Domino's Pizza in Kettering

Just ordered delivery as tired, been on the road all week and didn't want to go out on Friday to do a food shop. Ordered three large pizzas and bottle of coke, £48. Nephew answered door and took delivery. No coke. How hard can be it. Have to go out now and get a bottle of coke. Idiots

Ordered a pizza as create your own - came with no tomato base - said I ordered it wrong apparently create your own doesn’t come with tomato base? In future apparently I have to order a cheese and tomato and add the toppings. Manager was so rude - put the phone down on me at one point and continuously told me I ordered it wrong - I order that pizza the exact same way every single time - asked if I chose different toppings would it still come with no sauce - absolutely ridiculous. Will never use them again now

Ordered a pizza, ended up collecting it as they said the delivery driver had broken down and was out for delivery. Called the following morning to speak with the most ill mannered, aggressive manager. Tried to tell me I was lying about a pizza order, that the driver had tried to delivery the pizza, yet when collected the girl told me the pizza had never left. Do not use this dominos, from my experience here I will never use dominos again.

It's Domino - you go there because you know what you are getting. The lady helped me choose the right deal as we had quite a large order.

Having just phoned up and asking a very simple question are they still doing potato wedges the member of staff was struggling to answer so decided to hang up on me how rude. On previous visit when my food was cooked and ready to collect had to wait almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged which in-between what they were doing they could have simply passed it over to me but instead decided to not make eye contact or even greet me until someone else walked in from the back and did this straight away but just 10 minutes to late.

Ordered texas bbq and came with far too much cheese and wrong drink sent. Called up and told them they said will remake and send with correct drink. Second pizza came with correct drink but still swimming in cheese couldn't even see my toppings. Driver called store I told them only for manager to argue with me even though I have worked for domino's before. Avoid this one people

Working lunch - arrived late, chicken strippers weren’t cooked properly and had to be microwaved to finish off, still tasteless and inedible. The cookies? Clearly cooked in a hurry - burnt round the edges and raw in the middle. What should have been a treat ended up in the bin

Fantastic and friendly people, and amazing pizzas.

I have never spoken to anyone so abnoxious in some time. Refused to take an order well before closing time with an awful attitude.

The Pizzas are well loaded with ingredients and not just a thin layer like most other places. The food always arrives quickly and still nice and hot.

From the states yalls dominoes is just better

Walk in and get ignored for ages before someone actually acknowledges you, horrible staff and horrible atmosphere

Ordered last week and food arrived stone cold. I rang the branch and was told they could send a replacement but this would most likely be cold again. I thought this was a very odd response. The person I spoke to spoke to told us that next time we ordered they would give us a discount. I called last night to give it one last chance and was told that they no nothing about a discount. If you love your pizza cold then this is the perfect place. Worst dominoes I’ve ever used

Gone completely downhill since it first opened, food is of poor quality and you’ll be lucky if your order isn’t missing something upon arrival. Won’t be ordering again.

App said 20-30 mins for delivery, it took 90 mins. Tried to ring 7 times for updates but just kept ringing. Order arrived cold and wrong and the delivery driver refused to return with the correct food. Very disappointed, the first and last time I will be ordering from here.

Awful service, said 20-30 min delivery and waited an 50 instead, pizza came cold, texture felt like the pizza was sat on the side and got reheated. Never ordering again!!

Placed an order for collection, tracker told me it was ready, went to collect, it hadn't even been started. Asked for a refund, they refused. Very poor service.

Poor experience, aweful attitude. Didn't want to deliver to Barton Seagrave... 2.3 miles away.

Second time now it's took nearly an hour to get delivered. Both time the tracker said food was out for delivery, then changed to enjoy your food.?? What Food? Rang the store to query the whereabouts of said pizzas to be told the driver was 3 minutes away.. 15 minutes later it rocks up, and definitely not hot.. Twice this has happened now so quite possibly the last time I order from Burton Latimer.

Tried to make me wear a mask even though the server wasn’t wearing one.

Love domino’s pizzas and pleased that they always arrive so quickly. One time my dip was forgotten, so the next time when I ordered they gave me extra for free.

Staff are very easy and polite. Food as expected very good and tasty 🍕

Ordered the new Beef Doner pizza. Very disappointing. Very little beef and no sign of the “drizzled with Franks RedHot Sauce” at all. Result is a bland watery tomato pizza. See attached advertised photo and the delivered pizza.

Always come to the local domino's this time round vedy disappointing that the pizza seems undercooked, doughy and sides not to standard

We love this place, ordered twice sine it’s been open and never any complaints! Food is always fast and steaming hot, so delicious 😋 a real treat on our doorstep 👍🏻

We ordered today some pizza and we found a hair in one of them after we ate more then half. We called them to complain about it and offered to give them photos and the slice with the hair (imbedded in the cheese topping). They said they don't need any proof of it and seemed apologetic about it, at firs, offering to send us the same pizza again . They sent the pizza,the driver asked for the slice with the hair and the pizza box, and after a while we received a phone call from the manager accusing us of planting the hair ourselves. We will never order from them again. We were not after a free pizza, all we wanted was to make them aware of the fact that they should be more careful about hygiene rules.

Ordered a meal on-line. Mobile number taken for Domino to text to say meal ready for collection. Waited over an hour but no text so went to Domino. Informed Pizza had been ready for half an hour. No-one knew why I had not been texted. Pizza barely warm and had to be re-heated. Not happy. Wont go there again.

Clean efficient and quick.. would be nice if there were chairs available for those who wait in my opinion..but not a big issue as pizza was ready within 10 mins from ordering
