my drink was forgotten, it wasn’t in the bag so it was definitely and accident since this place is always amazing for my orders

Food was lovely very tasty took quite a long time to arrive

The food was great, but i would just like to say how polite and nice the gentleman that delivered our food was! He couldn’t find the address and instead of being rude like some of your other drivers he was the opposite and it was very welcomed! Ordered 1/4/25

slightly disappointed. first time ordering and most the order was wrong. Donnor kebab had no chilli sauce as ordered and had Spinach even though we didn't ask for that. it was also really salty. the chicken kebab unfortunately didn't have chilli sauce either. We ordered Hot wings/6pc and was given plain wings. the 1pc chicken strip also came as a chicken tigh on the bone. won't be using again unfortunately.

Status of order changed to ‘delivered’ but food never showed up. Tried contacting the restaurant but the number does not connect

Had a wonderful time meeting the owner who is very friendly, had excellent service that was very quick, and the food was delicious 😊 Would recommend the pizzas too!

American hot pizza had almost no jalapenos instead they put some green peppers on it, what a joke

Ordered a classic burger, and wanted it plain due to dietary needs, the burger came with cheese on, I contacted the store to see if this could be amended, however the store was extremely rude to me and told me that I should have known it would have had cheese on because every ‘English burger has cheese on it’ I would like to point out however, nowhere does it state this burger would have cheese on, will never be ordering from here again

£13 for a chicken shish, think there was about 3 bits of chicken, rest was full of uncle Bens rice and salad. Awful.

Chicken wraps were very average, meat had a lack of flavour and the same for garlic mayo. French fries with not melted cheese on the top.

Food arrived 30 minutes late. They stated they’ve left the restaurant. Then 50 minutes later it was delivered which meant I was waiting at the door for 50 minutes… the food was freezing cold, I order mixed doner and chips and got doner and chips, even though the price is cheaper. I tried to call the restaurant but their number both on here and google is disconnected. So late delivery, food cold and incorrect order.

Just all out avoid, the pizza looked as though it was cooked two days ago and left to “mature”. The lamb gyro with chips was abismal, the chips were definitely not fresh, they had that taste that chips get when you leave them out for waaaaayy to long. And lastly the delivery was late however I did order at a daft time so there’s that. However my partners Chinese style curry wasn’t terrible.

We ordered as a takeaway, every time the meals get delivered in a different style and quality. Last night the meat was pink and all the family now has a bad tummy and sick. The lamb was very chewy as well. Won’t order again.

The portion sizes were great even the sides had a nice portion. We came as a family and the service was amazing. Very friendly people. The meat was very flavoursome and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Got a mixed kebab & a couple of pizzas. Food was ready about 15 minutes after placing the order at about 5pm. The kebab was dense, with a great meat to salad ratio. Not tried the pizzas yet but I did take a peak and they look like they'll keep me going through tomorrow as well as being quite generous with the toppings.

Everything was cold. Missing salad and a garlic dip we paid for. Such a shame. It also took over a hour to be delivered.

The food arrived cold and dry. And was all quite black and tasteless. Said it was out for delivery for 40 minutes. And arrived late so took about an hour to arrive. Didn’t eat most of it as it wasn’t very nice. Shame as was recommended.

Food was ok, however on the menu it states “Buy one pizza, get one free, Everyday” it does not state on the menu that you have to order 2 pizzas, they don’t send a free one automatically. When we rang to ask where our free pizza was we were told “it’s not rocket science, it says on the menu”. Sorry Topkapi it states nothing of the sort. we were also told we would not get a free pizza because it will cost too much to send it. Very rude staff, we will not order from here again.

£24 for a few pieces of meat! Mixed grill consisted of a few pieces of chicken chopped up. Pictures do not match what is given on the plate. Customers were vaping on the next table. Restaurant floor was like a warehouse with boxes of containers piled high. What a rip off! Avoid

Ordered a mixed kebab. The chicken was ok but the lamb doner was old and hard. It had weird taste. It went in the bin. There are plenty of kebab shops in Lincoln. Find another one.

Really lovely food and atmosphere. Portion sizes are great and they do a very good strong coffee. And a bonus, they are dog friendly. Will definitely be returning!

Great order again, kebabs are best we have had in Lincoln. Great portion of Halloumi Cheese which tasted Great.

The owner or order taker is everytime schooling the customer. He says Dont say this say that etc. He does not know that the Customer is always Right and if even something they dont like about customer its better to KEEP SILENT.

Food was cold, ordered loaded fries and only got chips and cheese which i paid £8.50 for! Chicken tikka wrap was just the normal chicken meat. Paid to add cheese to donner meat and chips and there was no cheese. Very disapponting, will not be ordering from them again.

I’m sorry topkapi I am really disappointed with my order on Saturday night. It was also my birthday on Saturday. The quality was not good at all, cold, hardly any meat, soggy bread, all mushed together in a small box. I love your food usually, but I am so upset with my order I won’t be ordering again. Unless you can provide me with what would be considered a much improved kebab. I spent £25 on a single mixed kebab. The chicken shish I ordered 2 days before, was absolutely delicious. 😫😫

fantastic food best kebab ive had in Lincoln for a long while.

I remember long ago food here was exceptional, sadly chips came half warm some half cooked like two lots had been thrown in the fryer at once. Pizza definitely overcooked so didn’t eat most of it, but thanks for the olives on it!. Maybe I picked the wrong day to quit glue sniffing?!. Will try again sometime with something different..Nothing to see here move along..

Got a takeaway from here last night - called restaurant as wanted to shower but didn’t want to miss food delivery. Spoke to the loveliest man ever, who I think thought I was getting impatient, and as a gesture of goodwill gave me a free salad, free pide bread, and a free drink! Got to meet him on delivery and he shook my hand too. The food was amazing, but the service of this place is really something else. Thank you for making my night!

Absolutely terrible, ordered a Gyros got a wrap, ordered a pizza got a garlic bread. Telephone number doesn’t work, Just Eat don’t care as long as they get your money. Won’t order through them again. Do yourself a favour with your hard earned cash people, go elsewhere!

Food was late, no communication from restaurant. Their phone number doesn’t ring through as it’s not an actual phone number, so there was no way to contact them. After waiting 20 minutes past delivery time, I got one message stating that it would be delivered at 23:10 rather than 21:45 like it should’ve been. When it arrived, the box was soaked through. Chips were undercooked and still slightly hard, and the rest of my food was cold and inedible. Should have just cancelled the order, was left annoyed and starving with no sorry from the restaurant.
