The best restaurants in Kettering East Midlands

Ordered two pizzas and got both the same apparently I’m not allowed to order different pizzas. Called to ask and was rudely spoken over every time I spoke. I won’t be using this restaurant again

Their attitude to work was disgusting, the ginger lad was throwing the boxes with food in like it's rubbish when making the food even though we as customers can see this... the manager is screaming, "I can't do this. I'm closing the store, I can't do this" the short girl flicked all the old chips together and served them to me and claimed me to be a liar when I showing her that her chips are cold and dead and refused to serve me new ones even though I made my complaint upon receiving my food as I witnessed her flick old chips together and knew they were going to be cold and stale... the we're rude and inconsiderate I will never go here again, maybe I'm even done with McDonald's UK for good... the food isn't that great anymore 😕

As ever food was delicious, the asparagus starters were beautifully cooked, between our party we had a mix of mains including the lamb and the beef, omg the melt in your mouth beef! Plenty of veg to accompany and was even offered an extra jug of gravy without asking. Puddings were also excellent (although one of us was so full they kindly boxed up his dessert so he could take it home!) staff were smiling and friendly both at the bar and while seated. Great value and a great lunch for two special days rolled into one. Thanks to all the team for working so hard to make everything so lovely.

Amazing tasting kebabs and crispy chips. Great service always.

Just had a nice meal here, being a Monday evening it was quiet but the service was good and the food also good.

Spacious, great quality food! The only thing is that the Trading Post has done away with teapots and serves only cups, which is a shame. Apart from that, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious carvery. Plus, they have a dedicated dog-friendly area!

A loose coffee cup lid from another outlet, which was then shared with my shirt, resulted in a quick visit to find a damp cloth. Very grateful to the helpful staff for assisting me. I did not eat here, though it looked very clean with a good menu range

Honestly fantastc pizzas but the delivery driver had poor local knowlege and was difficult to understand when he asked for directions. Does nobody use google maps these days?

Best Chicken Doner Kebab. We order here regularly and the Chicken doner meat is always so tasty. Good portion sizes too. Ignore the low reviews on google, it’s well worth ordering from this place! Staff are always super friendly and remember our order.

First time ordering from Far East but unfortunately we won't be ordering again. Everything was well over seasoned, too much salt and sugar in most dishes. Seaweed was far too sweet and full of sugar, chicken in yellow bean sauce was far too salty, my partner couldn't finish it and this has been his favourite for years. I always order a hot & sour soup whenever I have a Chinese and this was inedible, tasted nothing like it should, worst one ive ever had. It smelt odd, like strong black pepper and tasted like it too, unfortunately I couldn't eat it. Also I must mention the egg fried rice!? Where was the egg? This also smelt and tasted like pre-made packet rice you put in the microwave. I feel you really need to adjust your ingredients.

Arrived to the store, walked through the store to the cafe, stood in the queue only to be told they are short staffed and have no hot food on. Not good enough. There are plenty of unemployed people so why aren’t they recruiting? Why is there no sign at the front of the store informing customers of the lack of service to save them walking all the way to the cafe only to be disappointed.

The shop is closed Saif on Google open and went all the way there paid cab fore nothing. The shop doesn't exist

A really lovely little spot in the middle of the Newlands, that you can easily sit back with a cup of coffee and a book and watch the world go by. The coffee is truly excellent, superb quality. Not to mention the coffee cups, they are awesome. The food is tasty and filling. All the staff were excellent friendly, especially the manager, Alex. So warm and approachable. A really lovely oasis in the newlands.

Complete waste of time don’t go to this store ! Staff standing around doing nothing .. shelves empty ! Ignorant home shopping staff parking trolleys blocking aisles .. pallets left all over the floor waiting for a claim! .. rubbish all over the floor! Self checkout staff standing in a group having a nice chat about their night out including swearing ! Ignoring the red light help calls .. don’t bother going down the home aisles all the stock is above and what stock is out has no price! Worst shopping experience I have had in a very long time I won’t be returning
