Tower Pizza in Lincoln

Very happy with food, chips were nice with the spice, chicken burger perfect 👍🏼

Been ordering here for a while today I went to collect my food whilst waiting for my 2 chicken burgers & cheese burger I noticed the guy cooking had used the same tongues to pick raw chicken out of a bucket in a cupboard to pick our cooked burgers up if your all wondering why your ill that's why Won't be coming again for sure!

Chicken nuggets contained pepper seasoning . Didn’t say that when ordering as I am allergic to pepper seasoning . Not happy at all as I am not dealing with an allergic reaction.

Excellent food but portion sizes are really not good enough for the price. Large kebab portions need to be bigger for the price. Again food excellent

They don’t know how to speak with a Customer. You don’t have to shout at a customer or yell at them to say “We are closed” Very Rude behaviour I won’t recommend this shop to any of my friends or colleagues.

I have already complained but not received a response or refund. The wraps were drenched we ordered the chicken shish but it was chewy and crispy. Tried to upload photos but I don’t have the option anymore.

The delivery person called me outside for five minutes before he actually got to my house in the cold then the chips were cold themselves.

Absolutely disgusting I’ve been going awhile but it seems to have gone downhill every time I order it’s always the wrong one. Customer service is shocking. They shout at you down the phone I will not be spending any more money here

All honesty such a mediocre takeaway. Soggy bread on burgers and overcooked chips. Overpriced! £30 for 2 burgers drink and chicken. Restaurant completely ignored the notes and missed out the dips and spices from the chicken deal so left with dry overcooked chicken and barely a portion for one. won’t be ordering again. Gone so downhill.

food took 2hrs 5mins to arrive, spoke to restaurant, was told food was 5mins away after waiting 1.5hrs. 30 mins later it arrived. was told by driver they wasn't busy but had lost my ticket. expected fresh hot food. was greeted by warm soggy chips and cold kebab which I had to microwave. really poor service will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered food via internet, order accepted . clock shows order out for delivery and then delivered . Ring Tower to say that I havent had delivery , told boss isnt here and phone put down on me. Ring again and no answer this time , used another phone and it answered . Told that were very busy so not coming with food . total joke , contacted credit card and explained situation and they have put a hold on funds Ps Now attempted to deliver food , driver really nice and said they were struggling with orders and language . Didnt accept food as they had already told me they had cancelled order

Everything was lovely barring the tomato garlic bread. The most disgusting garlic bread I’ve had in my life, they just threw tomato puree allover the top it wasn’t edible!!!

Meat feast pizza had barely any meat and veggie one had almost no veggies. If I wanted to eat margharita pizza, then I would order a margharita. No thank you.

First time trying Tower Pizza, definitely was not disappointed. Pizza was soooo delicious and hot. My child enjoyed the chicken nuggets and fries. Delivery driver was very pleasant. Will definitely be ordering with Tower Pizza again. 🍕 😋

Food tasted great, was hot and delivered fast...... Unfortunately, we ordered 12 inch bbq chicken and 10 inch pepperoni, and both pizzas were 10 inch, so that was a bit disappointing

Food arrived early but order was wrong. No sauce, no salad & all food cold. When we rang the restaurant they was unhelpful & rude.

Chips and cheese were very bland. No flavour from the calzone apart from pepperoni. Will try again another time but in no hurry.
