Great food had forgotten how good a Pizza Hut actually is be ordering again, and great value for money top marks 👌👌

Pizza was late and also cold on arrival .... it also looked like the box had been turned upside down ... pizza was terrible

Pizza and side was stone cold on arrival, sent a complaint in and was initially given a £5 voucher, which was then put upto £10. Stated my order was £26.98 and therefore an unacceptable amount. Pizza Hut refused to do anything more. Will not be using again

Delivery was supposed to be between 20:35 and 20:55, but it was at 21:35. I ordered bbq bacon load wedges, I got potato wedges, something different,I'm not satisfied

Easy to order online, £10 pizza deal really good! They delivered really fast and it was nice and hot... and very tasty! Highly recommend the goats cheese one!

Went to pizza hut to be told card only, so left, and by the look of the amount of people in there which was 2 they can't afford to turn away customers.

Friendly staff on the phone but only having one driver for the whole of Lincoln? Well done bosses. You’ve ruined the company. No point in offering cheap pizzas if you can’t actually get them.

Food took 2 hours to arrive and said on the app that it had arrived when it hadn’t, we called the restaurant to find out what was happening and they said it should be with us soon and then took 30 mins before it arrived.

Bought a pizza a few days back, possibly the best takeaway pizza I've had... It's way up there... Over the years I've eaten a metric tonne of pizza but this Large stuffed crust with half pepperoni pineapple half mince beef and onion and triple cheese was incredible. Just well made and cooked and tasted great. Only criticism is the general look of how the toppings were distributed... Some onion hung over and was burnt... But the stuff crust base was cooked perfectly and delivered fast and hot. Was part of their deal too so wasn't too expensive

Good prices ,l made my own pizza you can choose on the flavours and toppings. The service was fast the environment was clean too.

Had to call restaurant after an hour plus wait to find that it hadn’t even been prepared yet. When came food was good but not an hour and half total wait time good.

Still haven’t received my food.

Over 1hr late no gesture of good will or refund

Im giving up on Pizza Hut North . As always late and cold food . The delivery guy not even bothered he is late . What annoyed me is they sign the delivery way before actually delivered the food!

Ordered a pizza online whilst out shopping. The pizza was heavily discounted by their deals thing on the app. I collected after being able to "track" the pizza's progress regarding being out of the oven! The guy was really friendly and the pizza was hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend this Pizza hut. Pizza hit pizza's are the best. They beat pizza express, Dominoes and other places hands down. I wouldn't fo anywhere else.

Food was cold was sent wrong items

Asked for bbq sauce on the chicken sizzler but came on the meat feast. However the person who's pizza is the meat feast can't eat bbq sauce. We ordered cheesy garlic bread and only got normal garlic bread even though we paid more, I had to call the restaurant at 17.33 to find out where the food was told they were just leaving. Even though delivery was between 17.10-17.30. Really unimpressed, the pizza arents even cut properly.

Over cooked meat really crispy base was really chewy not the greatest I’ve ever had also garlic breads were cold

My pizza was absolutely swimming in grease I couldn’t eat I tried to ring up but they said they were closed it was literally soggy

My family and I Love their pizza , especially the pepperoni, I usually add pineapple and sweet corn in my pizza, try it you will love it

Order was delayed by over an hour, the pizza was greasy and my drink was never delivered.

Ordered at about 7pm and finally delivered at 9.45pm. When spoke to restaurant at 9.15pm they said it was only just coming out of oven.

pizza isn’t cut properly and things missing from the order, not up to standard definitely not worth the money you spend on it

i want my money back, wrong pizza, stone cold, and so late.

Placed an order online at 17:55 through the pizza hut app. Estimated arrival time on the app was between 18:25 and 18:35. Called them at 18:45 to kindly ask about the order. The gentleman on the phone replied that it would arrive in the next 10 or maximum 15 minutes. At 19:15 gave them a call to see if the order is actually coming at all. A kind lady on the phone said “it will be delivered on the next run”. I don’t think I have actually ever waited one hour and thirty minutes for a pizza delivery in Lincoln before.

I waited over 2 hours for my order to arrive which is a lot longer than I would have expected

I have not received my order yet and it has been 3 hours, I even went to the store and they said it’s out for delivery it will be 5 minutes, and it’s been 30 minutes now

Food was well over 1 hour late and when I contacted the restaurant they said they are about to cook my food. They lied about the delivery time. And when my food finally came there was stuff missing.

Food well overcooked, obviously sat waiting for to long, very disappointed

Not impressed they don't deliver to Hykeham anymore since Newark Rd closed

customer service awful from member of staff in store, not all bug had bad experience with one with a attitude and actually put phone down on me. it's a shame because the parts of the order that was correct was allright. won't be returning

The food is stone cold and dry - spent 15 minutes on the phone to the driver who drop round the whole village numerous times despite having our exact address. Very poor and want a refund

Well, what can I say, ordered a meat feast with extra cheese, stuffed crust and pineapple. What a surprise it only came with everything but the MEAT. Had my suspicions when they guy on the phone was overly friendly, thought "bet he's a vegan" I will die on this hill!

Cheese pizza was greasy the bbq chicken pizza looked Anaemic but the chicken wings/strips , cheese triangles and cookie was good

Far too much oregano, greasy, wet middle and very unpleasant pizza. Far from what I’d expect for the price.

Today i tried pizza from this place and i must say it was a very good experience, i normally deliver orders from there

Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. Delivery or click and collect is ok for occasional indulgence but the cost to pay for a poorer tasting product..... Essentially dry bread with toppings on it doesn't feel like a great deal.

Good delivery time, great food, the only thing I did not like was that the app was showing that the order was accepted but no driver was found. I almost cancelled the order as it was taking too long to find a driver, but then the driver shows up with the food, on time. I think this is a major problem as it would've been bad for all parties if I cancelled the order without knowing that the driver is actually two minutes away from my house.

Food took ages to be delivered then when trying to contact the restaurant to track the order or cancel the order if we could there was of course no answer all 7 times we attempted to ring, by the time the food got to us it was like warm and was just not worth the £30 we spent. Should have gone dominos

Pizzas were hot and a good standard but the BBQ sauce was missed. They did however send a new one quickly when I reported it.

Too many tomato chunks and too much tomato sauce but a decent amount of olives and cheese. Nice base, made slightly wet by said tomatoes which was disappointing

Don't deliver to my postcode, only 2 miles from the shop, what's the point of having a delivery service????

Lovely pizza. Was late. Had to phone to see where it was. Only reason wouldn't use again is because we're on holiday in Lincoln!!

Brilliant. I thought every where would be closed at 21:09pm but I ordered from Pizza Hut and the took the order and had it delivered. It said that it should come at 21:45pm but the driver came at 21:30pm brilliant.

Food was left at reception, driver did not call or message to say food has arrived. By the time I found out food had arrived it was cold and inedible.

Not open for collection, not gonna pay minimum amount for delivery when it's walking distance for overpriced pizzas just to fill up the order

Will always help you out if something goes amiss with an order, just make sure you order direct from them and not through uber eats because uber eats think that refunding your money is a good substitute for missing food Much better to solve issues with actual solutions rather than chucking money at the problem

Ordered via Deliveroo. First order was missing two desserts. The store seems to have not processed the order properly & the rider did not check the order on Deliveroo. Called Deliveroo and they processed the dessert order for me from the same store - two desserts. The rider turns up with one dessert and advised that the store manager said the ‘2x’ next to the items means the ice cream and cookie that comprise the dessert, not ‘2x’ desserts. Pretty incompetent & won’t order from this store again.

The first delivery turned 30mins late and it was someone else's order, so they had to go back and get our order. The delivery driver was very apologetic about it and helped to some what redeemed the situation.

Came in too collect 2flatbreads that were supposed too be already cooked , approached the counter and told my name , the dude said theire not rdy yet , waited extra 35min for the pizzas that were hidden in a thermal bag and prepared ages ago , they handed cold flatbread, i waited basically for nothing

I didin't like the taste really from this branch, it's not the 1st time I eat from Pizza hut but I don't know what is wrong with this branch !!

1 hour and 40 mins for 2 pizzas and 2 sides. Called the restaurant 3 times. After being told they were waiting for the order to be picked up, it took 45 for the delivery. Sides were cold, pizza was lukewarm. Average pizza. What a disappointment

The food was cold, and half my order was missing, tried calling the restaurant to get my items but no one answered the phone. So I’ve paid for items I haven’t received, won’t be trying to order again.

Worst “cookie dough” ever This cookie dough was oily, burnt, and more like a Skegness doughnut than cookie dough. Next to five pounds is a COMPLETE rip off... to top it off, the driver made me stand in the cold for 10 minutes as he falsely informed he arrived when he hadn’t, so it started on the wrong foot to start with. And the ice cream was like school canteen ice cream. FOOMING.

The delivery driver stood outside and then just left without delivering! He also drove in the wrong direction down a one way street! Awful.

Even though some of my Order was forgotten they soon got it to me. The quality of food was top draw 👌

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. Food was cold and not all the order was delivered phoned up and they said they would send it 50 minutes later phones back and they said it was not on the order when it definitely was!
