Kaspa's Desserts in Lincoln

A pleasant visit spoilt by having only a small ‘scoop’ of ice cream on the Bueno Dough making it too dry to finish. This appears to be a trend as I’m sure I’ve seen other reviews saying the same. Shame as the rest of the desserts were fine.

We order the banana berry crepe which I would recommend. We also ordered a vanilla ice coffee and a caramel iced coffee but they dint taste as nice as we thought.

The service was very good but the desserts weren't anything to go out my way for aside from the bubblegum ice-cream. We tried the red bull fusions and almost felt like I'd developed type 2 diabetes 🤣 we imagined them to come with berries but instead it was redbull with more sugar syrup basically.

We sat in a box, tiles around were very dirty so was the table. We gone for toilet as having a little child and they were honesly disgusting. Pee all over the seat, not flushed and smely. The restaurant was half full and we still did jave to wait to be seated as there were no cutlery ready. Staff wasnt very friendly. While taking the order the girl by the till didnt look interested in my order at all. Didnt asked if we want any drink as i forgot all about them. I will not come here again!

Fancy interior, very like an American diner. Music playing and an all around nice place to be in. Food is absolutely delicious, definetly recommend coming for yummy deserts. Lack of staff when I first arrived and waiting to be seated but served fairly quick after being seated.

Fantastic really great sundae , all 3 of us had great food really enjoyed it. Definitely come again, loved the look, style and atmosphere.

The experience turned out to be a lot better than I'd expected no thanks to some of the other critical reviews I'd seen prior. The kids loved the food and thought it favourably to another competitor. I still think the competitor wins. After ordering the food and drinks were served very quickly and all together. With hindsight, I could have paid for just an hour. It was lunchtime and there weren't many people eating. The Buenos waffle was great and easily the favourite for us. I'd recommend the place.

Really quite disappointed with Kaspas. Very expensive but certainly didn't stand out quality wise. It's a huge place that was very empty and so didn't really have an atmosphere. We spent £60.00 in here and didn't feel like we had received value for money. It's all very processed with no real individuality. I had fudge cake which was nice but no better than you would get fro a Lidls frozen cake. I don't think we would go back, there was 5 of us and no one was overly impressed. Service was fine, staff were polite and friendly.

I get the same thing every time (strawberry indulgence crepe) which is amazing

Ordered Dessert on uber and they weren’t even half full just a rushed order i wouldn’t mind if they were cheaper but when your spending £10 per sundae and they aren’t even full is so disappointing.

Really enjoyable food, good variety on menu, staff always friendly and helpful. Atmosphere looks very unique.

Absolutely shocking stuff unfriendly, miserable and unmotivated practically just chucked your on the table. I order a crepe it was stone cold and hard then my partner ordered a bubble tea and he had to drink it with the standard straw as they had no more large ones so couldn’t get any of the bubbles not very happy overall terrible experience.

We arrived to be told we’d have to wait to be seated despite there being loads of tables free. When I queried this I was told they’d run out of plate and cutlery! Less than half the tables were occupied at this time. Once we got seated and we ordered the desserts came reasonably quickly. The food was okay but nothing spectacular given the price of a sundae was £8.95. There was radio playing in the background which was a local station complete with regular adverts. When you look past the fancy seating and lights the place looked a bit scruffy and unkempt. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Took about 20 minutes to be seated even though there was lots of free tables , drinks where over prices . Other than that the food was nice but the staff weren’t very talkative and made you feel like a nuisance

through the wait for the table was abit stupid as the restaurant was full we’re spare tables, drinks are also abit over prices, overall the food was good

First ever Kaspas I've been to years ago and to this day, the place is still great. Fast service, people are great, and the food i good 🔥

This Place Does Your Desserts Correctly they Have Sundaes,Waffles Etc And Do Glass Bottles For Coke But Still Fantastic

Food was delicious 🤤 and my son was given a free milkshake of his choice for his birthday but make sure you bring confirmation cause last year they weren’t sure about it but they were just doing their job

We've been here twice and ordered waffles which are advertised as having 1 scoop of ice-cream and both visits I don't feel we were given even 1 proper scoop, they haven't scooped properly so it's more like half a scoop and then when it's gone you're eating dry waffle which is not great on its own. So it's really not worth the money. Today I struggled up the steep step and with the heavy door with 2 young children and a baby in a pushchair in the pouring rain and no one came to help or even acknowledged us. I then waited 5-10 minutes to be seated and no one came, no nod or any indication of acknowledgement so I decided to sit down as the kids were getting restless. I was then very disappointed to be lectured that I was supposed to wait to be seated when the waitress finally came out the back after about 10 minutes! I explained the situation but no apology, more of a snap back at me. We won't be visiting again.

So firstly the food is always good, no faults there. It’s always nice to go when it’s not so busy, being a pleasant place to eat. Now to the issue I had with this place… (Mostly my fault but hard to avoid) I was advised to watch my head as the hanging lamps are quite low, avoided it. Stood up to go order food and smacked my head on the lamp. Came back and hit my head on the lamp. Then when we went to leave I hit my head on the lamp. They are so low that you almost can’t avoid them. Didn’t affect my time there but it’s certainly not my favourite thing to do whilst dining out.

The staff are very accommodating, we didn't book and turned up after 8pm with a large group and they kindly accommodated us. Desserts are nice and what you would expect but don't count your calories, this is a once a year trip for me.

I personally think that kaspas is an amazing place the food,people and decorations are amazing the food is always warm,tasty and perfect,the people are always funny,bubbly and ready to talk I love going to kaspas when I pop into town for a few bits and bobs.Kaspas is my favorite thing ever it beats any other dessert place.

Very expensive but the milkshakes are excellent, kids love it as a treat.

Even though we went in late we had great service and everything was super clean and tidy. Plus the food and shake was so tasty!

Pretty quiet on a Sunday evening but great service and somewhere I wouldn't normally choose to go, but I really liked Kaspa's. Definitely go again.

A fantastic range of desserts, we loved our treats!

Even though it was not busy, none of us received our orders at the same time. We were told we could only pay cash or on the App, so we opted to do that, but the App was terrible with missing products and very slow. Morale was bad and it seemed nobody really cared. When ice cream costs over £10 each, it needs to be a lot better than this.

Super disappointing. Their card machine wasn't working so we had to try and order via the app. I'm on Android so was impossible for me to do. Couldn't locate on the website either. Then I'd asked if it were at all possible to have a coffee sundae, which they'd done preciously. They kindly listed everything I'd need to order.. also said if I had any trouble, just put it through as anything and they'd just make the sundae. My partner couldn't fathom the app (he's very technically savvy) so we put it through as another sundae. I got the 'just anything else'.... very disappointing. My partner had finished his before my daughter eventually got her crepe- after me having to go chase for it... Overall, a really disappointing experience.

Sent out drinks to a different table, then took next drink to another table. Took ages to get our order was hardly anyone in. I don't understand how you can get it so wrong 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Friendly staff, delicious food, but extremely sweet! Although i assume that's the goal. A nice place to go for things like birthdays. Pictured is my (half finished) milkshake that was around £5, (super maltesers milkshake) and my bueno cookie dough, which was around £9. It doesnt look like a lot but believe me, i didnt manage to finish it!

Very nice place! Clean, well decorated! The desserts are belly-filling (large portions). It’s a pretty expensive treat! Everything is very delicious...I have visited it 6 times now. However, they should give a sharper knife for crepes with a very strechy mixture. The menu has a lot of choice! Very satisfied! ☺️

Great desert place. There are tons of options for all kinds of tastes. The atmosphere is like a dinner but with a 90s vibe. Highly recommended if you have room left after dinner, the portions tend to be pretty large.

Pretty average food, the cookie dough wasn’t great and was extremely sickly. There food is also very overpriced ,I could have made it better at home for a lot cheaper.

Awful experience. Slow service. No care for customers and quite rude. 15 minutes to get a scoop of ice cream that tasted like it was from any supermarket. Avoid.

Just if you have 0 rate thats what they should have at 9h00 pm from 24/08 we just open the door to come in last order was at 10 pm is paper on door in staff didn't realised , but was 9.00pm we family the guy came straight to us oh we can't seat you with loads of tables available plus the group of young lads he didn't refuse them but us as family refuse disgusting i work myself in costumer service in Hotel and we close restaurant at 10.00 pm last order 9.45 we welcome everyone until that time not 1 hour before your close just disgusting customer service not welcome at all never again i advised my customers aswell not recomended.

Just rubbish. Crepe was like eating a rubber band. Dry and chewy with a small amount of sauce on top nothing inside. Hot chocolate float said you can choose the ice cream, this is not true. Bad experience, slow service. Won’t be coming back

Really yummy puddings we enjoyed a variety of dishes and all were fabulous.

Always a warm welcome from the staff who help so much when it comes to any allergens you may have, plus not to mention the desserts are quality would definitely recommend a visit.

We decided to treat ourselves to what we remember as a belly busting filling desserts.... Tall sundae glasses filled to the brim with icecream and if there were added chocolates, there would be dozens. It would take forever to finish and you would roll out of Kaspas. We expected the price increase, but we weren't ready for the nasty surprise. The sundae glasses are half the size they used to be and you're lucky if you get one token biscuit/ chocolate on the top of your dessert. My M&M base waffle had two M&M's in the whole base! What a disappointing and expensive experience. Definitely not worth the money as it barely hits the spot, so you leave feeling cheated.

Myself and my family are regulars at Kaspas Lincoln. 25th July 2023 Today I went just myself to get a blueberry bubble lush and some cookie doughs. The blueberry slush came but watery the first time the girl made it. And one of the other girls says apparently it's meant to be like that. Last time I checked a SLUSH was meant to be broken crushed up ice with whatever flavour you want. I have been to kaspas Lincoln many times as its the closest one from sleaford. And today was just terrible service. 2nd time the same girl made it. And this time I she gave me 4 Big cubes of ice they weren't even crushed up. She rushed it to get me out the store. And sarcastically replies "sorry about that" when 5 mins ago she and her colleague said that's how it's meant to be. The manager even said to remake it as it needed more ice. I want this to be discussed with the staff. And I'd like something doing about it when I next come back.

Place smells of chemicals, just like pool changing rooms. Although it wasn’t busy and the majority of tables were available, we were given a table right next to the toilets… Latte was simply a mug of warm milk with a few granules of coffee, that only gave a slight shade of colour, but no flavour at all. The crepe was solid rubber, tasteless and cold. Never again.

We went in here after wanting to go for ages and we were definatly not dissapointed. We got a chocolate fudge sundae & a strawberry cheesecake sundae and WOW! They were amazing! 100% will be back!

We ordered the new dragon fruit ice cream and kiwi with coconut ice cream sundae and guys it's something you Got to try, amazing 🤩 The hazelnut choc deluxe and the brownie waffle were also absolutely 💯 delicious All in all Kaspas has become our go to place❤

My daughters love it, me not so much. It is limited to what I can eat without making myself feel very sick from all the sugar. I normally stick to a sundae but feel they are overpriced for what they are. The other items look lovely and I'm assured they taste just as good but they are too much.

Always lovely freindly staff willing to help good atmosphere! Lovely deserts portion sizes are that big we take home and have seconds with takeaway boxes they offer instead of all that waste! Brill can’t fault it would definitely recommend for the chocolate waffle ice cream lovers out there!!

Order regularly from here but really disappointed with the level received never had such a poor order. Very sparce as per pics. £23 for these two. Rang the shop and said has to go to third party re complaint as delivered by deliveroo which is unacceptable as it sits with the shop nit about the delivery person.

Yeah I mean it's OK. I'm not big on ice-cream. I went for a protein shake, they'd sold out. The service was good. Overall I don't agree with the idea of a dessert bar. But it's ok.

Went in for sit-down dessert about 9.25 last weekend and were told that 'after about 9.15, it's always takeaway only'. That's fine, they are very busy with takeout and delivery orders around then (although confusing given how big the place is - maybe get some more staff and make more money instead of turning custom away?), but if that is the policy then it should be published on the website and the front door. It's not fair for customers to show up looking forward to a nice dine-in experience and have to take out or go elsewhere. Besides that, staff are friendly, food is really tasty and the menu has a brilliant range.

Funky decor, great desserts, friendly staff but slightly slow service. I had the banoffee waffle with ice cream and it was delicious.

Was going to try here for the first time today with my little boy, unfortunately it was a 40 minute wait as we didn't book which is my own fault I never thought to book, but I wouldn't of bothered anyway as the young member of staff that greeted us was so miserable, she gave the impression she wanted to be anywhere but at work. (Get a new job if you hate it that much!)

I took my kids to this place and it looked like a typical American diner, with pink seared booths and fancy desserts. When we arrived at 8pm the waitress was sighing at the sight of us and told us we’d all have to squash into one booth because she’d cleaned the other area. We assumed it was nearly closing time, then realised it didn’t close until 11pm! Not the best welcome or impression of the place. We ordered several desserts, crepes, cookie dough and Oreo. The food was nice, just a bit sickly as expected. The waitress continued to be moody throughout our visit, but watching her bad reaction to everyone who entered the place seemed to amuse my son!! She clearly does not like her job, The kids enjoyed their experience, but I’m not sure I’d visit again.

Ice cream and pudding on our visit. Definitely need to share as portions are generous. Flavour and presentation amazing. You do have to wait for the order to be prepared which can take around 15-20 mins but worth the wait.

There was around 5-8 people in the restraint when me and my friend went and it took over 25 mins for our food to be served at which point her waffle was cold. I could see staff just stood chatting at the side so it was not at all a good experience, food wise it was ok the dough in my food was underdone and the prices are quite high.

First time ever coming here and a great first impression! Kaspers is lovely and bright and clean, the staff are helpful, friendly, polite and after omgosh-ing at the menu, made me feel a bit at ease about my choice! I choose the crumble waffle with coconut ice cream and it was amazing! Highly recommend it! I had the Caribbean smoothee and it complimented the waffle perfectly. The waffle is very filling and is the perfect treat. Toilets are lovely and clean. Overall can't fault the cleanliness, atmosphere and wonderful staff. I'd definitely come again and recommend to others.

What a disorganised restaurant, ordered food for 4 1 item arrived without cutlery, a few minutes later the second item arrived again without cutlery. Went to ask for cutlery and was brought knives and forks as tge waitress wasn't sure what we need, five minutes later our coffees arrived tge five minutes later our last two items arrived. Very poor service , the staff need more training, even though lots of staff but not very efficient.

Disabled access was locked so couldn’t get !! Very friendly and helpful staff member let us in.Service was snail-like. Very, very slow. Waited over an hour for food! Food ok but cold and hot drinks should be hot! Very disappointed as this was a wedding party spoiled by glacial service. Had to find a staff member to let us out as wheelchair access had been locked again.

It’s one of my favourite places to go when I am fancy to get something sweet. Good choice of milk shakes. Only one thing it’s a customer service could be better.
