McDonald's in Kettering

I have disappointed about fizzy drink not have sugar. It all zero and milkshake is not available. It’s is crap worst then past. It still shame it

I went yesterday and my little girl wanted to colour in and there were no sheets left but the gentleman went and printed some Minnie Mouse ones for her. When I ordered there was a problem with the receipt coming out but the other gentleman fixed it straight away. It was a shame up stairs seating was closed as I would have sat upstairs as a preference. I would say it doesn’t matter if there are some teething issues what matters is how attentive the staff are and they made me feel comfortable and the food was made well.

Exceptionally friendly service through the Drive-Thru! Great and easy communication, with "Good Morning" and instantly answered the speaker on arrival, compared to the normal "You order'd on da app mate" and taking 1-2mins to answer the speaker while talking to their colleagues from my local McDonald's where I live.

Took 1hr 20 mins to arrive and was cold

food was cold we had to heat the chips but it wasn't very nice, very disappointed and had 3 upset children

the food came cold and the food was taken to the wrong house i demand a full refund

Was missing the smoothie, the extra veggie dippers and medium fries from the order.

Poor experience multiple times. Food left out or orders not completed as requested, not sure how its hard to double check a list infront of you! Ordered for delivery today as very unwell and order came quickly but was stone cold so therefore must be restaurant error/poor practice. Poor response when escalating everytime as there is always an an excuse with nobody holding accountability.

This venue is absolutely disgusting system update all the time not serving food is an absolute joke the slowest longest fast food service I've ever witnessed diabolical bunch of lazy people this company is an absolute joke

lovely courier, one thing my grandsons happy meal came in a sonic the hedgehog box but with a vampire ted in it , to say he was disappointed is an understatement.

Sat here 45 mins waiting for there till to be back up when eventually order lady behind window has a break down then manger comes out saying I'm rude because I said she wasn't helping get a grip won't be coming back here again avoid!

Ordered via the app when I pulled up. Once I found a table, the order was with me within 5 minutes. Food was piping hot, chips were crunchy, the only disappointment was the chocolate milkshake, you could taste a hint of strawberry in it. Other than that, all round good marks from me.

I've even told them this on the drive through before that they've got the most polite staff I've ever experienced at any mcdonalds around the country, and I visit many for my cappuccinos. Its not their fault the cups now have bad tops either or the hot drinks are overpriced, that's mcdonalds head office!

Food is shrinking the prices are going up but at least know they are serving hot food.. Not many McDonald's do this

I order a banana milk shake and when I took a drink of it I could taste strawberry! I took the top off and emptied into a glass to find strawberry ay the bottom of my banana milk shake! I am allergic to strawberries so this NOT ACCEPTABLE! I will be contact the food standards agency about this. staff training is obviously need and the importance of allergens drilled into the staff!

We sat and watched as your driver picked up our then did a drop in Burton, then went too the Orion’s Way store, then did another drop off then went too the subway by lower street and finally after having our food for 40+ minutes it finally arrived ❄️

fed up with just eat, past 5 things I have ordered have arrived cold and i never even get a full refund. this time It took 1 hour 20 minutes from order to delivery, adjusting expected time to a later one does not mean it was on time!!

24hr McDonald that’s always shut……. Always gets order wrong, never have full menu available….. and it’s always bloody closed despite stating 24hra

This McDonald's has very clean and looked after bathrooms. The parking can be tricky but I recommend this on a road trip.

didn't get the chilli dip I ordered again- says 10 to 15 min delivery 🚚 had to wait an hour-- should get discount for when it's not in the ti.e area

Food is decent when you actually get what you order. We rarely visit the Button Latimer one as you can almost always guarantee they will miss off half your order. No one ever seems to really care either. Missed off a burger from a meal and coke was ice tea coloured and tasted like fizzy water, called up to be told he knows he’s just changed it , well a bit late isn’t it. Quality control is terrible.

It was very clean. Can't say much for the service as you order yourself at a booth, and all the staff do is shout your number - from a service perspective. The food there is as you would expect from a McDonald's. The McPlant is delicious, and it was made well.

Freezing cold delivery. The delivery drivers are given too many meal deliveries in one go and so I’m left with a cold food delivery 20 minutes after it leaves McDonald’s. Unacceptable snd and a refund of £1 something don’t really cut it .

Ordered breakfast, this morning. The food always tastes good and well cooked but so many times there are items missing which ruin a couple of things! Today it was... Pancakes and sausage with syrup....minus the syrup, so dry pancakes..my 8 year old was very unimpressed!!! Porridge with sugar...minus the sugar, I only use one sachet to add a little sweetness, and currently don't have sugar at home, so was a bit bland without! There was no spoon for the porridge and no knife and fork for the pancakes! The whole point of delivery is to provide everything for convenience! Not good!! Why is nobody thoroughly checking each order before it is sealed for delivery?? Trying to phone and complain but never answer the phone..just let it ring off! Useless!!!

Very very cold and was given the wrong sauce and there seemed to be a lot of chips missing

latte was tipped over and had soaked bottom of paper bag and was Dripping all over the floor as the drriver handed it to me. and its not the first time it has happened. food and drink getting more expensive now and cant afford to pay out for nothing

Very clean great cleaners and workers all really nice this place is great compared to other McDonald's. Would recommend going in and ordering just to meet the nice staff.

i ordered a delivery to my house at 1:20 and it came at 3:20 took them 2 hours and 10 minutes they kept changing my delivery driver 5 times. when they came my food was cold and the drinks have spilt everywhere

Went close to midnight so it was nice and quiet, unfortunately the staff seems to think they can get away with sloppier service since it's so late and the food ("Mc Rib") was just disappointing...

I ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets and the only thing that came inside of it was the fries.

Really friendly staff and restaurant was clean stopped for EV charge also on site there 4 Points.

Ignoring delivery area, seems like they don’t care or have no time for it, if you have no time for it why you sending requests, I know that it is beneficial for you that drivers wait 10-20 minutes for an order for free, of course who cares about drivers

Our order was missing cheesy bites and the food was cold. The chips were not nice to eat, tasted rubbery.

The establishment was clean and tidy but the coffee is awful. The first coffee we ordered just tasted like hot milk so I returned it to the counter assuming there might be a coffee machine malfunction or lack of beans? The replacement coffee was the same, not very nice at all. Please can you put some coffee in your coffee, it is so weak it is not drinkable.

It's a McDonald's, what do you expect, except this one was spanking new at Wellingborough interchange and had nice seats outside. Open 24/7 and clean

The food was lovely for once, but the delivery experience was quite disappointing. The driver didn't say anything and stood on my driveway talking on the phone, even though he saw me standing at my door. He then pointed his phone in my face to type the number in, and didn't even give me time to grab the food out of his hand before walking off. He didn't say a word to me, just plain rude

Every time I order something is missing last 3 times it was always missing something once chicken nuggets from happy meal 2nd time mozzarella dippers and today water from happy meal! Is it so hard to double check before the order is sent? Clearly people don’t care about customers. It’s getting annoying and I am not usually the one to complain but it’s getting on my nerves now. Oh and I got coke with no coke just brown water.. Joke.

Staff is ridiculously lazy, disrespectful and a complete and utter shame. -Drive through -Simple order of 4 double cheeseburger and a mcspicey meal. -1 car in front -paid -next window -got the drink then waited 9 minutes when a muppet from behind a window had a brass neck to ask me to move to the next window so they can serve others. (I’d like to mention that 4 of them were next to the window laughing joking doing absolutely nothing) Of course I refused to move. I’m not an idiot to move to let them serve easy orders while mine gets pushed back cos from that moment is not a rush. Then…. Instead of rushing to get my order ready (12mins since the order at this moment) the manager rather gave me refund just to show his dislike towards my unhappy behaviour wasting another 4 mins and holding up everyone behind. The place and the mainly the staff is an Absolute disgrace !!!TRY TO AVOID!!!!!

Soggy cold chips, one small pickle slice, served on the side of the burger (which was cold). Staff arguing in the toilets. Sprite so weak it was flavoured water and shake was in a dirty cup (picture). Never, ever again!

It is an amazing 24/7 drive through which is 2 floored & also has a lift inside for Disabled People. The drive through is a lot better due to them asking at the first window if this is your order, it's done like that now so they get everything correct. If you use the McDonald's App then you get a decision on what you want to do & Claim Free Coffee's off the App too. If you Dine In you can also charge your Mobile Phone. You also can order off Just Eat now from the Restaurant. If you have an Electric Car you can also charge it while your there but the only issue with parking is that some people park in the Click & Serve part which isn't really allowed but it's a shame there isn't a bigger car park for everybody

Absolutely useless. On 3 of last 4 visits at drive thru they've missed an item. More concerned with having a laugh, which would be fine if they'd paid attention at same time. Go to the one at Kettering South instead.

food was 40 minutes late and cold. Delivery driver was clearly dropping other orders off beford mine, as the tracker was not n the direct road once confirmed on the way.

Food took over an hour to arrive (I live 5 minutes away) and was stone cold. I took the order back to the restaurant and asked for fresh. Manager was good and replaced order but on arrival back home, he had forgotten the fries!! 🤦🏼‍♂️
