Had a takeaway ordered from Taco Bell. Really disappointed the food was stone cold, there was about 5 chips in the bag and my burrito was all squashed and broken so had to eat it with a knife and fork

Ordered through Just Eat. The Crunchwrap was amazing, the fries full of flavour and just over all amazing meal. Will definitely be ordering again.

The quesadillas are really good. Crunchy beef taco was not good, I wouldn't recommend it. Sometimes click and collect doesn't work.

Wouldn't eat it ever again Mexican food usually nice packed full of taste but that was cold sauce and taco as got meal deal for 3 the fries was gross and the cinnamon things all could taste was dirty fryer oil, with bland nacho sauce that was cold the taco was cold n hoped be highlight of it but not much flavor in mince, the nicest bit was the quesdillas, wouldn't order it again munchies from shop nicer.

Faulty machine charged my card 3 times, employee promised it would not go through but it’s just come out of my account today. Not pleased.

Cinnamon twist puts me off! I cannot eat it, the taste is very unusual. Its my favourite before but now they need throwing in the bin. There is a bitter aftertaste .

No words needed. Second time at taco bell and at both occasions it looked like taco with salad tainted with beef. Worst take away in my life.

Fletcher, Tom, Luke & Karl went the extra mile tonight when Just Eat didn’t deliver our food. We called and asked how we sort it and Fletcher explained step by step what to do, he also confirmed and backed us up by supporting what had happened. We eventually drove in to Lincoln High Street shop, and could not of received better service than we did, they made us feel welcome and certainly went the extra mile to look after us. Thanks guys

Just Eat delivery person was lovely, and delivered on time. However, the food was so disappointing- Tepid food and tepid drinks, but the worst insult of all is £2.29 for one (!) teaspoon of truly mediocre guacamole, and £1.99 for a similar amount of cheese sauce. Beggars belief.

The staff are always pleasant & keen to serve/help. We've visited 3 times now & each visit has been good. The place was clean, staff nice & ordering simple. The place is funky for an old building, only a couple of seats/tables down stairs & it's quite narrow. We don't eat meat so it's just beans for us which is quite limited compared to other fast food restaurants now. Having said that it is tasty food, the spicy wrap was actually nice & spicy, normally I have to add loads of extra sauce but not this time. It was all warm & served quickly, self serve drinks with refill is just the job so if like us it is just a quick stop to refuel it's just the job. Parking on the main Rd is a bit of a nightmare though.

When up to tacobell to get an order not to mention they close at 11:30pm arrived there at 11:10pm and refused to serve me and made out they was closed. I'm pretty sure your not allowed to close early as it's against company policy. BIG disappointment.

Very poor service! Food was stone cold and when we rang up to say they forgot our drinks they didn’t care just said they where to busy please ring Deliveroo as it’s a driver issue !

Staff were unhygienic not wearing correct ppe, when we got our order food was missing and communication between staff was poor when trying to correct the order. Food was very bland and disappointing as the tacos were 90% salad and the beef was very gritty…. Definitely won’t be ordering again

Great value for money and food was great

Allergy information was online only. I could not check the info as I did not have any mobile internet left on my phone. There was no alternative method for finding the information. Not a leaflet, not a manager using a company device to access the information online, nothing. Had to leave empty handed. Staff suggested I went home to check the information and come back... Thats a little absurd.

The food was great, the customer service from the manager was appalling. Refused to hand over drinks that was missing and said "just report it on just eat" tried to explain that I can't report single missing items on just eat but wasn't having any of it. Will not return. I only hope she manages to find a new job out of customer service before she is pushed out. Id certainly not want her in a company. I wish I had looked at the reviews on here first 🙄 they are shocking.

Two of our orders were wrong: one was ordered with no jalapeño sauce but served with it in, the other no chicken as I'm vegetarian but it came with chicken inside. We poured an apple tango but it was just sparkling water. The filling was very sparse (see photo). The two employees were rushed off their feet with delivery orders so no time to change it. More staff are required! We definitely will not return or advise others to visit. Very poor 😢

If you worked out the cost per kg per cm^3, you’d have an infinite disparity between the cost of the ingredients and means the of manufacturing this food and its actual price. This is saying quite a lot since the food (four meals worth) were crushed into a singularity within one, tiny paper bag, and was lukewarm at best upon arrival. The contents of said bag were inaccurate to our order, ambiguously wrapped, which caused difficulty for the religious vegetarian among our group and the portion sizes were ridiculous— not enough fries to feed the shrunken head of a child with dwarfism. The only ‘crunch’ in the ‘crunchy wrap supreme’ was me biting my tongue through mushy and dank food. Where even were the drinks we paid for? I truly believe one person with their stomach stapled could have finished all four meals… eight times over. It was as if eating this food created a black hole within my stomach, making me hungrier and more enraged, having been denied satisfaction, nay basic sustenance from such a renowned food chain. Will not recommend— in fact will recommend others to avoid at all costs; especially due to the cost. Thanks for ruining my evening, false advertising (all portion sizes of all costs and advertised sizes were all the same size— tiny). I’m now going to boil some pasta and feel angry about losing my money.

Ordered delivery via deliveroo at 9 o'clock in the evening, delivery time was around an hour, delivery time has been delayed every five minutes after 10 o'clock. And guess what 23:30 still no food and delivery time delayed to 23:50. Food has never arrived, all family and kids were very upset. We will never ever order again from taco bell spalding, worst experience ever!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Food was stone cold, my paper bag that contained the food was ripped and the order was missing a can of drink and a portion of churros + the dips. The food did arrive on time but the delivery man was gone faster than I could tell him I’m missing a drink. Absolutely disgusting. I was very close to getting in the car and driving to the restaurant my self as this isn’t the first time my food arrived stone cold. I will defiantly be giving them a call once I get their phone number off Deliveroo customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.

Horrible place. Delivery Drivers are not allowed to collect orders from inside. They are sent to pick them up from alleyway behind the building. It's dirty and smelly, you are standing In the rain and food is put in bags outside on the ground and mud. Un hygienic waiting for people to get food poisoning. Staff aren't interested even slightly. That's why food gets delivered cold, because most delivery Drivers will reject or cancel orders.

Best Taco Bell I've been to by far. Bit out of the way from city centre but well worth the walk. Food, service, cleanliness was amazing and leagues better than other Taco Bells in the UK. A lot of the bad reviews seem to be from deliveries? Maybe just get up and go get it yourself lol

I have no idea what happens to your restaurant, but the food arrives very cold, the churros is cold and you can't eat it.Do you replace the juices depending on the weather or how? It's the second time I order pepsi and you send me something else, plus this time two products are missing from the order!.And let's not forget to "ask" you about cinnamon, do you still have cinnamon in the restaurant? I don't think ,you poured it all over my "twists" for sure.🙄🙄

Today was taco bells third and final chance and once again my order was wrong. Im not sure of the management structure at taco bell but Lincoln High streets idea of throwing an army a teenagers at the kitchen and hoping they can win the franchise wars is failing at every hurdle. Perhaps the management should consider getting into necromancy an army of the undead would probably have a better chance of getting your order right. Taco bell is awesome but if your heading to experience your first one in Lincoln i'd give it six months, these kids don't have a clue what they are doing .

Good food nice hot when it arrived just diliveroo had items missing from order no phone number to get hold of dilveroo or restaurant so just cleaned the missing items money back but the food was still

The food is good, but the click and collect service is disgraceful. Order at 18:25 to pick up at 21:40, but the food was only available at 22:15.

This was my second Taco Bell experience, and this time I decided to try the High Street one instead of Nettleham Road. Once again, I ordered via a delivery app, Just Eat I think it was. - This was a better experience than the Nettleham Road one, though that was also fine compared to the awful reviews. - The delivery took about an hour but so do lots of other places so that was fine. - Food was really good, I had a box meal that had a chalupa, hard taco, cinamon twists, fries and a drink and all of it tasted good and was still hot. - Taco and chalupa were both filled very well which was my main complaint last time so that was good. - Literally the only complaint I could have this time was that the hard taco shell was cracked a bit, but come on what did I expect. TLDR; THIS WAS THE BETTER EXPERIENCE OF THE TWO TACO BELLS IN LINCOLN, GOOD FOOD FOR THE PRICE (IF YOU GET A BOX MEAL).

As I'm writing this, I ordered taco bell via just eat around 2 hours ago. Still isn't here.... Edit: after 2-3 hours the order was cancelled. Also this was the first time I tried to place, probably the last. Its a shame was looking forward to it. Would not recommend
