Really enjoyed the food here (Sunday lunch menu). Very well presented and cooked. The service was good and very friendly toward the dog that was with us. It was a wet day when we went, which was a pity as we couldn't fully enjoy the attractive location on the Brayford Pool side. The price was maybe a smidgin above that of standard pub grub, but this experience was much better than standard fare and made the meal good value. We would go again and would recommend to others.

This place is OK. Friendly enough, but a bit like a chain pub. Worth a visit if you are in the area though, good selection of drinks. They also serve food. And had a quiz night the night we went, but also we were OK NOT joining in and sitting in the side room

This is a nice spot and the staff were lovely. I don't like leaving criticisms as there's enough negativity in the world and the staff were genuinely caring. We had a lovely evening. However in the spirit of feedback for the genuine purpose of improvement, I have to say that neither ladies toilet had toilet paper. We had to prompt a drinks order as I think it had been forgotten. And, if you're going to serve roast lamb, not having mint sauce is a let down. You have a Tesco Extra 2 minutes walk away. There's no excuse not to have any!

Booked in for Sunday Lunch, managed to fit us in on the day. Sat round the back of the bar, service was a little slow. Ordered 2x roast beef dinners with cauliflower cheese. The beef was nice, a little on the pink side, the roast potatoes were well seasoned and tasty, one of mine was a little overdone, carrots are well cooked, not the best cauliflower cheese I’ve had but not bad either, Yorkshire pudding was a bit naff, crispy edges that just turn to dust, the stuffing was really odd, the flavour of it was nice but the texture was like a biscuit & the colour was a bit underdone, cabbage sides were nice, the gravy is very watery. The chef is a big fan of thyme so the flavour is definitely there. Overall rated the food 4/5, the service was slow 3/5 and the atmosphere has been marked down due to the dog issue. Seems to be a problem everywhere now so if you’re a dog lover, not a problem. If you care about hygiene & don’t enjoy animals in your eating space or don’t enjoy listening to 2 dogs barking & yapping at each other during your meal, then probably avoid.

ChatGPT You said: Write a horrendous online review on a pub restaurant due to the fact we were not greeted at the door, ignored for 20+ minutes waiting to order. The bar maid was miserable. The menu was lacking and over priced ChatGPT said: ChatGPT Title: Worst Dining Experience Ever – Don’t Waste Your Time or Money! Rating: ⭐ (If I could give 0 stars, I would) I can honestly say this was one of the WORST dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service is non-existent at this place. We weren’t even greeted at the door, just left standing awkwardly, wondering if we should seat ourselves or wait. After finally finding a table on our own, we sat there for over 20 minutes without even being acknowledged! When we finally managed to catch someone's attention, the barmaid looked like she hated her life and her job. Miserable is an understatement. No smile, no courtesy, just sheer rudeness. Clearly, serving customers was an inconvenience for her. To top it all off, the menu was a complete joke. Limited options, nothing exciting, and the prices were ridiculously overpriced for what was offered. When you’re paying top dollar, you expect at least decent service and food options, but here you get neither. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth the time, money, or frustration. Absolutely horrendous!

So,we called in for a quick drink at 9 pm Saturday night. Ordered a pint of Neck Oil ( absolutely fantastic) and a double Archers and lemonade for my better half. I noticed that our bartender was struggling with the fitting on the Archets bottle, which drew my gaze. The first measure was fine, but the second measure was short due to the bottle being empty. Instead of getting another bottle to top up my ordered drink, she then went to the lemonade dispenser and filled the glass up, I challenged her on the short measure, and she replied it was."" It was clear it wasn't, but I paid for it. This leads me to this review. I have no problem paying for anything, but I don't like being short-changed, so I feel aggrieved. It is absolutely disgusting that the staff take a cheap shot of short changing customers. Is this what The Royal William has stooped to I'm very disappointed and won't be calling again

We arrived at nosey Parker and we ordered our food and drinks as soon as we arrived, we received our starter not too long after and it was lovely. However that’s when it went downhill we sat waiting for about 1hr for the mains to come out ,just for the sides to come out beforehand. We continued to wait and about 20 minutes later the mains came out after one of the team members went to see where our food was. As we were sat eating our food a younger staff member came up to us to ask if everything was okay with the food and didn’t even give anyone chance to reply before walking away. We were also promised some fresh onion rings but never received them.

We had been out for dinner and then a drink at mailbox, and decided to go for a drink at craft. In the cue, as we got to the front the bouncers took us to the side and said we aren’t going to be let in because they “have us on camera doing cocaine in an alley”. We did not, any cameras would see we walked straight from mailbox to craft, no alleys whatsoever. I have heard from a few other people that this isn’t the first time craft have done this. Seems like they pick and choose who they let in, not sure on what basis this is decided. But it is so wrong on so many levels, won’t be returning and will be letting people i know, that they do this and not to go there.

One of the best morning rituals we had in Lincoln. From the atmosphere, the amazing /friendly staff, to the variety in the menu this place is a must stop while in Lincoln. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed coming here daily for our two weeks in the UK. Scarlet and her family made our time here feel like going to a friend’s place for a truly great cafe experience. I indulged in their various speciality menu items in our time here including Honeycomb, Irish Crème, and Amaretto lattes; additionally their espresso drinks are crafted with great attention to tempt the taste buds. Be sure to also partake in their savory paninis, wraps and ( my recommendation) toasties. All of which can be enjoyed in a cozy setting to meet with friends or just people watch. Coffee Culture offers a fantastic experience and stopping point for a day out in town. The staff will make you feel like family every time you visit.
