Order was missing both food items! Wasted time waiting for most of my lunch to not turn up

Comida buen servicio terrible! Al llegar ofrecimos una mesa junto a la puerta, pedimos una alternativa que fue recibida con un soplo y supongo que sí. Los platos se abalanzaron, apresuraron el servicio gruñón, ignoraron cuando buscamos atención para pedir un cuenco para los dedos que creo que debería proporcionarse automáticamente al pedir alitas. Cuando llegó la comida se anunció el plato a lo que respondí que sí por favor recibir la respuesta de "¿dónde lo quieres?". 2 miembros de nuestra mesa pidieron el mismo plato, la camarera no sabía cuál era nuestro pedido de GF y no podía importarnos menos nuestra alergia a los frutos secos. ¡Una estrategia arriesgada! Pagamos en efectivo para que nos preguntaran "¿quieres tu cambio? " ¡No es el mejor enfoque! Camarera de bar era brillante, atento y conocedor de los menús y considerado de nuestras alergias. Habríamos dado propina a este miembro del equipo pero no queríamos que la otra camarera fuera recompensada por su terrible servicio. Recomiendo una nueva carrera profesional para ellos que no es frente al cliente. Si buscas buena comida ve. Si quieres una experiencia gastronómica general EVITA. ¡Entrenamiento requerido! Junto con un cambio de actitud.

Ambiente íntimo, entrega rápida de bebidas, la comida era todo agradable y cálido. Hacen descuento de tarjeta de luz azul, así que eso fue agradable. Solo un buen servicio hoy un poco rápido con la toma de placas, pero nos sentimos atendidos por el equipo

Worked at Pizza Hut for many years, your standard experience really, Definately check your app for what deals they’ve got on as you can save yourself a good bit of money. Pizza was a little soggy but we did order extra cheese ontop so maybe that’s the reason why, not sure but the melts weren’t as nice as we remembered lacking in flavour, still enjoyable but wouldn’t rate it too highly, although more pricey you’ll probably have a better experience dining in at a Pizza Hut restaurant.

The carvery was good value the beef was lovely and tender. The meat was carved nice and thick. Like many carveries the vegetables were soggy. The selection was however good.

When you pay £6.99 for a portion of chicken wings for your starter, you don’t expect 4 hummingbird wings on your plate when they arrive. 4 tiny wings for that price was just laughable. Two of us ordered the ribs for the main, was told they didn’t have any. Ordered a consolation burger instead. Burger was very average. For the price I expected a lot more. Onion rings on the top were cold. Others had mixed reviews of the food, some positive, some negative. Finished my main to see not one table but two being brought ribs. I thought they were out?! All in all the service was very okay, the quality was very okay, but the value for money was pretty shocking. I will never not be bitter about both my 4 tiny wings and the magic ribs that just appeared after I ordered them. Shan’t be returning.

Tengo una alergia grave a las fresas frescas y se lo explicamos al personal y fueron increíbles en tratar con ello y también poner nuestras mentes en reposo sin riesgo! Brillante ver una respuesta informada a una alergia y el personal va más allá para los clientes

La cocina Wild Mint en House of Fraser fue una absoluta decepción. Los baños masculinos estaban sucios, claramente descuidados y necesitaban una limpieza a fondo. Desafortunadamente, la cafetería en sí no era mejor — las mesas eran pegajosas, los pisos estaban llenos de basura y el ambiente en general se sentía antihigiénico. Es sorprendente que se mantengan estándares tan bajos en un lugar asociado con House of Fraser. No recomendaría cenar aquí a menos que se hagan mejoras drásticas. Una estrella es generosa.

Such a stunning location and building but the food is a HUGE disappointment. Tasteless, unimaginative and dull. Wouldn't mind paying these prices if the food was good but it's very poor with no flavour. A sad waste of an opportunity. Please someone rescue this potential asset to our beloved cathedral.
