ordered at 17.50 for 18.50 delivery, however at 19.30, I called as on here said delivered but wasn't with us, then told driver just leaving, arrived at 19.50/20.00. sides cold but curry hot.

Wanted to re-order the same as we ordered last time, so logged in and brought up previous orders but there was no re-order tab to press, other than that we had a lovely meal delivered on time

Yes they were busy I accept that But, There is no excuse for letting customers know your running late. And its definitely Not an excuse For the poor quality of the meals Burnt naans Missing key ingredient's ect. This used to be my go to Indian !

When our order arrived it was yummy and we enjoyed it, only downside it was 30mins late, we ordered chips but they weren’t in the bag and the naans were a little burnt on the outside.

First time ordering, I ordered to take away. Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalfrezi pillar rice and popadoms. Very delicious, great spice to the Jalfrezi and great flavors. Great friendly service too. Recommended.

Pre ordered, 3 hours before so that it would be on time and it was still 25 minutes late. Quality was terrible. Chips and onion bahji were cold and un edable. Naan just tasted burnt. Such a shame as ordered before and has been nice. Wont be returning

1 hour late, even though pre ordered, missing a salad and a sauce every time I order they get the order wrong somehow but the food is really good

5 chicken bits in one tikka , that's a very small portion and kulcha was okay

Had Agra before moved away. Years later I come back for a visit and still the best ever Indian you can have. Quality and price amazing

2 1/2 hours wait. Told order was delivered so rang the restaurant to be told the order was running late. rang after another half an hour to be told another 10 minutes! Don't order if you're hungry.

Was just about on time, ten mins later than stated. Great quality food though.

We’re happy to alter a dish slightly for one of my friends, very friendly, polite and efficient service. Every dish ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. If you are looking for a good Indian meal I would definitely recommend ordering from Agra.

Cannot fault the food and the quality but the sadly the delivery time does did let them down. I pre-ordered it for 17.50, then, then got an estimated time of 18.20, finally it arrived just after 7pm. The delivery guy was fine and pleasant enough, just their timings off that's all. Would I use them again, yes because the food is good. Room for improvement.

lovely meal but the onion bhaji was inedible as it was covered in oil. they are normally oily but this was way too much.

Delivery was a little bit late, but food was piping hot and tasty. Delivery driver was cheerful and polite. Nice meal all round.

Food 30mins late, then only half the order turns up and had to wait another 15 minutes for the reat to arrive. Nan breads were burnt. Rang the restaurant to say half late told to give them 10minutes but no 15minutes later and not even an apology

ordered the food had message saying delivery by 8.25pm (45mins after ordering) however turned up at 9.20pm ....1.45hrs! certain items of the food order were not warm. Telephoned restaurant which was pointless, unhelpful and told incorrect times. They blamed its a Saturday....very poor excuse. abysmal customer service.

Had a bad experience here previously, so when the delivery time went back and back I thought nothing had changed, however I was wrong. The food was as hot as straight out of the oven, the quality was amazing. I am definitely coming back for more

besides been late , the special rice , unlike normal appeared not to be fresh and lacking in taste and ingredients

Curry was nice. Estimate time was 45 mins, time confirmed with restaurant was between 1hr15-1hr30 and then it came 20 mins after that. Curry Rice + Sides tasted nice apart from the breads, both the Plain and Keema naans were hard and tasted stale

Food arrived very quickly. I ordered Pasanda, not sure what I was sent but it was red and spicy so definitely wasn't pasanda! Tikka starter was very salty couldn't eat.

I found a metal wire in my food and I was unable to eat majority of it because I was concerned I’d swallow more metal.

right first of all i am not very happy. with many things such as the poor quality of the box the food came in. AND NOW I WILL SAY THE REAL PROBLEM. order was late by 30 mins, and one main meal missing, missing meal delivered but was still incorrect. Food quality poor but edible, chicken cooked well but tasted odd ( i suspect low quality frozen chicken) banana fritters totally unedible, more batter than banana and just sugar sprinkled, not syrup Obviously changed hands/chef since the last time we ordered as no where near as good and will be taking off our list

I placed my order more than 6 hours before the scheduled collection time. Waiting area was filthy, serving staff were unkempt and wearing gloves and the chef had his hood up. A 1 minute drive home to find that the food was cold and the breads were rock hard. Complained to staff via phone who were rude and just said they were busy and some foods had to be reheated prior to collection. Honestly the worst take out food I’ve ever experienced. After being here many times before, this time was the last

Was really late. When food arrived it was stone cold, the nan bread was burnt and hurt our teeth to bite as it was so hard. Also my friend is diary free and ordered mushroom rice and they sent her EGG rice!! Not forgetting they also didn’t bring our drinks that we had payed for. Not good enough !

The quality was sub-standard to what I've had in the past from this restaurant. I chose a specific time as we wanted to eat at that particular time, som 45 minutes early was unacceptable. Therefore, I will no longer be using New Agra Indian Takeaway.

Simply the worst curry I have had in years. Rohan was watery and tasteless. The onion bhaji was burnt and very very greasy. The naan bread was without doubt the worst naan bread I’ve ever tasted. Cold, hard and tasteless. Disappointing doesn’t even come close to my experience. Will never ever use just eat or Agra ever again!!

The restaurant forgot to send the rice, considering this was a major part of the order I was very disappointed, the food we received was very nice, but not having any rice really spoiled the meal.

My meal was delivered over 3 hours after the restaurant accepted the order and not at 19.45 as stated. I telephoned the restaurant twice and was told that they were inundated with orders. I would have cancelled but there was no way to do that.

Called 3 times as the food was late . After being lied to on the 1st & 2nd time of calling saying it was on its way , on the 3rd call 30 mins after the last call ,the manager/owner put the phone down on me after he raised his voice saying I told you it’s on its way . Shocking service and a 2 and 1/2 hours for food and he acted like it was my problem.

Food tasted great as always from Agra. However, we ordered the food at 18:02 the food was delivered at 20:40.

I ordered a mixed grill masala, and it came with 2 big pieces of chicken but they were still on the bone! Not what you would expect from a curry! In the past, meals from this restaurant have been good but they’ve really let themselves down this time. I also requested a delivery at 7:30pm but was nearly an hour late hard to recommend to anyone this time round!

Ordered takeaway at 6.25 never got my order until 9.00 pm. It was supposed to come no later an 8.15. Disgusting will never use again. Very greedy people and one unhappy customer
