Shell in Lincoln

Not open 24 hours, wrong information.

I have no problems with this place. Costa coffee and ice cream station, subway for a good hot snack, also a huge choice of crisps or sweets. Nice people work there. Only be careful with the cash machine, it takes charge!

THIS IS NOT 24HR AS SHOWN ON GOOGLE MAPS ! I USE A SHELL FUEL CARD SO CAN ONLY USE SHELL FUEL STATIONS.

Staff are rude and ignorant! Prices are stupidly expensive! Parcel machine is never working, since refit the machine has disappeared and staff are claiming to still “do parcels”! Limited knowledge on products they sell including the fuel! AVOID!!!

Contrary to both Google maps and the shell website, this place isn't open 24hrs. It's 06.00 to 23.00. I tried to update Google Maps, but it was dismissed

E5 is 28p a litre more than E10. Why? Only reason is to rip off customers.

So far so good. Filled up yesterday and car is still going strong....now back in the UK 4 years later I am seriously considering re-visiting. In fact, sadly I didn't need to refill until back at Heathrow. What is it with cars these days and their large fuel tanks?

I'm sure the place is super duper but it says 24 hour opening so not best pleased when I got here at 5.30am from Newark-on-Trent and it was closed!

Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Use to be a well run place in 2019 but now both the spar shop and subway are run by incompetent people, it's slow and lacking in customer service and efficiency. Get a new manager quick.

Really friendly staff in here and I fill up at this garage as often as I can. Good amounts of groceries and car care you may need.

Great place, decent prices, great staff and good amount of products to choose from :) They also have a Costa machine, a Slush machine and a Subway.

Its so bad, and the maganer is abusive

This is a relatively new garage in Lincoln, one of a very few privately owned ones left in the city. It boasts a well stocked shop for all those items you might want in a hurry, and also serves a small range of hot food and a Costa coffee machine. They also have a good range of beers wines and spirits. For those who wish, there is a subway sandwich bar for food or the go. It has plenty of parking, and air and water machine for the car. The garage itself is close to the city bypass so you can top up while on a journey. All told its not a bad place.

Why review a petrol station? It's a petrol station. "Brilliant, serves great petrol, and the diesel is to die for😀.

Good sized forecourt. Very large diverse shopping for foods etc. Only been in evenings and only 1 till in use!

Awful customer service attitude, young till person with no experience, was asked to remove hood whilst trying to put petrol in, im a regular customer, why do I need to put my hood down if there are cameras recording my reg number.

Addition of subway is convenient, and useful for a nice coffee.
