Had a few orders from this place and the food is consistently amazing, the prices are good and the staff friendly highly recommended

Absolutely disgusting I’ve been going awhile but it seems to have gone downhill every time I order it’s always the wrong one. Customer service is shocking. They shout at you down the phone I will not be spending any more money here

Ordered food via internet, order accepted . clock shows order out for delivery and then delivered . Ring Tower to say that I havent had delivery , told boss isnt here and phone put down on me. Ring again and no answer this time , used another phone and it answered . Told that were very busy so not coming with food . total joke , contacted credit card and explained situation and they have put a hold on funds Ps Now attempted to deliver food , driver really nice and said they were struggling with orders and language . Didnt accept food as they had already told me they had cancelled order

Severely undercooked had a few bites before noticing - absolutely disgusting and so glad I looked before fully eating the meal

Late delivery, but the food was great

This is a great place for pizza. Never greasy on the box. Dry, full of flavour, speedily ready and the service is fantastic, highly recommended!! We really love it. You can even eat in now!

Food is awful had few bites and was binned

Order was delivered but was incorrect. Kebab meat and onions were burnt, no salad or sauce which were asked for. Had to return Kebabs and ask for a full refund which in fairness they gave without quibble. Will not use again.

When this place first opened we tried it as its very local to us but it wasnt good or nice. BUT now its been taken over we thought we'd try it again, we had pizza, calzome and burger with chips, everyone enjoyed it and the taste was very nice. Would recommend and cannot wait to eat there again:)

Food is good if you can get it I ordered food order was accepted but not delivered after an hr no warning it would take more than an hr sat eating food but not what I wanted and telephoning didn't sell to understand me

Delivery driver was rude, shouted at me telling me my address isnt my address. Called the takeaway and they didnt seem to care and wanted me to go to the delivery driver. Food was then cold and didnt taste the best! Wont be ordering again thats for sure!

Do not order from here! It was definitely made not 'with love'. Food was delaying for very long time, it was cold and not tasty. If you want to save your money and eat good food please do not order from here!

Not one for doing reviews but hopefully I'll save someone a dissappointment of a take away. First and last time ordering from here. The pizza's are very doughy, chips were cold and the chicken wings are tiny, not worth the money. To top it off, my partner had a calzone and when she bit into it, it had a piece of broken plastic in which lucky wasn't spotted before swallowing it!! Don't waste your money 🙄

Most disgusting pizza ive ever tasted, our whole meal was inedible, especially the garlic bread. Called and asked for a refund the guy just said, just eat give you refund, i asked how he said dont know and that was it. Having previously been assistant store manager at dominos and papa johns i know about pizza, and can safely say after ordering this im more likely to eat the box. Because this is not a pizza

This is a very good takeaway.less expensive tha some of the others but absolutely fine.food.lovely and hot.no problems here.

Terrible pizza place waited outside for an hour for my food as on the text it says it arrived and didn't arrive for an extra hour then got my food I was missing items from my order and my food was cold. Would not recommend to anyone

Went there at 10.30 for some chips..only cooking pizza as they'd turned chip fryer off ; orva hos words chip machine...so hope you don't want chips with your pizza Would give 0 stars but won't allow

Ordered pizza & burger estimated time of the delivery was 8-15pm. The delivery man turned up at 11pm. Having had waited 3 hours for the food my partner refused the food and as we had already eaten something else by then. Tried to ring tower pizza no answer just eat who we used to ordered the food told us we would not get a refund £20. We will never use tower pizza or just eat ever again.disgusting service.

Always quick service and food tastes good.

For 3 weeks running now they have been at half hour late with are delivery and to top it off there were 9 pitta breads missing, 3 salads missing and no garlic mayo and chicken was like chewing leather. We place a large order with these guys every Saturday but gonna have change takeaway place now.

Since changing owners this place is where we regularly go for food. The chips are better than most proper chip shops & the kids meal deals are generous enough for an adult. Meal deal 10 is a good deal.

Normally love ordering from here but made an order last night and they messed up the drinks forgot the garlic bread and there was hair in the food.

How has this place got such good reviews? first off, the guy who delivered our food looked like a grease ball himself, barely spoke a work of English. fried chicken was essentially lumps of grease and batter, and the pizza was worse than a frozen pizza...not happy! and i would not recommend

Tower Pizza has a pretty standard fast food offering. The place is small, it's take away only, there is no where to sit inside and there's nothing about the place that would make you want to stay any longer than you have to. The staff similarly are nice enough but not terribly friendly it anything and the food was okay, again nothing special.

Best take away in Lincoln! The pizzas are good quality unlike other takeaways which tend to be greesy and soggy! Good customer service aswell
