Sorry but I didn’t enjoy my food. It didn’t even taste like a korma. Very disappointed

It was a huge order nothing was missing and the quality was fantastic and consistent

Food was delicious and arrived piping hot, with large portions so plenty leftover for the next day! Driver was excellent and followed delivery instructions perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again :)

Food arrived very quickly. I ordered Pasanda, not sure what I was sent but it was red and spicy so definitely wasn't pasanda! Tikka starter was very salty couldn't eat.

I found a metal wire in my food and I was unable to eat majority of it because I was concerned I’d swallow more metal.

right first of all i am not very happy. with many things such as the poor quality of the box the food came in. AND NOW I WILL SAY THE REAL PROBLEM. MY WIFE AND ME 7 DAUGTERS (I SPELT IT WRONG IDC)HHAHAHAHAHA WERE BEING RIZZED UP BY YOUR FELLOW EMPLOYES. MY WIFE SAID HERSELF THAT SHE FELT HIGHLY VUNRABLE IN THE ATEMPT U TOOK TO SPIKE HER CURRY IT WAS VERY VERY ATOMIC. SHE WAS NO STOP ON THE BOG FOR THE LAST 2 NIGHTS DO YK HOW I FEEL ABT THAT???????!!!!!!!?1?!!!! but other than that . i thought the food was great and i would certainly come here again :)

Didn't really matter that it was late but I ordered two starters and only got one salad and one sauce

order was late by 30 mins, and one main meal missing, missing meal delivered but was still incorrect. Food quality poor but edible, chicken cooked well but tasted odd ( i suspect low quality frozen chicken) banana fritters totally unedible, more batter than banana and just sugar sprinkled, not syrup Obviously changed hands/chef since the last time we ordered as no where near as good and will be taking off our list

I placed my order more than 6 hours before the scheduled collection time. Waiting area was filthy, serving staff were unkempt and wearing gloves and the chef had his hood up. A 1 minute drive home to find that the food was cold and the breads were rock hard. Complained to staff via phone who were rude and just said they were busy and some foods had to be reheated prior to collection. Honestly the worst take out food I’ve ever experienced. After being here many times before, this time was the last

Was really late. When food arrived it was stone cold, the nan bread was burnt and hurt our teeth to bite as it was so hard. Also my friend is diary free and ordered mushroom rice and they sent her EGG rice!! Not forgetting they also didn’t bring our drinks that we had payed for. Not good enough !

The quality was sub-standard to what I've had in the past from this restaurant. I chose a specific time as we wanted to eat at that particular time, som 45 minutes early was unacceptable. Therefore, I will no longer be using New Agra Indian Takeaway.

Delivery got push back which the driver apologised for. The food was really good and all very hot

Simply the worst curry I have had in years. Rohan was watery and tasteless. The onion bhaji was burnt and very very greasy. The naan bread was without doubt the worst naan bread I’ve ever tasted. Cold, hard and tasteless. Disappointing doesn’t even come close to my experience. Will never ever use just eat or Agra ever again!!

The restaurant forgot to send the rice, considering this was a major part of the order I was very disappointed, the food we received was very nice, but not having any rice really spoiled the meal.

Food was absolutely divine,delivery time hopped from 17.30 to 18.20 then was late

My meal was delivered over 3 hours after the restaurant accepted the order and not at 19.45 as stated. I telephoned the restaurant twice and was told that they were inundated with orders. I would have cancelled but there was no way to do that.

I ordered a mixed grill masala, and it came with 2 big pieces of chicken but they were still on the bone! Not what you would expect from a curry! In the past, meals from this restaurant have been good but they’ve really let themselves down this time. I also requested a delivery at 7:30pm but was nearly an hour late hard to recommend to anyone this time round!

Food tasted great as always from Agra. However, we ordered the food at 18:02 the food was delivered at 20:40.

Called 3 times as the food was late . After being lied to on the 1st & 2nd time of calling saying it was on its way , on the 3rd call 30 mins after the last call ,the manager/owner put the phone down on me after he raised his voice saying I told you it’s on its way . Shocking service and a 2 and 1/2 hours for food and he acted like it was my problem.

Ordered takeaway at 6.25 never got my order until 9.00 pm. It was supposed to come no later an 8.15. Disgusting will never use again. Very greedy people and one unhappy customer

Food delivered later than expected. Then to find they hadn’t put in a curry. Told to get a refund from just eat. Or wait 40 minutes for the driver to go back and deliver it. Ended up going to get it myself. Food was delicious but spoilt by not checking the order was complete before delivering

The food firstly was delicious… but then ordered at 4pm ready for them opening at 5pm… told it would be 5.50 pm..( not bad).. but arrived at 6.35pm… with either lids not on properly or bad driving.. oil everywhere in the bag… covering all the cartons… a disgusting mess!!

Food as per was great - always reliable. However, order arrived around two and a half hours after ordering. Even on a Saturday night that's far too much - restaurant should be far more honest with expected delivery times, and we could have collected ourselves!

Salty, Jelly like chicken, mixed grill had a bizarre off smell to it, went straight in the Bin. First and last order from here, £50 spent, most of straight in the bin.

Arrived 45 minutes late, but they did contact us to let us know. The food was very good quality and we love that they have unusual meals on the menu. Will be using again, we just hope they arrive at our requested time with our orders in the future.

Hi Wonderful food! Delivery delayed, but we were kept aware of this. Saturday night is a busy time and delays are OK. Food arrived piping hot and as delicious as ever!

Late food, all tasted the same, very bland. Set meal for 3 mezze.

The food here is absolutely delicious - just be prepared for a long wait time! Make sure you order way in advance, and you won’t be disappointed. Don’t let it put you off the delicious food.

Good quality of food. And portion sizes were large and fed 4 of us twice. Delayed delivery but was notified which was good. Definitely will be ordering again. Definitely recommend.

We had the hot and spicy set meal for two and it was absolutely fantastic! So much food too! We are a fair way out of town and it was still hot and honestly it was the best meal we’ve had in ages! And I’m picky! Will definitely be using again!

Biryani was bland. Balti was gravy with lumps of chicken. There was no spices and no flavour to either. Sundries were all fine but i wont be trying them again.

A terrible experience from start to finish. Took 2.5 hours to arrive. The order was wrong. The so called Bhuna was as strong as a vindaloo, my wife started to eat and after seconds was in flood of tears as her mouth was in bits, we binned the whole lot. Absolutely worst ever experience and one we will not repeat.

No taste/spice to the food. Missed the mango chutney off. Good sized chunks meat in the sauces and not greasy/oily. Poppadoms arrived in their bag all crushed up
