delivery driver was waiting for over an hour in KFC for my food, he got to the house pretty promptly though. food was stone cold when arrived. clearly kfcs fault not the driver

Chicken was obviously reheated and chips looked and tasted like reheated more than once. Won't be using this place again.

The staff are scamming customers by not giving them what they wanted. Then the staff blatantly lie about it. When I took my order back. I could hear the staff discussing with each other what excuse they’re going to use. The staff could have resolved this by simply giving customers what they wanted m, instead my meal was thrown away and I got a refund, costing the franchise twice as much. To be honest there’s 100’s of other places to eat in Lincoln if the Staff here don’t care about customers

Food was delivered on time, still nice and hot and was delicious.

Missing items from order very annoyed

Visited for the first time today and we had the salad box and rice box as part of our order. I can't believe that me and my daughter had to eat a salad box and rice box with a spoon as they do not have knives and forks! If you are going to serve salads and rice boxes at least have the appropriate cutlery available. Additional the toilets were disgustingly filfty and it was really cold in there with the air con - needless to say we won't be back!!!

Ordered two fillet burgers and they were barely warm. When you order food, it really isn't much to ask, when you want it to be hot.

Spent £16 on a single takeaway , the chicken burger bun solid the fillet burger dry and over cooked, 1 bit of lettuce. The mighty box for 1 again chios are stone cold and have to much of the barbacue powder dust on. The chicken dry and over cooked. All gone in the bin. This place has been going downhill fir a while but now has hot bottom. Won't be going back.

Don't even bother ordering from them. If something is missing or out of stock, they don't tell you and still charge you for it. I thought it was just a mistake the first time, but it's just happened again.

excellent food and drink good spacious clean area great value as well i love the bucket fried chicken and chips really plentiful for six people friendly and helpful staff quick service as well came yrsterday with my family we had a lovely time and good meal as well

Absolute garbage. Bargain bucket (10 piece) £19 Asked politely for nit many legs - these idiots gave me 6 - after a 10 mimute park up with zero line in the drive theu!! Chicken was uncooked and disgusting!! Won't ever be back and Ive been there many times before. Shtshow!!

The chicken was …Awful… more bones than meat .. hardly got any fries..half of fries were solid as if not cooked .. everything was cold ..took out but ate ( well deposited most of it in the bin as it was inedible)within 5 minutes of being served .. disgusting ..!! Over £20 for 3 people.. and I didn’t take it back as I would probably have been exchanged for more of the same ..and I was not arguing with the assistant over something so gross ..surely they must know how bad the quality is when they bag it up ..???

Was by far the best KFC we’ve ever eaten in - food was all freshly cooked and piping hot. Staff were friendly and polite and food was very ready very quickly

Because I can't walk, in order I asked for bringing it upstairs (9th floor in tower block with 2 lifts) Driver refused to do it, so I never got my food.

I enjoyed my meal but can i politely ask if you could please listen to the customers more? I asked for a zinger stacker meal with hot wings and gravy, i got half my meal and my burger was not as i asked. Just an ask to sort your service out?

Went through the drive through....5 cars in front of me.......took 23 mins to order and a further 21 mins to get my food. No apology, no empathy, no urgency. I sat at the collection til watching the 5 staff serve walk in customers, after I'd paid, and give them their food before delivering my food luke warm at best. Disgusting service and food.....will not return

Food has seriously changed and is extremely spicy and uneatable. What they have put on it taste like black pepper a d other spicy. I used to love kfc but now I cannot stand it will never be ordering again.

When we got to KFC there was a long wait in the drive thru (about 15-25 minutes with only one or two cars infront). The person talking to us on the microphone had us waiting for a while before we got to tell them our order. We got home to find the chicken burgers did not have a top bun on them, although everything else was pretty good. The only one which had the top bun the vegan burger. In my opinion the vegan burger was a bit dry, have had it from other KFCs and it tasted better at the other ones, although it still tasted good enough to go again.

I have spoken to the store manager & just eat. I bought my order from just eat. I did not get my cookies. Just eat or the store will not give me my 4.99 refund (or the cookies). Kfc & just eat are both refusing to help me. I am owed £4.99 or a box of cookies and you're both just telling me there's nothing I can do and to contact the other person. This really isn't fair. I have paid for something i have not received. The only solution is for 1 of you to refhnd me or talk to each other so you know who is liable. Its not fair im out of pocket. Emma

I stopped for coffee and a cookie before heading home at 21:45. Sadly no coffee, the service was slow for whatever reason to the point where one of three quers beeped their horn. Extremely rude the staff were accommodating and professional :) sometimes good things take time..?

missing dip this time, I have ordered quite a few times from here and there is quite often the wrong item or something missing from the order. I did contact just eat and they said that "restaurants don't often charge for dips" even though this clearly isn't the case for KFC

Ordered a meal for family as a treat kids meal didn’t arrive wasn’t packed. Phoned the store up they said yeah a staff member just admitted to missing them, they was left on the side. We had to go pick theirs up to get re made while our meals that got delivered went cold.

My partner collected his order on the evening of Wednesday 1st May and was very disappointed he ordered a Zinger Box Meal burger was over cooked hardly any filling and very dry he also ordered a portion of fries with a Rice Box Meal but they were missing had a problem last time we went there will not be going there again

Tried again after not using due to poor quality food and items missing from order. Today, tried again, 2 xtra hot wings and gravy missing from order even though I asked and was told they were in with the other 6 piece meal, too far away to go back to store. Fries too highly seasoned, piece on bone skin slimey and distasteful. Won't be going again £17 wasted.

Generally deflating service, food preparation was also poor. Everything was thrown together, but we managed to pull it apart and rearrange. It might have just been a bad day, we would certainly give it a shot again.

This KFC literally never get the order right. You order the food that you want to eat, (obviously) but always get something else or a burger box meal without the actual burger?! Sort it out KFC.

Saturday night and they have run out of most main items on the menu. Sht management, time and time again the sloppy service offends me. Most times items are missing from your order or it's the wrong order. Not good enough.

I just had a dinner meal and ordered a pineapple stick for my child. It was too bad and poor quality. I ordered something else and they replaced it with another pineapple stick. I returned that as it's not good to eat. The staff took it from me and put that in the bin and even did not offer another one to replace it. I paid for that. Anyhow I'm not happy with their service.
