KFC Lincoln - Nettleham Road in Lincoln

Has to be one of the worst KFC in Lincoln. Horrendously slow service. Staff don't have any interaction with the customers. The board showing current orders may as well be removed. I've never seen my order shown. Seem to prioritise the drive thru, but in my experience that is also shocking. The chicken was almost soggy even though assumed cooked fresh.

Stopped of for a quick bite to eat. Nice shop. Good service and food was good. What you would expect from KFC.

Just had a Bucket meal, the worst food I’ve ever had from kfc, very dry Chicken, cold, tasteless, but very greasy !!! Will not be returning !!

We should be able to receive an Army discount but it was unclear how to redeem it and the staff didn't know. Unlikely to go there again although the food was good

Staff ignore you while you wait, in favour of getting orders ready for Just Eat/Uber/Deliveroo. can't even take a contactless payment and have no signs saying they can't. complete joke of a place. Avoid.

Spent just over £50 for 9 people, they gave us mainly drum sticks which wasn't good and hardly any chips, I may give them another go in a year or 2

After arriving at the restaurant and being told the till card machine wasn’t working, I ordered to then be told that the chef was on a break so my order would be at least 10 minutes… This is routinely the WORST KFC I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. There’s always something wrong with the order. Either missing items, tower up add on missed or sauces not included. Add to that the absolutely shocking service and wait times, even when it’s not busy and I’m wondering what the manager or area manager think of the store performance? Must have low standards, that’s for sure!

2nd visit here and not great The food was 2 chicken piece meal I got 2 legs and usually would expect 1 leg 1 breast. They were full of fat as if very soggy and possibly sat a while. The gravy was nice but watery. The chips were great but not many. No Pepsi unless sugar free might be across all kfc so had a tango. Toilet floor is extremely slippery and the door opens into the toilet so difficult to get in and out. Loads of staff there but not doing much as serviette’s were empty and generally a dirty place. Disappointed

My food is cold after waiting ! I pay for delivery and your driver didn’t know my address and then I get my food and it’s cold !

This KFC is awful, as a local do NOT eat here under any circumstances. Had a traumatic experience with drunk students (didn’t order and threw up everywhere) and the place is always dirty and sticky, and have heard many counts of people getting food poisoning here! Young workers staff the place and don’t care about the customer service, food cold and their attitudes colder 🙁 DO NOT VISIT!

why is the number code needed upon delivery? you've got the payment and address already. it's an unneeded complication.

Food tends to be cold (in my experience) , chicken has been pink in a few instances , and they have overcharged me several times.

Ok !!! so it has been my 3rd visit within 4 months ,and it will be last forever !!!I should stop going there after first one !! to be fair This place wasn't busy at all when i have placed the order !!! nobody inside not even one customer ,i was 2nd in my car !! only ordering two things !!! 10 hot wings and 4 sweet chilli bites !!! after few minutes been told to parked up and wait !! OK then ,been waiting about 25 minutes !! and guess what ? noticed one guy went inside and probably took monies back cuz he walked out and drove straight to Taco Bell which is next door !! Because i was waiting and waiting and waiting i decided to go inside and ask for my huge order !! ridiculous!! there were not joking about 8 to 10 persons working i mean trying ,except talking laughing etc.bear in mind ....an absolutely nobody inside and outside ordering !!! When i asked for my order they looked at me and they tried to think .....what was he ordering !!! i have must to remind them what and again waiting few minutes !!! Generally speaking ,i have never ever seen such a rubbish, hopeless poor service in my life ! Young people ,like i mentioned before ,about 8 to 10 behind the till and in the kitchen can't do the job!? Honestly !? not worth a half the penny !!!

Food was cold as driver went to downhill Lincoln before he came here, despite us being around the corner from the restaurant. Driver seemed to not understand that my delivery code was '77' and kept saying "4 digits".

Order not complete 2 drinks missing, 20 chicken wings are cold and hard , not fresh, have always order from these place and have not issue and we ve always enjoy it but today was a total waste cos my kids can’t even eat the chicken

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and that was for a good reason!! I was pleasantly surprised with this visit. Loads of staff, hot fresh cooked food and the place was tidy. Full marks KFC team and well done on the turn around

ALWAYS ITEMS MISSING ON THE ORDER. Every time whether we eat in or get delivery there is AT LEAST one portion of chips or a whole meal missing. Annoying.

Nipped in for a quick bite to eat, not been for a while but although service was quick the place was filthy, bin's full floor disgusting and windows full of kids finger marks. In the 30mins we sat there it was quiet but no one came out to wipe the tables or empty the bin. Will not be going back that's for sure

I went to KFC last night, and honestly, the place was a mess. The floors were sticky, and it felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else, and the wait time? Way too long for fast food. My order was wrong, the soda machine was flat, and they were out of half the menu items. But let me tell you… that chicken? Hella good. Crispy, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. KFC, you’ve got some serious issues, but man, that fried chicken keeps me coming back. (This is mildly a joke).

This was the greatest KFC I have ever had. There was absolutely no one here which I personally prefer as it makes it less anxiety inducing as I don’t like eating in public. The chips were perfectly seasoned, the burger and wrap were perfectly distributed and unbelievably good. Everything was hot and fresh and even the lettuce was crunchy. That’s the thing about this KFC, it’s not just the taste, it’s the little things that made it so special for me. Even the pepsi max was perfectly cold and fizzy. I would personally like to shake the hand of every employee that contributed to my meal today. The date is 17/10/24 and the time of order was 14:23. Every staff that was working at this KFC at this specific time deserves a massive raise and are free to come round and allow me to cook for them so that I can try and emulate the joy that I have just felt while consuming this god-like creation. I have never felt more grateful for this crazy experience that we call life, and those who are going through a tough time, it’s important to remember that happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light. It just has figured out this KFC was my light. God bless us, everyone.

Half a tub of rice! Staff joking and ignoring me at the window. No fork or spoon for the half tub of rice. No salt or serviettes given to me. All food luke warm. For the food and service I got I feel I was overcharged. Unable to go back to the restaurant as disabled.

When is a drive through not a drive through....I've never been here and gone to the drive though and collected straight away without having to park up ....even through I order on the app first

The staff are scamming customers by not giving them what they wanted. Then the staff blatantly lie about it. When I took my order back. I could hear the staff discussing with each other what excuse they’re going to use. The staff could have resolved this by simply giving customers what they wanted m, instead my meal was thrown away and I got a refund, costing the franchise twice as much. To be honest there’s 100’s of other places to eat in Lincoln if the Staff here don’t care about customers

Missing items from order very annoyed

Visited for the first time today and we had the salad box and rice box as part of our order. I can't believe that me and my daughter had to eat a salad box and rice box with a spoon as they do not have knives and forks! If you are going to serve salads and rice boxes at least have the appropriate cutlery available. Additional the toilets were disgustingly filfty and it was really cold in there with the air con - needless to say we won't be back!!!

Ordered two fillet burgers and they were barely warm. When you order food, it really isn't much to ask, when you want it to be hot.

Spent £16 on a single takeaway , the chicken burger bun solid the fillet burger dry and over cooked, 1 bit of lettuce. The mighty box for 1 again chios are stone cold and have to much of the barbacue powder dust on. The chicken dry and over cooked. All gone in the bin. This place has been going downhill fir a while but now has hot bottom. Won't be going back.

Don't even bother ordering from them. If something is missing or out of stock, they don't tell you and still charge you for it. I thought it was just a mistake the first time, but it's just happened again.

excellent food and drink good spacious clean area great value as well i love the bucket fried chicken and chips really plentiful for six people friendly and helpful staff quick service as well came yrsterday with my family we had a lovely time and good meal as well

Absolute garbage. Bargain bucket (10 piece) £19 Asked politely for nit many legs - these idiots gave me 6 - after a 10 mimute park up with zero line in the drive theu!! Chicken was uncooked and disgusting!! Won't ever be back and Ive been there many times before. Shtshow!!

The chicken was …Awful… more bones than meat .. hardly got any fries..half of fries were solid as if not cooked .. everything was cold ..took out but ate ( well deposited most of it in the bin as it was inedible)within 5 minutes of being served .. disgusting ..!! Over £20 for 3 people.. and I didn’t take it back as I would probably have been exchanged for more of the same ..and I was not arguing with the assistant over something so gross ..surely they must know how bad the quality is when they bag it up ..???

Because I can't walk, in order I asked for bringing it upstairs (9th floor in tower block with 2 lifts) Driver refused to do it, so I never got my food.

I enjoyed my meal but can i politely ask if you could please listen to the customers more? I asked for a zinger stacker meal with hot wings and gravy, i got half my meal and my burger was not as i asked. Just an ask to sort your service out?

Went through the drive through....5 cars in front of me.......took 23 mins to order and a further 21 mins to get my food. No apology, no empathy, no urgency. I sat at the collection til watching the 5 staff serve walk in customers, after I'd paid, and give them their food before delivering my food luke warm at best. Disgusting service and food.....will not return

Food has seriously changed and is extremely spicy and uneatable. What they have put on it taste like black pepper a d other spicy. I used to love kfc but now I cannot stand it will never be ordering again.

When we got to KFC there was a long wait in the drive thru (about 15-25 minutes with only one or two cars infront). The person talking to us on the microphone had us waiting for a while before we got to tell them our order. We got home to find the chicken burgers did not have a top bun on them, although everything else was pretty good. The only one which had the top bun the vegan burger. In my opinion the vegan burger was a bit dry, have had it from other KFCs and it tasted better at the other ones, although it still tasted good enough to go again.
