About time you got with the times and did table service. 1 person serving, at least 15 people at the bar. Joke of a bar

Damn what a boring place the music is absolutley awful and is boring. Cocktails could be better presented. When they are made they look nothing like what the menu shows. Friendly service from the waiters, although could be faster at serving.

Disappointing bottomless brunch... we ordered the brunch, which is served from 12 until 4. We were looking forward to a bottomless brunch. The bar has a nice and varied selection of cocktails. You can order a basic bottomless which gets you basic cocktails and some food and an upgraded which gets you more of a selection but not all the options. At 2pm we were asked to make a last drinks order, as we were then informed the bottomless only lasts an hour and a half, which is not mentioned anywhere beforehand (we double checked every menu and leaflet on the table to check we hadn't missed it). The service was difficult to order drinks - even when we went to the bar, we were told to go back to our tables and wait for someone who took a while to come. The glasses after our first round were about half the size of the first round. We ended up paying far too much (£40ea) for about 3 drinks. In addition, the toilets had no soap which wasn't ideal. Food was decent quality and seating/tables nice and roomy. Overall would've been good if there was better communication of the short time limit or even better no time limit at all...

Went for bottomless brunch and upgraded. The food was brilliant. My chicken club was very tasty. Drinks had a good choice and could mix and match beers and cocktails. Service not the fastest, but that really was due to how busy they were and could have done with more staff. Outdoors was a good space, especially for central Lincoln. The one thing that lets the place down is the toilets.....they did not seem that clean and the men's stank of urine. No fresh blocks in the urinals or signs of any cleaning. Also, no hand soap to be found. My partner also experienced bad toilets a few weeks earlier as the floor was covered in sick, and she reported it, but nothing was done.

Visited for the cocktail class as part of a hen weekend - a brilliant experience. Jodie and Jo were knowledgeable and fun. We made two cocktails each - one individually and one as a contest. Great fun and so glad we chose to do this!

Me and my friends had bottomless brunch here on Saturday, our service started off bad and we were really disappointed. We didn’t receive our first drink until 35 minutes into our booking, and each time we enquired about our order we were told ‘ someone will be over to you shortly ‘ multiple times. When our first drink order did arrive, I asked the server if this was how the service would be for the duration of our bottomless as it was not good enough, for her to reply ‘ yeah, we have a lot of bookings, but we will try ‘ we was about ready to request a refund and leave until a lady named Jodie began serving us and she was absolutely brilliant and turned our experience around. She was really attentive and was constantly ensuring we had plenty of drinks and gave us amazing service. Thanks Jodie 😊

Takes too long to order a drink. Staff too slow and chatting too much with one another

The DJ changed around 2100, music before was great peaple up dancing and engaging, after was horrendous, not a single person cared for it. Good drinks selection though.

Went for bottomless brunch Saturday afternoon. Very busy with lots of other groups . Everything was spot on though . Food excellent, had a lovely chicken burger and nice chips. Drinks were in constant supply and all the staff were friendly and constantly checking we were ok . They were really busy and worked very hard . Will definitely go again .

Great venue but bar management is so bad, many staff walking around whilst 5 deep at bar with only two serving. Craft need to teach to train staff to multi task & have the ability to help where customers are waiting an excessive time for service

Popped in for a bite of lunch, Burger was good, kebab that my partner has was also nice. Reasonably priced. Only thing ruining the experience was the pre match football fans.

Visited this place for the first time & had fully loaded nachos and chicken kebab , the food was beautiful and reasonably priced , the decor inside was nice clean & modern with good music playing and the staff were nice friendly would recommend

I came to craft with my family for some drinks and food and the atmosphere was amazing! Lily the barmaid was so friendly and efficient with making our drinks & they tasted incredible! The music was upbeat the whole night and the overall vibe was exactly what you’d want on a night out. I’m definitely coming back!

Craft is a bit of a secret pleasure during the day a very chill atmosphere great staff with above average customer service skill, amazing and always excellent food. The festive menu is now live and as you can see is rather interesting. In the photo is the beef yorkshire wrap it was too good to not start straight away very large portion and the potato’s come as standard.

Went here for drinks and music and was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was upscale and relaxing. The bar service was quick and bartenders were polite and friendly. DJ Ed from nottingham was amazing. we couldn’t stay off the dance floor. He played a variety of music that was inclusive of most genres which my friends I really appreciated. Definitely my favorite bar in Lincoln.

First time in the Craft bar in Lincoln, what a lovely place!! We went in for lunch with our teenagers and everybody enjoyed their food it was amazing and cooked beautifully. The outdoor area was lovely as were the staff . Will definitely return.

presentation of food was good, unfortunately it all arrived cold the steak was very chewy and not pleasant to eat ,the chicken was rubbery and the bread tasted stale we ended up throwing all of what we didn't eat away which was the majority of it. the contents was substandard.

Great food and drinks. Bit quiet but I guess that's due to visiting midweek and the bad weather. Beer garden looked good and on a sunny day would definitely have sat out there.

Food is always incredible here never once had a bad meal!!! Drinks and cocktails are lovely, they can be costly but nothing more than what you’d pay for a cocktail. Atmosphere on a weekend always good and busy, daytime on a Sunday quiet but nice. Highly recommend

It's the 3rd time we went there and danced away 😁😁😁 lurrrvvvv the vibes 🤘 and I personally enjoyed the music (altho my friends would say otherwise 😉) and we got complimentary drinks one time too...can be a tad too loud to hear the other person but that was the whole point of the fun 😁😁

Horrible service and lack of organization. We booked the swing set table on the patio for my boyfriends birthday. We arrived on time to find strangers sitting at our assigned table smoking, despite a sign saying it was reserved. It took me 10 minutes to be able to get the attention of any workers so they could remove the people and wipe the table down. Then we waited another 20 mins at the bar waiting to order our dinner and drinks to be told they weren't serving food that day. The whole point of our reservation was to have a birthday dinner. We got no compensation for this. A manager should have called and informed us of this the second they knew. I would never got back here again. Even when we were seated at our assigned table, drunk people kept coming up and trying to sit with us and we had to tell them it was reserved and to go away. Also others would come stand on the platform the swing set is on and smoke. Im appalled by the lack of professionalism and organization at this establishment. We left and had dinner at wildwood across the street, much better bang for your buck.

Food is average TBH and not great value for money, but decent beer garden and staff were good.

Nice looking bar and great food. Day time visit for some lunch with the kids, but still a good atmosphere all the same. The bar team were friendly and helpful. Quick service for the food, and pretty good portions too.

Five of us spent a brilliant few hours, enjoying a Bottomless Brunch celebrating a friend's birthday. Couldn't thank Phil and his colleague enough for their excellent service and attention to our needs. The food was delicious, the drinks kept flowing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would TOTALLY recommend.

Two cocktails for £10. Venue was a little quiet but has good potential.

We had the chicken & halloumi kebabs on flat bread and they were delicious. We also got a free cocktail as it was a offer wed- Sunday excl sat.i would definitely recommend a we have been here numerous times.

Expected a bar with craft ales but there wasn't much to choose from so we moved on to another venue and didn't stay for a drink

Food looks like it would be lovely, but arrived cold. Really disappointed. But food did arrive 45 minutes later than originally estimated. Just eats updates did say they were waiting for a driver, and I was part of a group drop.

Visited Lincoln to catch up with family. Great food, pleasant service. Nice relaxed atmosphere. We were here for around 3 hours at lunchtime. We all agreed that this was somewhere we would all revisit. Well done to all the staff. Very plausible and attentive.

I really like visiting Craft for early evening drinks. The upstairs bar has a really great vibe and they always play fun music. The cocktails are great, especially when it's Happy Hour prices. On our last visit we had the the Florescent Adolescent, which is very colourful and refreshing - dangerously easy to drink. Shots are also a good price. We paid £7 for 2 Baby Guinesses. If you visit during Happy Hour, be sure to check which drinks are included. There's still a good selection but a couple are not.

Don't let the inside on a quiet day put you off, upstairs is really lovely with great outdoor space, the food was lovely, staff friendly, but even on a quiet day the staff would rather stand around than offer table service. Toilets were clean too. Would definitely go back.

Went here for my birthday and had a bottomless brunch. Food was really good. The setting was amazing and looked really nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful but it was Ilana who made our day more special. Thanks to all at the Craft, we will definitely be revisiting 🙂

Had a fabulous time at Craft today enjoying a birthday celebration with a bottomless brunch. Service was excellent. There was a wide choice of food and drink to suit all our party. In fact we were spoilt for choice. The food was delicious and our glasses were never empty. Well done to Alana our waitress who looked after us so well. Would highly recommend a visit to Craft!

Beer garden upstairs, it's ace. Was served yesterday by a polite male bar tender. Really nice pub!

Go here if you don't want to get drunk as they take a good half an hour to serve you. Young drunk girls smashing glasses over the bar and don't get removed. What a great place

Its ok on a night out but, it's not a pub to stay & drink in, as the tables can be reserved & you don't know, or you can order food at the bar upon a table number, then return to find others sat at the table you've just ordered food for, so it's all a bit messy really, some booths did display signs but, not all did, which was confusing.... Plus there's no bitters, just lagers, IPA's & ciders but, they do now sell Guinness, so not all is lost to bloody gassy lagers, etc.....👍🏻

Good, central location, great selection of drinks and wines, happy staff, occasional live music. Proactive stewards keep all running quietly, unobtrusive but keep us feeling safe. Friendly, attentive staff and plenty of spaced seating areas.

Cracking ale and food, just a shame the don't do the Fiesta Burger anymore!

Really great atmosphere and drinks! Food was good too. Its lovely inside too, really pretty and super Instagramable Its just a shame its soooo booked out- not a single table free. I get it from a business point of view, but from a customer standpoint it's impossible to have any spontaneity. I'd come back again but I'd have to book and plan the visit!

Busy, noisy and lacks atmosphere. As a middle aged man it's not for me, but well suited for younger visitors I'm sure.

Nicely decorated bar with a good food menu. Had pre-booked a table days in advance for 7 people at lunchtime and for some reason they allocated us a small coffee table below knee height. Also right next to a cordoned off area for a babies party. So not really ideal for a meal in many ways. Thankfully we were able to get another table that was free. The food was nice and a fair price. I'd say the name of the bar in itself misleading as they don't really make any effort to sell craft beer. The closest they do is brewdog bottles and blue moon on keg. I'd go back for food but not for beer. Bear in mind if you are searching out 'craft' beer and actually know what this means.

Great food, honestly probably my favourite place to get a burger. I’m allergic to milk and Gluten, they have a gluten free bun option and I just rang up to change the cheese and they were fantastic, just as good as eating in too!

Not enough bartenders on the weekend, second bar not open despite it being at capacity. The manager was also quiet aggressive.

Spacious, multi-leveled bar serving drinks and food. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with beautiful décor. Well stocked bar with a solid range of beers, wine and spirits. Also features a stunning little 'Tanqueray gin room' next to the main bar! The food was incredible and extremely good value for money. We had 'The Coop' sharing platter and couldn't fault it, some delicious wings. All in all it's a gem on the high street, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We have had a just eat delivery from craft a few times but it wasn’t great this evening .The chips were cold and the pizza didn’t seem cooked enough and the presentation of it was awful for the price that we paid.It also didn’t look like a full sized pizza .

What a find, excellent food and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Really good vegan options, and plenty for my gluten intolerant friend also.
