Really clean place and fast service

It was very clean. Can't say much for the service as you order yourself at a booth, and all the staff do is shout your number - from a service perspective. The food there is as you would expect from a McDonald's. The McPlant is delicious, and it was made well.

Ordered breakfast, this morning. The food always tastes good and well cooked but so many times there are items missing which ruin a couple of things! Today it was... Pancakes and sausage with syrup....minus the syrup, so dry pancakes..my 8 year old was very unimpressed!!! Porridge with sugar...minus the sugar, I only use one sachet to add a little sweetness, and currently don't have sugar at home, so was a bit bland without! There was no spoon for the porridge and no knife and fork for the pancakes! The whole point of delivery is to provide everything for convenience! Not good!! Why is nobody thoroughly checking each order before it is sealed for delivery?? Trying to phone and complain but never answer the phone..just let it ring off! Useless!!!

i ordered a delivery to my house at 1:20 and it came at 3:20 took them 2 hours and 10 minutes they kept changing my delivery driver 5 times. when they came my food was cold and the drinks have spilt everywhere

Went close to midnight so it was nice and quiet, unfortunately the staff seems to think they can get away with sloppier service since it's so late and the food ("Mc Rib") was just disappointing...

Really friendly staff and restaurant was clean stopped for EV charge also on site there 4 Points.

It's a McDonalds, it serves burgers and chips there, hot and in reasonable time

Ignoring delivery area, seems like they don’t care or have no time for it, if you have no time for it why you sending requests, I know that it is beneficial for you that drivers wait 10-20 minutes for an order for free, of course who cares about drivers

Rushed through drive through, messed up order and still on the second attempt couldn't get it right, just go anywhere else

The saver meal was hard and the chips were like scraps ..🤮🤮🤮🤮

It's a McDonald's, what do you expect, except this one was spanking new at Wellingborough interchange and had nice seats outside. Open 24/7 and clean

The food was lovely for once, but the delivery experience was quite disappointing. The driver didn't say anything and stood on my driveway talking on the phone, even though he saw me standing at my door. He then pointed his phone in my face to type the number in, and didn't even give me time to grab the food out of his hand before walking off. He didn't say a word to me, just plain rude

Ordered my food at 6pm and arrived at 7:03 pm, food was stale and cold. I will not be ordering from here again

Every time I order something is missing last 3 times it was always missing something once chicken nuggets from happy meal 2nd time mozzarella dippers and today water from happy meal! Is it so hard to double check before the order is sent? Clearly people don’t care about customers. It’s getting annoying and I am not usually the one to complain but it’s getting on my nerves now. Oh and I got coke with no coke just brown water.. Joke.

Staff is ridiculously lazy, disrespectful and a complete and utter shame. -Drive through -Simple order of 4 double cheeseburger and a mcspicey meal. -1 car in front -paid -next window -got the drink then waited 9 minutes when a muppet from behind a window had a brass neck to ask me to move to the next window so they can serve others. (I’d like to mention that 4 of them were next to the window laughing joking doing absolutely nothing) Of course I refused to move. I’m not an idiot to move to let them serve easy orders while mine gets pushed back cos from that moment is not a rush. Then…. Instead of rushing to get my order ready (12mins since the order at this moment) the manager rather gave me refund just to show his dislike towards my unhappy behaviour wasting another 4 mins and holding up everyone behind. The place and the mainly the staff is an Absolute disgrace !!!TRY TO AVOID!!!!!

cold when arrived and no sauces

It is an amazing 24/7 drive through which is 2 floored & also has a lift inside for Disabled People. The drive through is a lot better due to them asking at the first window if this is your order, it's done like that now so they get everything correct. If you use the McDonald's App then you get a decision on what you want to do & Claim Free Coffee's off the App too. If you Dine In you can also charge your Mobile Phone. You also can order off Just Eat now from the Restaurant. If you have an Electric Car you can also charge it while your there but the only issue with parking is that some people park in the Click & Serve part which isn't really allowed but it's a shame there isn't a bigger car park for everybody

Absolutely useless. On 3 of last 4 visits at drive thru they've missed an item. More concerned with having a laugh, which would be fine if they'd paid attention at same time. Go to the one at Kettering South instead.

Soggy cold chips, one small pickle slice, served on the side of the burger (which was cold). Staff arguing in the toilets. Sprite so weak it was flavoured water and shake was in a dirty cup (picture). Never, ever again!

food was 40 minutes late and cold. Delivery driver was clearly dropping other orders off beford mine, as the tracker was not n the direct road once confirmed on the way.

Food took over an hour to arrive (I live 5 minutes away) and was stone cold. I took the order back to the restaurant and asked for fresh. Manager was good and replaced order but on arrival back home, he had forgotten the fries!! 🤦🏼‍♂️

Was very satisfied, always come for a quick snack before continuing down the A14, but few weeks ago I was spoken to by someone who did not sound bothered, that part of service wasn't very good and wasn't professional but now when I go I get a nice greeting from the staff and service with a smile, highly recommended

The order was late and the two drinks I ordered spilled EVERYWHERE. My children had nothing to drink with they food! I also tipped the courier - Never again!

I’ve never constantly been disappointed by a McDonald like this one the workers are great but milkshakes are never available - I literally choose to drive to a further McDonalds just to be satisfied

i visited this mcdonald’s and i ordered some food. when i returned home after a 30 minute walk i realised we did not receive our chicken selects. when we called we were sworn at for “harassing” and “prank calling”. this had left my kids very upset bescause of the vulgar language used. not impressed at all. customer services needs to be improved.

Order was late, cold soggy chips and missing an item when arrived!

forty five mins late and you don't bring the dessert! happened about three times now!

Not Happy as no Latte . the driver said it was not fit to deliver but someone would bring me another after reportingf it in. but as usual no Latte delivered. It`s becoming a habit now that something is either missing or drink spilt all over order.

I ordered through Uber on 4/8/24, a worker from McDonald's called me and apologised stating they had no hot chocolate and if I would like anything else, I said it's not to worry and an orange juice would be great! My order arrived not long after and they had given me 3 bottles of orange juice! The lady on the phone was very apologetic and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me, thankyou so very much to the lady I spoke to on the phone and the workers, brilliant customer service and friendly staff 👏

Called in for coffee, which was good. Asked for a glass of water with it and none available except to buy a bottle. Not OK.

Never received order was delivered to wrong house and no one was able to tell us where!

Chips were all burnt and stone cold burger was just slumped together really poorly made with a hard bun and all over the place and cold and my drink had leaked all in the bag and was left with half a cup

if I could give 0 stars I would we ordered tonight collected it drove all way home to finedon to open our food to find black burnt bits all over our burgers tasted disgusting chips was like cardboard we threw it in bin as wasn't wasting fuel to come bk and get replaced as wasn't having same food again

UPDATE JUNE 2024 This is the Mcds to go to if you're on a diet, as the hamburgers have shrunk severally, and look like they've been stamped on. More like a hamburger bite than an actual burger. I even ordered a second one to be sure, and this again, was a tiny squashed mess. The chips were also half an empty carton ! Service was very slow too. Very disappointing! I didn't expect gourmet food, but this is the worst Mcds food I've ever had. Fairly new building. Gets very busy at peak times and parking is limited. To note, there are electric charge stations, and availability for up to 6 cars to charge at once. Drive through available but often long queues... easier to get out and walk.

Quick service and polite driver

The wrong items were delivered by the driver. We could not get correct items delivered without re ordering. Just eat you have 9nly offered to refund the cost of food £8+ when the actual cost with delivery wad £12+. Given we have food we don't want that cannot be returned and not received the items we did want at the drivers error. We should receive full refund for food and services and delivery.

They took the long way round, it’s cold, we ordered 1 banana milkshake and 1 ice latte and we got 2 iced lattes

Waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. When it did turn up everything was stone cold. Rather my order just be cancelled than served that.

I used the drive through and it was quite fast considering it was lunch hour and there were a lot of people,the staff were very friendly

Probably the nicest mcdonalds I've been to in a while. Really clean, everyone had hairnets, badges and the area was well kept. The staff took rapid action when some antisocial youths were ruining it for the younger kids in the playland area outside. Good to see the staff taking action and not turning a blind eye 👍 great store ! Food was hot, fresh and the correct portion (as a former AM I can confirm they are great!)

The children hope never to have to be taken to this mcD again. Too much ice in the drinks ,so it tasted like water. Ran out of cheese, ran out of milkshake, not enough parking, long wait.

I can’t remember the last time they got an order right. We order from here occasionally as our young daughter likes a happy meal, but there is always something missing. Ordered breakfast today (delivery by Uber was fine) but yet again there was a missing meal. I would avoid this McDonalds.

food was absolutely disgusting cold. fries tast like there are a week old, chicken so rubbery tasts old, delivery driver left food on the door step didn't ring the bell drinks on there side leaking when I picked the bag up it went all over my carpet. not happy totally poor food quality and poor delivery.
