Nosey Parker in Lincoln

We come in almost every week and we have never had bad experience, but today was exceptional! Sophie helped us with every question we had and also went above and beyond to help us with some technical issues that helped us out fantastically! It's not her usual job but her help has made such a difference to me and my wife! Nothing is too much for her! The team is also very good and the food is always perfect. Emma is also always lovely to see when she's working too!

Amazing selection of food. Ordered lunch and served within 20 minutes all staff amazing, highly recommended definitely returning.

We go here quite often for a meal, the service is always very good but today was excellent and very professional.Sophie was our main contact and she is very well attired, smart and very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu without looking at it. Definitely go again.

Really good food! Quite a rude elderly lady on the bar, waited 10 minutes to be served a drink and was completely ignored by the 2 members of staff behind the bar. Then ordered on app and was served by an apologetic waitress.

Hola a la llegada para una de mis Hijas Los cumpleaños que nos brillaron son mesa por una persona muy educada llamada CONOR , también uno de los miembros del personal del bar llamado KERRY nos hizo muy bienvenidos , ella se rió con uno de mis nietos y ordenados son orden de cena para 7 Adultos , todas las comidas salieron al mismo tiempo y tubería caliente , todos disfrutamos cada minuto , todos volveríamos en algún momento. Muchas gracias a todo el personal.

Nos reunimos con algunos amigos para tomar el té y la comida era muy agradable, sin mencionar que el personal era amable a la llegada. Lo único decepcionante fue que acabamos de ordenar desert y un miembro del personal se acercó a la mesa y dijo que teníamos 5 minutos y luego tuvimos que irnos porque necesitaban la mesa de vuelta. Y se dijo tan francamente como eso. En ningún momento nos dijeron que había un límite de tiempo. Si lo hubiéramos sabido entonces no habríamos reservado en esta ocasión e ido a otro lugar. Llegaron nuestros desiertos, y literalmente 2 minutos después de que las cucharas golpearon el plato después de que terminamos, otro miembro del personal vino y literalmente dijo que vas a tener que irte ahora porque necesitamos la mesa. Nos hizo sentir muy desagradables y para ser honestos, no será un lugar que usamos para reunirnos con amigos de nuevo.

Staff go out of their way to help. Nothing too much trouble. We use here regularly as our daughter is at the Uni here and always make a point of eating here at least once in a visit.

This place is hit and miss, if your after quick no frills service and quick food worth while, after something a little special give it a miss

I think the pumps may need a clean, only ordered lemonade, but it tasted fusty. The food left a lot to be desired, I mean, it took a long time to come and when it did, the meat was seriously stringy, full of fat and gristle. I understand that you may try and keep the prices down, but at the sacrifice of quality...... maybe it's just since Greene King took over, or the current management, but I used to go in this place when I was in my teens and the standards were definitely a lot better

The Nosey Parker is hands down one of the best spots in Lincoln! Every visit is a pleasure—friendly, attentive staff who always go above and beyond, delicious food that’s consistently well-cooked and reasonably priced, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. But the highlight for me has to be the Sunday quiz night with Rondog. As an avid quizzer, I’ve been to many, and I can confidently say this is the best in Lincoln! Lovely place, great food, really friendly staff. Both Lee and the Manager (Kelly or Kerry possibly) were both attentive and professional. We are about to visit for the third time in as many weeks!

This is my local even though it's 3 miles away from home, like it here! Good for football (Sky & BT) and okay for food.. Good for families and large parties.

Really nice, ordered for a group of 6 of us, is not table service, but go to bar and order, this was done quickly and server was friendly, the food was 90% great, the mixed grill steak though... Was probably the toughest most sinewy steak I have ever had, a really cheap cut of meat, other than that the drinks and total experience was good and food was hot.

Went this evening, after seeing on Facebook that it's now dog friendly , Wow , amazing , Molly even got a free doggy bag , containing poo bag, numerous treats , & a tennis ball , the staff were also super friendly towards me & my husband & Molly , will definitely return , well done Nosey Parker Lincoln

Wonderful meal. Very friendly staff especially Kerry who consulted with us regarding our daughter's allergies. Very impressed with that. Two of us had gammon which was the best. Will visit again soon.

Met for a family birthday meal, accommodated all of us well with friendly and helpful staff. Food was lovely, well cooked and presented beautifully. Main and dessert were very tasty. Several people served us but Tabby was very helpful bringing the birthday cake out and singing happy birthday.

I treated my daughter to lunch here recently.

We went for Bogof burgers on a Thursday. Really busy in there and good atmosphere. We were served very quickly and food was great. We took Casper (our chihuahua) all the staff loved him, he got a free sausage and a goodie bag with a toy and treats.

Great food staff was very friendly and helpful especially Kerry and Darcy look forward to going back

I visited today with my dad for lunch today. It was extremely busy which is always a good sign. I had the coated chicken with bbq sauce on a flat bread. My dad had the steak and ale pie. The food was excellent. Great value and fantastic service from Emma and Venetia. Will definitely be coming back.

Food is exactly what you expect for a chain restaurant, still great value and tastes fine, chick'n mix challenge is the best!

Nosey parker is really popular. Has plenty of tables and a good children's menu. My mum loves it there, but for me I call it a ping pub where the food is microwaved. I've had mixed meal quality there so I only tend to go to keep my mum happy and that's important lol.

We arrived at nosey Parker and we ordered our food and drinks as soon as we arrived, we received our starter not too long after and it was lovely. However that’s when it went downhill we sat waiting for about 1hr for the mains to come out ,just for the sides to come out beforehand. We continued to wait and about 20 minutes later the mains came out after one of the team members went to see where our food was. As we were sat eating our food a younger staff member came up to us to ask if everything was okay with the food and didn’t even give anyone chance to reply before walking away. We were also promised some fresh onion rings but never received them.

Was served by Kerry today! Wow what a lovely lady! Was smiling ear to ear after our conversation. Was super friendly and quick. Sorted out our add ons no problem! And even spent time talking to us after serving us. Really makes an experience even better when the staff are this friendly. Amazing food as always - we love the chick n mix - thank you Kerry and the team for a lovely girls night out and being so hospitable! Monday blues out the window 💕

Lovely helpful & friendly welcome from the staff. A doggy bag full of treats & toys for my friends assistance dog, plus a sausage and a bowl of water. The human food was really tasty too. We will return, soon. Unfortunately, not enough disabled parking areas.

Awful service, shocking food and wouldn’t serve me on my 25th birthday staff in charge not aware of how to provide an enjoyable experience and all round one awful experience shall not be using this establishment again !! Real let down as Marston’s Pubs normally have great helpful staff gotta say give this one a miss !!! Bare in mind this was my first eating out experience for 6 months and has put me off from ever wanting to return to a marstons establishment

Very nice place. The atmosphere is good and relaxing. The food is amazing mostly their fish and chips which is highly recommended. I gave them a 4 star for food because the crispy chicken strips as seen in the photo I have posted were not interesting to say the least. I think they need work on that particular menu. Make it look better and taste better please. Also, they have lots of good two for one offers which I think is a good business strategy which explains why the place is crowded with lots of people. The customer service is amazing, someone goes round the tables to confirm if you are okay and need any extra assistance with your food or any other thing.

It's a very nice pub and the staff are very friendly however ever the food was a bit bland and some of the people we were with thought the food was either over or under cooked. Also there were menu changes at the last minute. However has been very good the past and don't know of anyone who has a major problem with this establishment. Think we just caught them on a off night, which we all have from time to time. Would certainly go again 👍

Good welcome, good food, not too busy but drinks overpriced and when you have children can be very expensive as a family!

Our waitress Carla was really attentive and helpful. Offering extra drinks and a dessert menu when she cleared our plates. We were unfortunately too full to have a pudding.

We often pop in here on our way back from town and the 'Nosey 'always seem to manage to find us a space. Had friends unexpectedly visit from away during the Christmas season and quickly booked for the Festive menu although it was very short notice. On arrival met by a pleasant lady, perhaps Manager? Explained late Festive booking but she said she would ask the Chef if he could provide the special menu. She returned swiftly, said yes and we ordered. A couple of waitresses then appeared and gave us crackers and poppers which would normally be provided for the special menu. Well we can really compliment the staff on their excellent service especially as it was a busy lunchtime. We all enjoyed our meals and the attentive service made it feel a really nice experience….but that’s why we visit regularly. Thank you ! NB Apols for late review

Absolutely 💯 best birthday meal

Not been for a while, wasn’t great last time I came. Really surprised at how nice the food was. Had the BOGOF offer, which I didn’t know was in so two huge main meals and bottle of wine £21.

Disappointed with birthday Sunday lunch beef like leather veg undercooked meal only just warm when served.. we’ve never been disappointed before so was looking forward to our meal for my birthday 80th this was on Sunday 5th January

We booked a table and expressed that we only wanted a drink but not to be seated in the bar area due to the freezing chill in the bar area. Zero radiators and being January it’s very cold (can’t feel comfortable and take your coat off) so booked a table and immediately got sat under the fan. Staff are not the one either. Bad vibes all round. Used to be mint.

Food and service very good.Very busy place advisable to book .Menu has lots of different options including gluten free ,children’s menu also has lots of options.
