Very quick delivery, paid for extra toppings but looked like standard amount so not worth the extra money

You pay for the food so expect your food to look edible. I got 2 cheese burgers that came back to front, onion's were under the burger and the burgers were coldish, took two bites then they were cold, they were wrapped like a little boys 1st attempt at wrapping a Christmas present for his mummy. Very poor quality burger, I had 3 cheese burgers the other day and 2 of them were nicely well made and were hot, the 3rd one was full of salt I still ate it because i was starved. The chips came warmish and tasted like cardboard. I know what you are all probably thinking and yes I probably do eat McDonald's to much. Very poor food. Look at the rest of your reviews. You all need to go back to school and learn about food and why it tastes better hot and not cold. Do your staff collect stars on their badges? Has everyone got a half star. If I was the boss there I would quit. Such a rubbish experience and they even have security on the door at night. What an embarrassment of restaurant. One more thing. You have only just had a refurbishment. You need to refurbish your training.

The breakfasts are getting smaller and expensive,they're not as tasty either, I won't have another meal there. I advise you look elsewhere for a decent meal.

The burgers were huge, juicy and full of flavour. The chicken wings were crunchy and delicious. My son loved his burger. Highly recommend

Ordered x2 burgers at 7pm. Didn't arrive until 9.15pn - food very cold

Ordered my food for me and my 8yr son. There was no communication and 45mins later when I enquired about my delivery, they told me the order was cancelled. Reasons were it's to far on a Sunday... Will never use them again.

Dont waste your money! We spent 45.00 and it went in the bin....awful food, dry, rock hard inedible pizza. I loved pizza but this has put me off for life 🤮

Should have read these reviews before visiting. Met up with a friend and now handed a parking fine. Why do they even have a parking eye in that car park??? It’s nowhere near town or hospital. Disgusting. Will never visit again!

Got there 30 be mins before closing…looked like it was closed as all cakes etc were packed away, so I checked they were open. Took a bit to prepare food and drinks …a few more customers came in and were served & whilst everyone was eating the guy serving said were shut now so you all need to leave. Toilets were unclean and no toilet paper. Such an unfriendly welcome, and unlike any other Starbucks I go to, I won’t be going back!

Shocking as drinks have been left box nuggets.

Mouthy, impolite, rude, small weedy man behind the till that expects you to know where to queue when there's no signage, did me a favour tbh as it smells disgusting in there

My Quarter Pounder was stone cold, even the cheese was not completely melted. The gherkins and onions were so sparse as to be almost non existent. The fries were cold . My husband had a double cheeseburger and fries which were cold. His chocolate milk shake was pink and had the taste of a mixed strawberry and weak chocolate. The staf were very pleasant. We would never return to or recommend this restaurant . The birds ate some of the recycled food; although rather expensive bird food.

Ordered a Chinese from holiday inn absolutely apauling no wonder they don't take card or on just eat as you can claim money back the chicken fried rice was diced fridge pack chicken from a packet never had this before anywhere always been proper chicken avoid at all cost
