Prezzo in Lincoln

Was very dissatisfied with how very little of the food we had. Lasagne was like having bologniese there was no pasta the price of everything was ridiculously high and overall for the whole dining experience was awful. Couldn't have that family conversation as they sat us under a speaker, which was loud. At nearly £200 we felt as a family this was disgusting. We were also disgusted that for a pint of lager was £9. Why only accept card payments? Massive change needed and a review of prices are very much needed. We will not be having a meal there anymore, and has put us off ever eating out again.

Fantastic breakfast! We loved our breakfast here fantastic service as always and a very good choice of breakfast something different really good coffee to here we can’t wait to go back and try other choices very good value for money 😀

We had an amazing time, the service was really good! Very attentive. We tried the new menu today, I had the new pinsa tre carni pizza! It was fluffy and very nice!! I don’t normally like crust on pizza but with pizza it was different and I enjoyed every bit of it. For dessert we had the mango and raspberry ice cream and it’s tastes exactly like the fruits! Easily the best ice cream I have had!

We order drinks but after a while we couldn't order food, because we were sitting outside... why ladie offer us menu while we couldn't eat outside

The starter of calamari was fine. However, when the pizza came I noticed it looked a bit undercooked, was very thin but not crispy & had hardly any cheese on it. It looked like it had been thrown on the plate. Unfortunately it tasted even worse than it looked. Of course I didn’t eat it & the look the waiter gave me for admitting it was awful was unfortunately enough for me not to order anything else. Then as my partner attempted to take the first sip of his water, he noticed serval strange floaters in it. Shame. We won’t be going back. They clearly couldn’t be bothered and there are far better places….like Aldi, yes I could have bought a cheap supermarket frozen pizza and it would have tasted better than that.

Two others and I had a lovely dinner going for some pasta dishes, it seemed busy but it was quick service and our waitress "mozzarella" Millie was ace. She was attentive and made our experience there even better (you should speak in an Italian accent more often). Would definitely go back for more.

Poor, overpriced food, Not worth the money . Found a hair in the pasta ! Rubbish portion sizes too! Hubby left feeling hungry. Food not to description either. Waiting staff very good, not their fault .

Me and my partner came here for valentine's meal last night, the food was absolutely amazing and great atmosphere, everyone was so friendly but I must say a huge thankyou to our server jade, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful night, so a big thankyou to jade from both of us and thankyou for the prosecco we enjoyed it 😀 x

Me and my partner came to prezzos for Valentine’s Day dinner. Food service was so quick and tasty! Server Jade was such a lovely girl and talked us through the menu, checked food was nice, etc and was just a lovely person in general. 10/10 :)

Fully booked when I rang and spoke to Abbie the manager. Everywhere close was fully booked. I asked if Abbie was a “ can do person” and she said she would try. Family had booked hotel travelling from Leicester to have break with member of family not long left to live. Abbie pulled out all the stops and got us a table for 8 with a few days notice despite being fully booked. Family arrived and had amazing food. Great table with view and Abbie even greeted them to make sure all was ok. Great effort Abbie. Thank you

During a very busy lunch period, we called into Prezzo which is a place we wouldn’t normally go to. The staff were friendly and helpful. The goats cheese and roast peppers pizza was lovely. Really tomatoey and full of flavour. We won’t leave it so long before we visit again.

Not sure why you have made the decision to no longer accept cash but I will no longer be a customer due to this. Cash is legal tender and I’m pretty appalled that you are now refusing to accept this. We only had cash so had to find somewhere else to eat that night and now will not return due to this new rule. It’s such a shame as this was one of my favourite restaurants

We went as a family to celebrate our son’s birthday. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the restaurant by lovely friendly staff. We had a lovely meal, the food was excellent, speedy service from a lovely waitress, Nastia. They sang happy birthday to our son and made it super special. Chatted to another member of staff, Abbey, who was just lovely and left feeling full and happy. Thank you all for a lovely meal and evening.

We went here with friends for an evening meal. The prices have gone up a lot since pre-Covid but the quality was excellent so we didn’t mind. The portions were big and the flavours were great. The staff were really friendly and attentive and we couldn’t fault the service at all. Definitely the best Prezzo experience I’ve had

Awful, rude and arrogant staff. This afternoon my partner and my youngest son (7), drove 2hrs to visit my eldest son (32) who has been recently posted to Lincoln with the RAF. We had arranged to visit the local Prezzo, as being frequent visitors to our local restaurant we know they cater for Gluten intolerances. Upon arrival and stating we were gluten free the hostess advised us that all Prezzo's cider is NOT gluten free. As an ex landlord and restaurant manager and also making my own cider I found this statement to be surprising as every cider I have sampled has always been gluten free and therefore questioned this. A very vague explanation was given regarding that Prezzo cannot guarantee the product had not been cross contaminated. This is false and misleading information however I accepted this and took my seat. It was then I checked the Menu. After checking online weather the ciders Prezzo sells were indeed gluten free or not I discovered they are all indeed as stated on their labels, gluten free. When the 'waitress' came to take our drinks order I asked the waitress again if this is correct. All she could tell me its that Head office had told them to advise all GF customers that the cider was not gluten free and I was to order it at my own risk. and said, QUOTE. "There are 3 other Italian restaurants in Lincoln that sell Gluten free cider if you want to go there" Her response was very Curt and my asking this most obvious of questions had clearly irritated her. I placed an order for cola and other drinks for the family. When the orders came I tried to enter a conversation with her to a little more clear on the directive they had been given as the policy clearly was flawed and made no sense whatso ever and for people with intolerances clarity is important especially when it contradicts the cider manufacturer. Getting more agitated by my conversation, the waitress rudely snapped "did i want this coke or not?" This attitude had shocked all guests at my table so I took the coke as she was clearly getting more aggressive with each word I spoke. It was at which point I suggested we ended the conversation as it clearly agitated her, her reply was " Thats the end of the conversation. I think it's been discussed enough, dont you!" she then stormed off without taking our food order. My party and the table next to us were shocked by this rudeness so I thought A word with the manager was necessary. I entered the restaraunt, we were seated outside, and asked this 'waitress' her name and if i could talk to the manager. She told me her name was Abbie and SHE was the manager! My surprise was evident. I asked her her full name so that I can ensure I make a complaint about the correct staff member and she refused and informed me that "we are not prepared to serve you because of your questioning in an aggressive manner" We left our drinks and went to Zizzi where we spent £80 on wonderful food, drank cider and had excellent service without attitude, rudeness and aggression. I would strongly suggest that Abbie undergoes further training at a basic customer service level as she was certainly lacking in basic courtesy, manners and information. We are exceptionally disappointed to be treated in such a way for merely pointing out logical errors that needed further explanation. Lincoln is seriously lacking and we will gladly not be going back. Zero stars. Disgraceful attitude and service. To add insult to Injury we attempted to log a complaint with head office but were unable to submit it due to not having a receipt number, so we called the general manager at lincoln directly. James came to the phone and immediately defended the staff member and accused us of being rude to staff and would not be welcome back...such a shame... James was at no point present at the time of our visit nor I suspect even on site, yet he refused to hear our complaint and proceeded to verbally accuse me. When i pointed out he was acting on one sided hearsay he HUNG UP! Rude and arrogant on all counts. NOT the way to handle any customer and not the way to deal with a complaint. AVOID LINCOLN> Poor poor attitude

Good service..nice place...the food was fine...its a shame they only take card payments... maybe this was the reason that it was very quiet?...

Fantastic location, right opposite the wharf. Very friendly staff. Vicky was our waitress, Prezzo you should be proud to have her in your team. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she was very smiley approachable and tentative. The food was amazing and great value...

We came here on 11th September at 6pm it was our first holiday for 2 years we were really looking forward to it. My starter of hummus had a 10inch hair in it. It was was replaced but by then my husband had eaten his and my appetite had disappeared. We then waited over an hr for our pizzas - after we queried it they arrived but were almost raw and in edible. We asked to speak to the manager who was less then helpful. We did not eat anything and left. I had pre paid for the meal on a voucher so we ended up with no food and no refund. The worst experience I have ever had in a prezzo.

Two of us queued outside at 5 to 12 as they claim to open at 12. Lady and 2 girls in front of us who told me that someone had been out to say they could come in at 12 and she couldn't let them in early as the floor wasn't dry. At ten past 12, the lady got sick of waiting and said they'd go elsewhere. My son and I followed. Finding nowhere else we fancied eating at Brayford, we returned at 20 past 12. Lots of staff inside, all ignoring us, place still closed. Someone comes out finally and asks if we've booked. I say no and she tells me they're full. Inside is empty, the sizeable outside seating is empty. Not one customer. We leave and as I walk away, I call them and ask if I can book a table for half 12 (it's 25 past 12 at this point). They say sure, 12:45 ok? We didn't return!We did walk past again on our way to a lovely local pub on the corner where we received excellent food and service. On this last walk past, the place was STILL empty-apart from a couple who had just walked in that they miraculously had room for!!Only gave one star as minus 5 stars isn't an option......

We hadn’t expected to end up at Prezzo as the place we went to initially made us wait 30 mins before we were told the food we wanted was not available . Once at Prezzo the staff were very good explaining to us straight away what wasn’t on the menu. We had a sharer garlic bread with cheese and had the carbonara and king prawn spaghetti . Both fantastic. The staff were attentive but not over bearing which is much appreciated. Frankie was our server who was very good.Thanks for a good lunch

Popped in here on Tuesday evening on the off-chance of getting a table during a visit to Lincoln. Food was great, with really good, inobtrusive service. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Great service. All staff very friendly. Nice and clean. Starters great. Pasta was lovely. Pizza needed a bit more sauce and topping as was a bit dry. Would recommend especially as they take Meerkat vouchers codes so makes Prezzo an affordable choice.

I met with friends at Prezzo Lincoln recently, my first time out since the relaxation of the Covid rules, but it was very disappointing. The greeting was welcoming and professional with everyone still wearing masks. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful despite being very very busy. However the presentation of the food left much to be desired. If I had friends at home for dinner, I would have been embarrassed to present their meals in such a sloppy and unappealing manner. The food itself was average.

From the food to the service everything was amazing. We got served by a lovely lady called Sophie, she was that amazing that even though we forgot to take our receipt with us to write a review, we wanted to make a point of how good she was and decided to write one on here. Extremely welcoming and really went above and beyond. The food was incredible as well and we will definitely be returning to the Lincoln branch again soon!

We are visiting Lincoln for our anniversary and had a lovely meal here. We were greeted with free bubbly on our table and our servers couldn’t do enough for us, both very friendly and efficient. The only criticism I’d have is when you add chicken to your pasta n get a few small bits it’s a bit poor! Apart from that great food and service

3 out of 5 meals were poor and not worth the cost. £2 for extra chicken with your meal got you 3 small pieces, a prawn Caesar salad also got you only 3 prawns, Cannelloni was stuffed with large chunks of pepper and very little meat.Music above our table was horrendously loud, even asking for it to be lowered was ignored. Not worth another visit

We visited Prezzo at Lincoln on Friday 2nd July.We used an offer of 3 course meal with wine for 2 for around £23.All dishes were really well prepared and tasty.We had hummus and mozzarella balls to start, followed by mushroom and spinach pizza and rustica penne. Desserts were lovely, sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake. House wine was good too!Most of all our server whose name I didn’t get unfortunately was just so attentive and friendly , she had curly strawberry blonde hair , and there seemed to be only her mainly on the floor, how she kept everyone happy I don’t know , a real gem, makes such a difference when you have great service, thank you .

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent 2 course meal at lunch, with tremendous attentive service from the team, particular mention to Sophie our server, thanks Prezzo we will be sure to return.For starters we had Calamari & Meatballs, then for main courses Posh pepperoni pizza & Goat’s Cheese Penne Al Forno. All delicious and served quickly and hot.

I was looking forward to my birthday meal here.ud asked for a nice table with a view. We arrived and there was nobody in.. This puts me off straight away.. Shown to a table inside near the bar..not what I'd asked for. 3 things on the menu not available..got up and walked out. Poor!

Thank you Marzena for making our visit such a pleasant occasion. I chose a calzone which was massive, accompanied by a light, uninteresting salad, whilst my partner's spag bol was a standard pasta dish but good quality.When we went a few days later (on a weekday) we were told only pre-booked customers were being served. This seemed strange as our original Sunday evening visit did not have any such stipulation.Great waterside location and perfect for people watching with outdoor and indoor seating including an elevated indoor space.

Prezzo is one of our favourite spots to eat here in Lincoln. The staff are so lovely and the food is amazing. Lots of gluten free options for mum to enjoy and allergies handled with care!Thank you so much to Frankie for looking after us and for being so attentive. We had a great time!

Had lunch here today. Haven’t been here in a while. Excellent food and company. We where sat outside luckily under a big brollie as the heavens opened up for a while. My favourite pizza Calzone and my wife had Prawn Ceaser salad . Excellent food and service. We shall not leave it so long to return to this delightful place.

Just had an excellent coffee at this restaurant and was attended by Julia (assistant manager). What an excellent ambassador for Prezzo, she was polite, friendly and all with a sense of humour. We really were treated very well. If her service today is anything to go by it will not be long before she manages her own branch if not the whole company.

We found a bug in our meal and the manager pretended that it came from outside. No decency to even offer a refund or manage the situation correctly. Will never come again!

Good service, nice food but crap view of a multi story car park, where the drop outs hang out isn’t the best! Food was average for a main chain restaurant, but it’s folk that don’t follow arrows that let this place down not the staff, rude none compliant brits who know best!

Enjoyed our meal here however with trace and trace giving you reassurance that if you’ve been in contact with anybody you’ll be contacted with this not being done I don’t feel safe to return anytime soon!

Had a wonderful meal in Lincoln on Saturday right next to the waterfront. Food and service both excellent. We hadn’t booked a table, and there was a little queue in front of us as the managers were taking details from each party. Our details were taken for track and trace (not sure what the review below is on about) and we were taken to a table and all the covid procedures were explained to us. Staff are wearing visors, and observing social distancing where possible. Felt safe, would return when next in Lincoln

Didn’t really enjoy our meal. Pizzas were lacking in sauce and toppings and were very dry. Music was very loud so you had to shout (not very covid compliant). No staff wearing masks. View of the car park and drug addicts. Not an enjoyable experience.

No waiting for table. Hand sanitisation on entry - entry and different exit point. Toilets clean. Lovely staff and great food. Also used gourmet card on a saturday night. Would highly recommend!

Prezzo has a very good location, Brayford, pedestrian promenade. In a warm day, you just want to sit outside and enjoy the view and fresh air. Unfortunately there is no service outside. Now poor service is explained by covid. But it is actually safer to sit in open area than inside the restaurant. The management took a very strange decision. The place inside looks a bit like a fastfood. Most of food comes frozen, which was the case with lasagne. I went for salad, the only salad in the menu. It was OK, but nothing spectacular. My partner had pizza, which was freshly made and was ok.It is a pity that such a good located restaurant haas average food and no ambiance inside.

Hubby and I decided to have lunch in Prezzo’s for the new September deal.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was good. The choice on the £10 deal menu was excellent for us. Two courses for £10 is exceptional value!I chose the hummus, hubby chose the king prawns with garlic bread for starters. Both were delicious . I chose the Chargrilled chicken, crispy prosciutto salad with garlic bread, hubby chose Lasagna. Again, both were absolutely delicious!!!!We would definitely recommend this deal. . and that’s only the first day of September! We’ll definitely return! Thank you to all the staff working so hard on that day.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time here for a romantic meal out. I’m a coeliac and had no struggle here, the food was fantastic with a great atmosphere on a Friday night.

Visiting Lincoln for the second time this year and had to stop by Prezzo again. Fantastic food as always and Brayford Pool is such a nice location.Service has been brilliant both times but wanted to say a special thank you to Kelsey for taking such good care of us today. Awful customer service. So me and my partner went in to have some cocktails, ordered & payed for them on the app, waited 20 minutes for the waitress to bring us the cocktails and then tell us that she cant serve them without us buying food? What? Seriously? (THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE BTW) Then she takes the cocktails away and tells us she doesn’t know if we can have a refund... 20 mins later we get told we will have a refund and we ask for a receipt we are declined one. SORT IT OUT.

Went today for lunch and not really impressed tbh, service and food was very quick felt rushed, not great waitress, she needs to smile i think, the QR on table for ordering didnt work, food came dry i asked for penne and to add chicken, which obviously meant dump some chicken breast on top and ill sort it, not sliced or diced in and tasted bland and dry, wont be rushing back we dont think, also 1 way system meant if you go to the toilet you had to actially leave the building and return in another door so in the rain wasn't pleasant, i know its whats going on in the world today but vould be planned better somehow, like looping through building

Shockingly bad from start to finish. John , the manager , should consider a different profession as he possesses zero customer skills. He started the evening off arguing that we didn’t have a reservation ( computer says no ) despite my online booking and print out confirming that we indeed had. Made to feel unwelcome through no fault of our own. After a poor meal , we were presented with two bills , both completely wrong- once again John’s managerial skills shone , no reduction , not even an apology. First and last time will be dining at Prezzo Lincoln - dreadful.

When in Lincoln, we always enjoy a visit to Prezzo at Brayford Wharf, and while away for our anniversary in July we had an excellent evening out in the sunshine, spoiled only by the constant stream of take-away couriers at another restaurant next door. Delighted by the surprise provision of a complimentary bottle of prosecco because we mentioned our anniversary to the waitress. Excellent evening, and we will of course be going back next time in the city.

Me and my friend went to prezzo today and just had a main course. We had a table booked two days in advance for 5:30 and were seated at about 5:45. We weren’t made aware of the new measures put into place regarding the coronavirus but there were one-way markings on the floor. I asked for a pint of tap water and got given a tiny glass instead. During the meal, we were not asked how our food was and we weren’t offered any more drinks throughout. We both had pepperoni pizza and the house fries. We were very impressed with the pizza, other than not being cut up. However, the house fries were very disappointing as they were just cheap ones with no flavour that you can get at aldi for £0.75 per kg but prezzo charged £4 for a tiny amount.

Just had a meal at the Lincoln prezzo. The services was amazing the waiter went the extra mile to make sure we all enjoyed our meal not sure if he’s name was Freddie but thank you for the great visit definitely would return

Eaten here several times in the past pre pandemic. Food good but we felt little uneasy as none of the staff were wearing any protective face coverings. All other eating and drinking establishments we visited in Lincoln were doing so. So won't return in immediate future.

Amazing food and service yesterday. Our first meal out after lockdown and could not have felt more safer, comfortable or relaxed. It was not alien or uncomfortable in the slightest. Social distancing observed. Hand sanitisers provided. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and professional. A bit of normality again..loved it. Can't wait to go back again. Staff were attentive and friendly. Starter was tasty. Mains were nicely presented and hot although mine was a little oily (goats cheese pasta) therefore I have given 4 stars. Good value for money with a voucher code. Nice atmosphere

Ordered food through Deliveroo. The order when it arrived was cold to the point of being inedible with associated health and safety issues if we were to have warmed it up. Made contact with Prezzo, Lincoln who were completely unapologetic in every regard, accepting no responsibility, even if there was a possibility that the food had not been correctly stored/prepared at their point of dispatch. The manager at Prezzo did not take any details of my order and was completely disinterested. As a result, I would recommend anyone never to order from Prezzo and am considering now reporting Prezzo, Lincoln, to the local council in respect of food standards and hygiene.

Waited ages for drinks, food was luke warm when it eventually appeared. They Appeared to be short staffed as many people were told that there was a wait of half an hour for a table as they had many reservations but no noticed no reservation cards on the tables so many punters just walked out. Maybe the staff just wanted to finish early ?Have been to many Prezzos in the UK and have had a good meal. This Prezzo lets the brand down. Would definitely not go back there.

We were a party of 16, trying to celebrate my 40th birthday! The waitress refused to separate the bill when asked on arrival. The staff then failed to bring 4 initial drinks then took their time to bring these. Staff did not offer to get us further drinks and this was after we were told we cannot order at the bar due to ‘traffic’. Waited ages after being brought desserts to be then brought the spoons. Waitress blatantly lied as she told us we cannot pay separately as their till does not allow this. She then got the bill wrong (confusion with a blue light card discount). Manager was rude, arrogant and aggressive (screwing the bill up in my friends face). After 32 minutes of being brought the bill and the Manager arguing with us, we finally managed to pay- separately! We had no complaints about the food, chefs are a credit to Prezzo, the waitress and who we assume was the Manager let it down. Although, that said the waitress was at least polite throughout which is more than be said to the ‘Manager- he should not be working with the public!

Waitress failed to acknowledge any conversation, a starter and main had to be sent back because they were lukewarm, had to order drink 2 times as failed to arrive, chased up side order twice. Saving grace was the money knocked of the bill for the aforementioned.

Choose venue through buy a gift, very good food off the 3 course set menu, staff very polite and helpful, food very good and tasty, a good choice of gluten free.

Went here unplanned as we’d hoped to go to Zizzi but it was fully booked. Turned out to be a good choice. The food was great. The kids meals were really good as were the calazones my wife and I ate. The rest of the menu was quite limited unfortunately. Our service was good but overall we found it surprisingly expensive - £70 for 2 adults and 2 children under 5 is a bit steep. We had 2 courses and a beer and a glass of wine.

Excellent service and quality food. Having a discount voucher to reduce the cost was a Brucie bonus too !!!

Service took ages. No one asked if we wanted fresh drinks once. Food quality has really declined here since I came a few years ago. Hummus really thin and acrid. The mains took ages and my husband didn’t get what he ordered (he ordered a vegetarian pasta pesto dish - got one with bacon in?) he isn’t a veggie so he just ate it as we had been waiting so long. Both ordered cheesecake for dessert - again it’s clear that the cheese part has been replaced by some cheaper alternative as not creamy or delicious. Almost missed cinema due to how long getting the bill took. I wouldn’t go here again. I would go to ask instead as their food has stayed consistent rather than being downgraded to make more profit

Went for lunch on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience.

We visited Lincoln to meet up with family and made a reservation for Saturday evening.

Had a great meal with the family. Veronica was extremely polite, friendly and very professional, couldn’t do enough to make our meal more enjoyable. Thanks to her and the manager for a very pleasant experience.

Fixed price menu excellent for my wife. Penne Alla Rusticana after garlic bread with balsamic onions with mozzarella. Excellent food in a good location. Change over of staff caused no problems.

I was directed here as a wealthy millionaire by the lovely tour guide of Lincoln (Helen) it's 30% off on a Friday which she pointed out for us.

Went to enjoy a "treat" but found the £30 menu very limiting, the food was quite average quality and service rather slow. Would have liked to sit in the panoramic window to view the marina on the sunny day, unfortunately no blinds are fitted so it was simply too bright. No doubt the young waitress is a pleasant person, but kept using phrases like dearies, lovelies, etc. By the end of a 2 hour lunch it was really starting to grate. Not really the treat we had hoped for.

Went for my daughters 13th birthday. Staff were nice. Food was ok but not great. Puddings were disappointing. Glad we had vouchers. It is a nice restaurant. Nice atmosphere. My daughter enjoyed her birthday!

Eight of us had a pre Christmas get together at Prezzo's in Lincoln one Saturday night. The atmosphere was lively and we were immediately shown to our table We ordered a variety of meals from the extensive menu. I chose calamari (a gamble I know as it's often rubbery) with a basil, pesto and mayonnaise dip starter. All the starters arrived together soon after ordering, a good start. However, my worst fears were realised, the calamari was indeed quite rubbery and the dip lacked flavour. My wife said her stuffed mushrooms were absolutely delicious.For the main course I ordered oak smoked salmon penn. The one thing this didn't lack was flavour, unfortunately of the wrong kind. The delicate taste of the of the salmon and sauce was absolutely swamped by raw chillies. My wife pronounced her carbonara main course as salty and dry. After she gave me a little taster I had to agree. There was some bacon in this which was so frazzled it would shatter if dropped! My raspberry sorbet desert was very tasty indeed. It would be true to say that most of our group criticised their meals to some extent. The saving grace of the evening was the quality of service which was among the best I've ever encountered, our waitress was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Very important with a large group, each course was served more or less simultaneously to everyone in our group. all in all, we had a pleasant evening, slightly let down by the quality of the food.

Table pre booked. Arrived and shown to table immediately. We had a voucher for 2 people for 3 courses and a drink each, which we showed on arrival. Appropriate menus given to us. Orders taken for drink and food at the same time. First drinks took ages to arrive. First course arrived. All food looked and tasted fab and was hot. Further drinks ordered pre main courses. We ate our main courses which were excellent. Still no drinks had arrived. Had to ask waitress where drinks were and eventually they arrived. All 4 of us had desserts. 2 of us had received and eaten our desserts before the other 2 had received their desserts. Desserts were amazing. Had to eat desserts with forks as they had no clean spoons. Quite difficult to eat ice cream with a fork Ordered coffees which again took ages to arrive. All food I could not fault. Had to send our bill back as they had not taken off the voucher. Eventually sorted. Had a problem getting a receipt as the till had no paper in. Our waitress was very good. They were busy. Clearly management need to get more bar staff and more cutlery. All staff pleasant. Great atmosphere. Would go again

Repeat customer to this restaurant. Great menu choices, good food and amazing service. Recently visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday night and they fitted us in last minute.

Visited prezzo at Lincoln tonight. Had a lovely view over Bradford wharf, but was somewhat disappointed with the Rusticana lacking sauce making it bland. Also found it to be £3 dearer than our previous visit only 2 weeks ago having the same meals and drinks as we had tonight.

We ate here on a Friday evening when visiting Lincoln. The manager was very helpful in finding us a table as my daughter had booked for the wrong day! The restaurant was busy and seemed understaffed. Our order was taken and the starters arrived and were okay. It then took 1 1/2 hours for the mains to arrive. By this point the manager was behind the counter helping out with the cooking. My mains was inedible - I had ordered Sea bass fillets which were overcooked and hard. I did complain immediately and was told that I could have something else but there would be quite a wait for it to be prepared. I agreed that I would not pay for it. The rest of my party had pizzas which were fine. Will probably give it another try and hope that it was just a one off bad night.

Enjoyed a lovely family meal here whilst on a short break. Lovely ambience in restaurant, great service, quick with our food and able to watch the cooking of our pizzas.

Restaurant looked deserted (never a good sign) but everywhere else was busy! Walked in to be told it would be a 30 min wait despite the fact it wasn’t even busy. Wasn’t a very nice welcome so didn’t stay. Shame as it looked a lovely venue - couldn’t even sit down and wait on one of the many empty tables with a drink. No place in the harsh financial climate we live in now for places like this

Apologies for the long review but this has to be said. Went here as a family of 10 to primarily celebrate my mother in law’s 85th birthday (she is Italian btw) and my daughter’s engagement (she had announced this hours before our visit ).

We visited with family for lunch. The servers were very friendly, it was a bit if a shame our waitresses order taking device was slow but she more than made up for this with her positive attitude. Starters were lovely, we had the pizza bites and spicy pizza bites. The heat builds with these but the dipping sauce was apparently delicious. Basically like rolled up slices of pizza, very inviting. Calamari was served as a very generous portion and not rubbery or overcooked as it so often can be. For mains, we had sea bass, salmon, chicken and mushroom and a pizza. Again, very generous portion of regular pizza. Fish dishes looked delicious, colourful and laden with tasty looking vegetables and greenery. Only down side was my chicken had been butterflied and was quite dry. However, the masala sauce was beautiful and there was a very generous portion of mushrooms alongside this. We opted for coffees and limoncello for dessert but one hungry family member ordered the sticky toffee pudding. Nothing special, just your average pudding but quite stodgy as they sometimes can be. Overall, a very positive experience and would return. Would love to sir upstaires next time as I'm sure there would be a very lovely view of the harbour.

Five of us went for lunch. Two of us were given water glasses with lipstick stains on them. I wonder what their food hygiene rating is?

Went here with 3 friends and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The food was perfect and the ambience was great. Our waitress was amazing in every way. My only regret is that I didn’t ask for her number coz she blew me away
