I think the pumps may need a clean, only ordered lemonade, but it tasted fusty. The food left a lot to be desired, I mean, it took a long time to come and when it did, the meat was seriously stringy, full of fat and gristle. I understand that you may try and keep the prices down, but at the sacrifice of quality...... maybe it's just since Greene King took over, or the current management, but I used to go in this place when I was in my teens and the standards were definitely a lot better

The Nosey Parker is hands down one of the best spots in Lincoln! Every visit is a pleasure—friendly, attentive staff who always go above and beyond, delicious food that’s consistently well-cooked and reasonably priced, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. But the highlight for me has to be the Sunday quiz night with Rondog. As an avid quizzer, I’ve been to many, and I can confidently say this is the best in Lincoln! This is my local even though it's 3 miles away from home, like it here! Good for football (Sky & BT) and okay for food.. Good for families and large parties.

Really nice, ordered for a group of 6 of us, is not table service, but go to bar and order, this was done quickly and server was friendly, the food was 90% great, the mixed grill steak though... Was probably the toughest most sinewy steak I have ever had, a really cheap cut of meat, other than that the drinks and total experience was good and food was hot.

Went this evening, after seeing on Facebook that it's now dog friendly , Wow , amazing , Molly even got a free doggy bag , containing poo bag, numerous treats , & a tennis ball , the staff were also super friendly towards me & my husband & Molly , will definitely return , well done Nosey Parker Lincoln

Met for a family birthday meal, accommodated all of us well with friendly and helpful staff. Food was lovely, well cooked and presented beautifully. Main and dessert were very tasty. Several people served us but Tabby was very helpful bringing the birthday cake out and singing happy birthday.

Wonderful meal. Very friendly staff especially Kerry who consulted with us regarding our daughter's allergies. Very impressed with that. Two of us had gammon which was the best. Will visit again soon.

I treated my daughter to lunch here recently.

We went for Bogof burgers on a Thursday. Really busy in there and good atmosphere. We were served very quickly and food was great. We took Casper (our chihuahua) all the staff loved him, he got a free sausage and a goodie bag with a toy and treats.

I visited today with my dad for lunch today. It was extremely busy which is always a good sign. I had the coated chicken with bbq sauce on a flat bread. My dad had the steak and ale pie. The food was excellent. Great value and fantastic service from Emma and Venetia. Will definitely be coming back.

Food is exactly what you expect for a chain restaurant, still great value and tastes fine, chick'n mix challenge is the best!

Nosey parker is really popular. Has plenty of tables and a good children's menu. My mum loves it there, but for me I call it a ping pub where the food is microwaved. I've had mixed meal quality there so I only tend to go to keep my mum happy and that's important lol.

We arrived at nosey Parker and we ordered our food and drinks as soon as we arrived, we received our starter not too long after and it was lovely. However that’s when it went downhill we sat waiting for about 1hr for the mains to come out ,just for the sides to come out beforehand. We continued to wait and about 20 minutes later the mains came out after one of the team members went to see where our food was. As we were sat eating our food a younger staff member came up to us to ask if everything was okay with the food and didn’t even give anyone chance to reply before walking away. We were also promised some fresh onion rings but never received them.

Was served by Kerry today! Wow what a lovely lady! Was smiling ear to ear after our conversation. Was super friendly and quick. Sorted out our add ons no problem! And even spent time talking to us after serving us. Really makes an experience even better when the staff are this friendly. Amazing food as always - we love the chick n mix - thank you Kerry and the team for a lovely girls night out and being so hospitable! Monday blues out the window 💕

Lovely helpful & friendly welcome from the staff. A doggy bag full of treats & toys for my friends assistance dog, plus a sausage and a bowl of water. The human food was really tasty too. We will return, soon. Unfortunately, not enough disabled parking areas.

Awful service, shocking food and wouldn’t serve me on my 25th birthday staff in charge not aware of how to provide an enjoyable experience and all round one awful experience shall not be using this establishment again !! Real let down as Marston’s Pubs normally have great helpful staff gotta say give this one a miss !!! Bare in mind this was my first eating out experience for 6 months and has put me off from ever wanting to return to a marstons establishment

Very nice place. The atmosphere is good and relaxing. The food is amazing mostly their fish and chips which is highly recommended. I gave them a 4 star for food because the crispy chicken strips as seen in the photo I have posted were not interesting to say the least. I think they need work on that particular menu. Make it look better and taste better please. Also, they have lots of good two for one offers which I think is a good business strategy which explains why the place is crowded with lots of people. The customer service is amazing, someone goes round the tables to confirm if you are okay and need any extra assistance with your food or any other thing.

It's a very nice pub and the staff are very friendly however ever the food was a bit bland and some of the people we were with thought the food was either over or under cooked. Also there were menu changes at the last minute. However has been very good the past and don't know of anyone who has a major problem with this establishment. Think we just caught them on a off night, which we all have from time to time. Would certainly go again 👍

Good welcome, good food, not too busy but drinks overpriced and when you have children can be very expensive as a family!

Our waitress Carla was really attentive and helpful. Offering extra drinks and a dessert menu when she cleared our plates. We were unfortunately too full to have a pudding.

We often pop in here on our way back from town and the 'Nosey 'always seem to manage to find us a space. Had friends unexpectedly visit from away during the Christmas season and quickly booked for the Festive menu although it was very short notice. On arrival met by a pleasant lady, perhaps Manager? Explained late Festive booking but she said she would ask the Chef if he could provide the special menu. She returned swiftly, said yes and we ordered. A couple of waitresses then appeared and gave us crackers and poppers which would normally be provided for the special menu. Well we can really compliment the staff on their excellent service especially as it was a busy lunchtime. We all enjoyed our meals and the attentive service made it feel a really nice experience….but that’s why we visit regularly. Thank you ! NB Apols for late review

Not been for a while, wasn’t great last time I came. Really surprised at how nice the food was. Had the BOGOF offer, which I didn’t know was in so two huge main meals and bottle of wine £21.

Disappointed with birthday Sunday lunch beef like leather veg undercooked meal only just warm when served.. we’ve never been disappointed before so was looking forward to our meal for my birthday 80th this was on Sunday 5th January

We booked a table and expressed that we only wanted a drink but not to be seated in the bar area due to the freezing chill in the bar area. Zero radiators and being January it’s very cold (can’t feel comfortable and take your coat off) so booked a table and immediately got sat under the fan. Staff are not the one either. Bad vibes all round. Used to be mint.

Christmas Lunch 2024. We booked , following recommendations from friends. And we’re so glad we did. From the initial contact with them, through booking, pre/ordering our meals and actually being there it was an efficient and very friendly service. The staff were all very quick and efficient with our food. The meal itself was delicious, with very generous servings. There were crackers on the tables , with individual chocolates, party poppers , and ribbon streamers.And on leaving, we were all given an individually wrapped small box of chocolates. We were so happy with it all that we have put our names down for Christmas lunch 2025!

We visited with our dog this morning, for the Santa Paws event and the whole thing exceeded our expectations. Santa and Mrs Claus were amazing with all of the dogs and so friendly. The whole set up and system worked very well too, providing perfect photo opportunities. The gift bag and certificate was such a lovely added touch. We are blown away by the thought that has gone into this, for such a reasonable price! Thank you so much to everyone involved. We will be back next year 🧑‍🎄💗

Family friendly pub in a city so busy, one dish wasn't up to scratch so the duty manager called Kerry was very helpful and attentive money refunded and an offer of more food, and Emma who served us was very good.

My dish was just hot enough to eat, but my wife's macaroni & cheese main was cold. If it hadn't taken so long to get it in the first place, we would have complained. Didn't want to want for the reheated version to come back out,so we left. I'm not sure what's happened in the last couple of years, but this has gone from being my favourite Flaming Grill to no longer going back.

Ordered 2 meals from the gluten-free menu on the app, everything but my potato was cold and I ordered chicken. Was offered everything but my money back. If you serve cold chicken I've lost confidence in the chef I just want my money back as an option. I'm not going to beg, I just will never come back.

The staff are all welcoming and friendly, those doing table service are always attentive and on hand, the more I've visited over the last few months the more my enjoyment of visiting this place has grown, I now consider it my local bar and restaurant, the food never fails to please, the xl mixed grill is tremendous and the mac and cheese has me borderline addicted, a fantastic experience everytime.

I ordered Sirloin steak rare. The first piece of meat that was placed in front of me was so thin that it was impossible for the cook to do anything other than well done, the waitress took it back and presented a piece of meat that was slightly thicker and was almost rare - I was hungry and decided that I would make do. Regrettably the steak was full of gristle and was barely edible. We won’t be going back!!

Just visited nosy Parker green king pub in Lincoln although not booked they found us a table,the staff was more than helpful,very friendly,could not do enough for us .we were served by Nina & Emma but saying that all staff very efficient food was amazing good value .would definitely recommend.and will definitely be visiting again could tell the staff enjoy & appreciate their jobs .thankyou .would loved to have booked for Xmas day but fully booked .

The food was alright. Left feeling quite dissapointed with the quality but for a pub it was acceptable. However, with my steak I chose to spend £2.20 on the hunter topper which was really disappointing! Just a tiny bit of cheese and two small pieces of bacon.

I booked and reserved a table for Friday lunch time. Bars are always busy on Fridays but nice and cosy table. Times have changed a lot as now you can download an app to your mobile and order your meal online and pay for it. No hassle of standing at bar etc. We ordered the 2 meal deals. It took 20 min and oh wow that was quick. Excellent service with a friendly smile. The food was really delicious and those large chips were a bonus. Thanks to all the staff for your outstanding service. We surely be returning.

Good food and we really enjoyed the quiz

We were let down at the very last minute by another venue for an 18th birthday meal for 20+ people. Having rang in a panic, the manager was able to fit us in and saved the day! On arrival we were well looked after. Additional guests arrived and despite the venue being full space was found. We were able to order separately but all the food was brought out together. We were able to have the cake brought to the table with candles provided as we forgot them! We had an amazing time, the atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were all pleasant and nothing was too much for them. We had an amazing time and my son really enjoyed his birthday. We were served by Nina but she was supported by several others.

Came here for our team meal with our mate Barry . Shame that Gareth emptied the kitchen. Superb friendly service considering there was 14 of us and they brought all the food put at same time all perfectly cooked, Highly recommend.
