes late and the order was being kept warm in an insulated bag, The person who served us was the owner he was very nice and polite, the food was amazing so well done to the chef too, we tried the 3 for £25 deal so could try a variety of flavours, we definitely wasn't disappointed, the chicken strips were really nice too, will definitely be coming back, well worth the drive to Melton,

Ordered from here. Pizzas were hot, flavoursome and I and the children loved them. BBQ boss, and build your own. Kids loved the potato wedges and chicken strips. I have to say I had the space rock for dessert and oh my it was lovely!

Not much for vegan or not meat for normal eating

Great pizza freshly made and cooked in a proper pizza oven, the guy cooking even put a sweet chilli dip in my son's pizza after heard my son ask for one and I said no. Bless him such a lovely touch

Wife and I were first time visitors tonight and will definitely be coming back again. Chose it as it had such good reviews compared to the local competition and can now see why. Beautifully cooked pizzas (BBQ Boss) and delicious milkshakes (Strawberry). Nothing fussy, just good nosh. Nom nom

My daughter purchased 5 large pizzas garlic bread chips and chicken and various sauces one pizza was supposed to be for a child but wasn’t there goodness knows how much she spent but the whole lot was RUBBISH AND STALE my daughter is from London and she doesn’t want to complain but we all were DISGUSTED WITH IT,AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Really nice pizza at an affordable price!

Tried here last week and I have to say it easily beat all the big pizza names out there, would highly recommend to anyone, great service too!!!

Amazing. Went with a friend the other day, wasn’t expecting much but that was soon to change. First of all, we were both greeted with a very polite employee, who helped us with the menu. After we ordered, we only had to wait 5 minutes for the pizza to be ready, which was not long at all, not to mention the £5.99 price of a 12-inch pizza. I’ve got to say, the pizza was amazing and definitely on par, or even better than dominos. Will definitely come back again, the employee was incredibly nice and one of the reasons I will be visiting again.

Called at lunchtime Sunday, 3 adults and 3 children. We had 3 types of pizza + garlic bread. Service was quick and efficient, all food was excellent and very good value. Very friendly service.

Ordered a pizza online and was told that it would be delivered in an hour. Email confirmation said that it had been dispatched. Waited for half an hour - still no pizza. Rang the shop to be told that the driver had misplaced it! I would have to wait another 20mins for it, as it was getting late I asked to cancel and have a refund. Not an option until manager comes in the morning. Overall a bad experience as my last pizza turned up cold. Wouldn't recommend.
