Understaffed and limited choice of menu. Poor value for money Won't be going again.

Visiting from the US, craving something familiar and when I saw 2 for 1 cocktails I decided to get some food and maybe a little day drunk for lunch. My food was excellent but my server, Jessica, was the best part of my experience. Super kind, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Fridays team for lunch

If you enjoy waiting an eternity for overpriced, microscopic portions of food while being served by staff who'd rather be anywhere else, then TGI Fridays is your dream come true. The cocktails are so watered down you'd think they were baptized, and the overall experience leaves you feeling like you've been mugged in broad daylight. Save your hard-earned cash and dine elsewhere, unless you fancy a side of sass with your subpar meal.

Had a lovely waitress called shannon fantastic customer service and gave off a great energy food was also really nice 100% recommend

Everything but the sweet potato fries was good. The fries were dried up, shrivelled and burnt.

We walked past the restaurant on Monday and decided to go in, as we waited to be seated we noticed only 2/3 tables had people seated already and almost every other one was dirty, they had two staff one on that day, one girl with long hair, she was running around doing all the work, a girl with short hair stood talking to the kitchen staff or stood staring into space, we decided to go and sit down as we was getting seated, staight away the girl with the short hair came up with attitude! ignored us at first, so we asked her for menu’s since she wasn’t doing anything, she then said your meant to wait to be seated, she went and got menu’s and threw them on the table and walked away, we got up to leave after that and the girl with the long hair apologised, we went to wildwood just a little bit up from them and it was amazing, food and friendly staff 👌🏼 TGI Fridays should get them to train their staff!!

Went for a meal with family. Ordered for kids burger and it came out overdone and dry patty. The staff was really helpful and redid it for both our kids but unfortunately it was the done the same way, 'dry' and overdone. There slices of carrot served which was not even peeled. The mojito that we ordered was just lime juice with syrup. The best part of the meal was the kids milkshakes. A hungry Friday evening for us at TGIF:(

Gosh I used to love going to TGI Fridays what happened to the quality and prices? 16 pounds for a cocktail (bogof??) there are plenty of other options for excellent cocktails in Lincoln and TGI is the most expensive in the area. Ordered a couple of sides. Could count the chips in "portion" of chips on two hands. Service was the only redeeming part but literally so many better options on the area. Such a shame.

Our experience was absolutely awful unfortunately. Where do I start? We were sat right next to the servers counter and all the chairs and tables are so close together that we were constantly walked into or bashed about. They outright refused to let us move when we complained even though the restaurant was half empty. The staff were throwing blue roll, pens and other items across the restaurant right over our heads.There was a waitress blowing up balloons for children right next to us which she kept popping. The food was dreadful! Everyone’s was food was stone cold and the chicken strips were slimy on the inside. Even after complaining we were still charged the full amount which was over £100!!!!! Extortionate prices for terrible food awful service and a rubbish experience. Would never return.

Extremely overpriced, very mediocre food. Do not recommend at all

Ordered 2 bottles of beer tonight, waited 10 mins in a near empty restaurant, the staff then came to take food order ,so asked about drinks , told they are on there way, 10 mins later no drinks so left and won't be returning, poor service.

Loud, table sticky, ridiculous prices, very little choice for vegetarians apart from nearly £20 for a veggie burger. Service slow, food barely acceptable, glass of cola was at least 50% ice (frozen water). Ambience awful. A bit like going to W3ATH3RSP00N5 but paying well over double their price for small portions of frozen stuff that's merely been bunged into the microwave or deep fat fryer. Don't think we'll be back, despite the waiting guy actually being pleasant and the toilets being acceptable clean (although it was still early in the evening).

Great place lovely staff 🙂 friendly atmosphere, we sat outside in the sun. Would definitely come again. Happy days 🙂🙂

Shannon M was a great waitress, welcoming and polite. She pointed us in the direction of the 'kids eat free' offer! Great food, clean and minimal waiting times.

Today I took my granddaughter for lunch. Menu was fare but the prices were shocking! £18 for a hamburger ! Our burgers tasted good but were covered in salt along with the fries. We both had a milkshake very overpriced but delicious. The young lady who served us was very efficient.

We visited Lincoln branch. Food was very tasty especially desserts. Shannnon was our waitress. She was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

What has happened to this chain?! Don’t get me wrong, it’s always been on the pricey side but food was always good, service great etc. Went yesterday as they have a promotion on in the week, met with the “oh we’re not doing that today”, could be that she was the only one working and that included the bar area also. Having a look through the menu and it appears that dice were rolled to price up the meals, £20 for glorified chicken nuggets, £8 for mozzarella but the most sickening sight was the grill menu. Rump steak is one of the worst cuts of beef you can get, but it’s cheap so that normally offsets the price/enjoyment factor. Well, someone needs to tell TGI’s this, £28 for an 8oz rump steak?!!!!! Are you high?!!!! Probably set you back £3 max from any supermarket! They then try and entice you with drinks, oh look at the 2 for 1 on cocktails menu! What they fail to tell you is it was under half that amount for one not so long ago so in reality you’re paying a 1 for -1 at the moment. Save yourself the embarrassment that we had walking out and go to any of the vibrant places in the local vicinity, you’ll find better value for money and probably taste than what this rip off is offering at present. TGI = Thank God I’m not going here ever again!

Arriving with my partner on a mobility scooter, we were soon invited to use the alternative entrance as a means of access. This was my partner’s birthday and out visit to the restaurant was spontaneous but we were very glad to have done so. The food and “double cocktails” were amazing and my wife was presented with a slice of birthday cake, along with a glowing candle; again completely unplanned. The visit was made even more impressive by our waitress HANNAH W who struck the perfect balance between being attentive without being overbearing. The toilets were immaculately clean too! All round an excellent visit!

food was amazing and looked as beautiful as it tasted, the restaurant was so pretty and the servers were so kind!!! really underrated in my opinion, definitely coming back and i recommend everyone to come here it’s one of my top favs now 💕

Overpriced, misleading and burger bun was staled.. I wouldn’t come back here again. Also we ordered the lunch offer of two course meal from £13.99 but they over charged us with the starter which shouldn’t have been separate as it’s two course meal?.. place is dirty, especially the toilet.

Food freezing cold delivery guy on a push bike got lost and his phone went off over £20 in food in the bin … given an £8 refund… shocking

Came as a celebration meal with a table of over 10 of us and we had a fantastic time. The food was lovely, we had 2 children with us and they were very accommodating. Would definitely come back. Special thanks for our server Shannon M. She was attentive, polite and made our TGI experience brilliant.

Big chain, didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of choice on the menu. Food was hot and served promptly. Service from Shannon M was faultless. It was a Monday evening and a lot of places were closed. Would I go back? Yeah, definitely.

The food itself was pretty good but in terms of options the menu isn't the biggest. The staff were fairly friendly and checked to make sure everything was all good. Fairly overpriced for what you get though.

Bottomless chicken strips for £15 on a Monday… bargain!

Ordered once before and was really happy with everything , especially the desserts so decided to order again only to be left massively disappointed by the quality and also missing items from my order. I was genuinely really looking forward to having those brownies again!! Why you have no direct phone number to the restaurant to raise a complaint? £20 for a box of cold ribs because you send your food out packaged with other people’s so mine gets stuck in traffic. Having to go through Deliveroo because I want my money back!

Was going to write a very detailed experience on this place but after visiting the next one I can see why people talk about how bad and hard it is to find a really good nice place to eat in lincoln without having at least one issue.

Servers were attentive, drinks were brought around fairly quickly once ordered, we chose to opt for cocktail upgrade & everything was good.

i thought i was walking into a TGIs but instead i was transported to heaven, i grew wings, gifted a halo, and given the ability to soar. to describe this experience as phenomenal would be to call charlie puth ‘bog standard’ - an understatement. i’ve never felt such joy. the bar service was beyond beautiful, i felt looked after in a way only a mother could, i could taste the love in tap water. thank you - i have been forever changed

First time coming and taking my kids, was incredible food and worth the money, experience was made even better by friendly staff especially Shannon.m at the Lincoln branch who went above and beyond to entertain my kids and do everything she can!

We waited for a table for three, and then got seated at a table where the seats, menus and floor were really dirty. They did clean it after we asked and apologised for the mess, and the girls working there were really lovely. The food was really overpriced for what you get so we decided to go elsewhere instead. The music was so loud, as well as people being loud too so that you can hear each other speak which was quite jarring. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

We visited the restaurant as a family of four for an evening meal mid week. The restaurant is nice and clean and the service was excellent. The food however was very overpriced and disappointing to say the least, Definitely wouldn’t return.

When we recieved the food the burger and chips were both stone cold which required us in re heating the food in an air fryer until it was hot enough for us to eat and enjoy. Don’t expect this when requested a time delivery as supposedly it was cooked fresh. Our house isn’t far from restaurant either

The Glazed Burgers and fries were delicious as usual. We also decided to try the hotdogs which were disappointing. They were burnt and didn't taste very nice. I would order again though.

I came to the Lincoln tgis we’re we usually come every couple weeks and we order the same thing on the menu everytime we ordered them today and no manger or wait staff informed us that apparently the menu had been changed but not on the actual menu so when my food come it came with a ingredient I am allergic to and I had not been warned of not changed to the tacos to were I would of knew not to order them the manger tried making excuses for the kitchen but there is no excuse customer should be warned about any changes to food before ordered to save people with allergies only solution they came up with was remove tacos of bill which I don’t think is the equivalent to nearly some one having an allergic reaction lucky I seen strait away what was on my food and knew not to touch it and saved my self a trip to a&e so everyone please be well aware of what your and check it comes as stated on menu before ordering as wait staff and kitchen and the manger do not care to inform you

Food was decent but not fantastic my partners came cold. Service was appalling, we had two separate waitresses and both were extremely rude and not very welcoming. My friend got her order wrong and instead of being polite they had a rather bad attitude about the situation, from the moment we walked in the door the service wasn’t to my standard.

The hot dog wasn’t even in a bun it was in a cibatta bread! Like what part of that in a big city dog? And the dog is smaller than my little finger absolutely horrendous
