Good subway, friendly staff, one was a bit blunt. They weren’t shy to pack the sandwich up with salad etc. Clean environment, toilet unavailable.

Lovely friendly and efficient staff. Car park outside. Never a long wait. Takeaway or eat in.

I've taken stars away because of the failure of Subway's head office ("guest care" (which is their terminology, not mine as they DON'T seem to care!)) to reply to me, or to even acknowledge my customer feedback/complaint. It's always such a shame (in my humble opinion) to see a once great business decline and become less relevant in today's society... and the once great Subway is sinking fast! The best takeaway food you can get in my humble opinion and probably the most healthy option too. However the corporation behind the franchise is way TOO GREEDY and has recently ruined their once exceptional rewards system; it's now a rewards system where you must spend WELL OVER £100 before you can earn one free subway sandwich...

Just been into the Northfield ave m, Kettering branch, qued up with everyone else he served them got to me and tried sending me to someone else and to join the long queue again. He was very rude in the end I just walked out with out ordering for myself and family. Real bad service

Alongside this, the once vibrant and crisp vegetables now appear lackluster and less fresh, detracting from the overall taste experience. The decline in quality is concerning, especially considering Subway's reputation for fresh ingredients and customizable options. It's disheartening to see a beloved establishment fall short of expectations. While the BMT remains a shining beacon of flavor, it's surrounded by an atmosphere of disappointment due to the higher prices and diminished food quality. In conclusion, Subway Kettering has some work to do in order to regain its former glory. Reassessing pricing strategies and ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients should be top priorities. Until then, my visits may become less frequent, as I search for a more satisfying dining experience elsewhere.

Quick service friendly staff Members

Ordered a 6 inch subway turkey breast and ham today. Shocked at how small this was. Decided to take home and measure and it was 1 inch short at best. This peticular restaurant is very tight with the portions. Also ordered the wedges recently and the box looked empty I did complain but the server said it was a normal sized portion. I would suggest you try a different subway as this one although looks the best is actually the worst. I was good once but now they are joking with the portion sizes. Look for yourself as I have taken a picture.

Order through just eat this evening and it’s the first time the order has been correct. It came still warm and had a lovely compliment inside which made my day. Will definitely be coming here again

AVOID unless you want to pay more that what you need to! The food was all right but the staff was RUDE and ARROGANT! I scanned my rewards card as usual, and after payment I saw on the receipt that I was charged 38% MORE(!!!) for my footlong sub, as they decided NOT to apply my voucher. I purchased the food for more people and as they don't have a screen for the customers at the checkout, I couldn't see the individual prices charged sooner. It is clearly an active offer, as it is even presented on my receipt! Also the store I visited is a participating store, I double checked it on the website. When I asked why I got OVERCHARGED, I was told, that this is my own fault because they didn't know I have a valid offer, what they clearly DID see on the screen, as my card was scanned and as I said it is on my receipt, too... We definitely won't visit this store ever again.

We have made this our local lunch takeaway,good friendly service,fresh ingredients,healthy gluten free choices,including 6 or 12"subs for me🙂 Good value with subway reward card.

Appalling quality. Stale bread. I don’t pay £8 for a sandwich to have stale bread. Terrible service. Will never go to this store again!

Ordered via deliveroo, accepted order and payment to our address and then didn’t deliver, had to phone them 3 times with no resolution, had to drive to fetch cold food, no compensation or delivery charge refunded, no one interested in remaking the food that had been prepared for an hour, will never use again

Visits to this site is few and fair between because it is not great! Today not only did the staff not offer any kind of extras in my wife's sandwich but there was 2 hairs toasted into the bread.. Think back!!! We have decided we are never ordering from there again. Staff are there but health and hygiene has gone out the window!!! Shocking!!

Amazing guy behind at the counter, unfortunately didn't catch his name. Totally switched on. Genuinely sincere and patient with the kids, especially with the little one who isn't sure what she wants and done his best to accommodate her by putting her toppings on the side. Couldn't thank him enough for the level of service provided

Had small deal delivered, I asked for extra cheese and got no cheese at all. Sent wrong drink and roll was over toasted. Not going to order again. Very disappointing.

Nice outlet, visited while travelling to the area. Typical subway branch - staff helpful. Floor was clean and tables were cleared away quickly. All options and meal deals were explained and offered. Special needs customers arrived after us and were treated very respectfully and staff waited patiently and spoke clearly and explained then options for the service users who were with supporting staff. Well done subway!!!

Normally quite decent but this particular visit they made my order, forgot about me and 20 minutes later asked me if I wanted to order. I kicked up a fuss to find out my order was indeed done, but had been sitting on the side as the person asked to do it didn't know who it was for. Just 1 of those restaurant glitches that happens from time to time, however it was very irritating. Sure it was a one off and would happily go there again.

This is a great place for a sandwich but I do think cutting a 12inch baguette in half and selling it as a 6 inch sandwich for almost as much as the full baguette feels a little bit of rip off especially as the prices are already quite expensive. Other than that it's all all good

Got 2 hot drinks drove up to ket hospital a short way and both dinks we're not very hot we are very disappointed

Was ok but male member of staff was chatting without mask when making my sub to another staff member.

I've used subway in a few different places and this one was upto scratch with regardstothe food. The food itself was very fresh and plentiful. It wasn't bought for myself but for my wife instead, she said that it was very nice. The reason for the lost stars is that I was left standing waiting to be acknowledged let alone being served for at least 5 minutes, if there was only 1 or 2 members of staff on duty or they were stacked with customers I could understand, but there was 4 staff members and I was the only person waiting to be seen. Nice job on the food but service really let this place down.

Four adults in front of me, not a single mask worn and no exemption lanyards visible! Not challenged by the management. Very frustrating. Food is expensive and very average, I won't be going there again....

Don't order from from an app. Took over an hour, food wasn't wrapped properly. And looked like it had been messed with. Go elsewhere.

We have grown fond of our Footlong Fridays at work. Food always on point, NHS discount haphazard (I now always double check it applied) but overall experience 5* anyhow.

Very disappointing, order a meat sandwich for my colleague and a veggie salad for myself, i asked for cucumber and they put lettuce on the meat, i said no sorry no lettuce, so she picked all the lettuce of the beef sandwich and threw it back into the bowl of lettuce. Incredibly unhygienic, terrible for allergies and really cannot claim they are veggie or vegan with that obvious cross contamination so god knows what else goes on if they do that right in front of you. Will not visit again. I hope that was that employee not a regular occurrence in all stores.

Coffee and hot chocolate was watery. Meatball marinara sauce was also watery with little spice to it and the meatballs didn't taste like beef

Really good sub and prices aren't bad. Really clean eating area. Toilet had no hand soap or toilet roll which was frustrating as there wasn't many people in. The only other thing that concerns me is when there making the subs they grab the meat then grab the cheese and if a vegetarian got a sub then the cheese would be cross contaminated.

I don't know what about the food here, but not impressed with the accuracy. We found closed door on a Friday morning at five past sheven, and staff was not ready to take our order at 15 past so we left. There was only one guy, I'm not surprised he could't manage to open the whole shop alone...

Good quality but not much for vegetarians

Polite and presentable staff, they listened and got my order right. I tried the Nacho chicken sub from the saver menu. Considering the sub has the word NACHO at the beginning of it I should think there were 3 of them maximum. The crunch factor was very underwhelming! Who is saving from this sub? The place itself was very clean, toilet maintained to a good standard and it was not to busy or loud even though it was 1330. I will definitely go there again.

Friendly staff and great customer care

Every time I come to subway I find something different to eat, and now with lower calorie option you can get something tasty that fills you up and not feel guilty about what you have eaten. Tried the Nacho tacho beef today would recommend!

We eat here regularly but Sundays always feel like it's their first day to trade. Pity it's such chaos or we would be here more Sundays. Think there needs to be some management presence as staff seem lost disorganized and disinterested. Other than that rest of the week is a breeze.

Bought a sub and took it away Hang on.....

Meatballs.... served dry with 3 jalapeno pieces and a tiny sprinkling of cheese.... cheesy nachos well I had a job finding the cheese. What has happened to this place.. Having shown disappointment and telling a staff member that this is not how this dish looked on previous visits I was told in no uncertain terms that it was correct and had always been.... not true.... I have it frequently and the meatballs are served with sauce, cheese and a good sprinkling of jalapeno NOT DRY... If this is an attempt to make food stretch further then it is a great way to lose customers. No cookies with coffee any more but coffee prices jacked up and now can hardly be called coffee.. tasteless.... Sorry Subway... you need to buck your ideas up.

I won't be visiting this Subway again. While the place may be clean they are very skimpy with their salad. Seriously ... the bowl was literally only half full. I pretty sure I paid for a whole bowl!!!!

Massive queue because of a free sub promotion today. 5 stars for the staff there keeping cool and friendly under pressure. Foof is the usual Subway fare. Toilet clean, tables not wiped but probably they haven't had a chance to do it!
