Really good service. EV chargers are a bit too expensive located in the parking area.

Pre pubescent acne-ridden virgin teens were hooting and hollering and throwing drinks everywhere. You could tell they came from poverty. No staff doing anything about it. Tried to fight my father and intimidated my mother and made her uncomfortable, they're both too old to be dealing with such unwarranted disrespect

Went through the drive through and it was lovely. A man ordered 16 dips all but one BBQ. Inspirational.

Lovely place, great atmosphere. Food was hot and served quickly even though we had a big order. Extra points because they were able to quickly provide allergy menus and were happy to exchange a winner card for something else as original weren't in stock.

We had a really nice meal at this restaurant and at the end tried to participate in a competition for a free meal this did not work. Not to mention the charging points were not in use and not working in general. We wanted to tell the McDonald's company how they did as per the receipt asked. However, that site wasnt working either so we were unable to leave a comment. Other than this incident the food was lovely!

Wow just had grilled chicken salad Ann’s disappointed ☹️ is the only thing I can say 1 piece of tomato 2 slices of cucumber and 10 lettuce leaves and 1 and half pieces of grilled chicken the packet of dressing was bigger than my salad 👍

So this was very clean and tidy, toilets smelt lovely as well. Service fast as you'd expect. Handy wireless chargers and neat little working booths.

Closed entrance that faces car park is confusing and annoying when it’s cold and raining.

Just poor in terms of speed of service. Also not sure why the food delivery folks like to stand right in your personal space whilst you wait for your food. Need a separate door for this not all hanging around the counter in the way. Often mistakes with food order or forget to add napkins or straws. Better atmosphere now it has had a face lift. Staff hanging around the tree outside smoking, shouting, swearing on breaks not the best look either. But it's Maccies so they can never do any wrong, right???

Waited over an hour for delivery, food came stone cold, McFlurrys melted, rang store to ask for new food and that we would collect, snotty nosed mare on the phone ‘nothing we can do’ £40 of food in the bin.

Boss was screaming at his staff then stood out front vaping and moaning outside for like 30 mins but the food was really good and the maccies was quiet so no need for it

Bulk standard McDonald’s drive through, food is exactly what you would expect. I will state that the staff manning the window were absolutely excellent for 02-30, kind, helpful people.

Last week, ordered breakfast and it never turned up. This week, decided to give them one more try. How stupid were we! Order wrong, missing items and when we phoned the store, we were told it was our fault! We don’t work there so how can we get the order wrong and forget to put items in??? Pre ordered my food with a code. Got to drive through and order not even on the system. Manager put my order in wrong. I paid for a large meal and got a medium one instead! Not Mc Happy!

Avoid this one, when the main one is kettering near the big tescos closes just consider other options as this one is just terrible, maybe because its so busy & the staff are all just kids who are most likely struggling to keep up with the extremely fast paced environments. I asked for extra cheese and tartar sauce in my FISH-FILLET… so WHY ON EARTH DID THEY ADD BACON TO IT?

Helpful and friendly staff, the food was good and didn't have to wait long.

Took a pitstop here on a trip and had an overall good experience. The food was fresh and came out quickly and the staff were friendly. It was lunch time on a Saturday and there were still lots of seats available!

Total morons!! Forgot 5 children’s chips! Not the first time either. Why don’t you check the bloody orders! Management ciearly aren’t checking their staff are doing their job properly! Disappointed children at dinner time isn’t fun. They’re hungry but now I have to cook some blinking chips to go with it as no one answers the phone there either! Get pizza instead!

Drive through breakfast was served within a reasonable time and the staff, unlike at other McDonald’s, were kind and gave you eye contact unlike at other restaurants where you’re often treated like an inconvenience!

Went there with our little granddaughter! She loved it!

Service at "breakfast" is hit and miss. Have successfully ordered breakfast at approx 0445hrs for weeks. Then one day told breakfast not available at 0450hrs, so ordered a cheeseburger instead. Then had to wait at drive-thru 'til 0510 to get my order (which is ironically 10 minutes after they start serving breakfast!). Drive thru consistently takes over 10-15 minutes to sort breakfast out.

Food was warm when it came to our table but service was a bit slow.Considering not that busy when visited.

I rarely go to maccys. Chips are soggy and like wet lettuce food is rarely hot and never looks like the advertising. I eat when I have no other choice.

1 start is over generous. Ordered a plain triple cheeseburger and what do you know like normal can't get the orders correct. So went back and tried to change it for a plain one and it was coming to an end of main menu to goto the overrated breakfast menu. So they couldn't make me a beef burger as they was changing this was at 4.15am by the way. They could only offer me 2 chicken burgers what the cost was lower than my original price I paid. Cost of living and all. So definitely not happy after a long 12 hour night shift

Useless as a stop in at the early hours of the morning as you can only go through the driver through so can't freshen up. Clearly they have safety concerns. Food was a bit odd tasting.

Good place, they were a bit slow on serving (just for a mcflurry) but then it was semi-busy.

This is a very busy place,it has plenty of parking and tables outside, with sun umbrellas, but you can eat inside if you want to. Very clean toilets and table's and excellent customer service. Attentive staff.

Charlie one of the managers is an absolute legend and literally a life saver. Uber messed my order up and due to ongoing technical issues that they don’t know when will be fixed couldn’t resolve it. After speaking to Charlie and explaining to him the issues with Uber and that my 5yr old daughter was a type 1 diabetic and had been given insulin for the meal & drink he replaced the missing milkshake (which I couldn’t just buy because you can’t buy small milkshakes on its own). I honestly cannot thank him enough for his understanding of my frustrations and the importance of the carbs when it came to my daughters diabetes.

I had double sausage breakfast whatever the bloody things called with a latte, it was nice. Just don't make a habit of it..lol.. you'll get fat...

Drive thru takes an age. One out of the three chicken selects was uncooked... threw it away. Avoid unless you're having an unavoidable McAttack.

Bacon roll was just fat. Syrup missing from pancakes. No milk or stirrer brought with hot drink. I overheard 2 other customers complaining about items missing too

Food is standard. The service here is honestly terrible. If you're in the drive through you will be sat there for a lot longer than others. A fair few times they have got my order wrong or completely given me someone else's food without me even noticing until I'm already home. I'd recommend going to the Mc donalds in the Retail Park in Kettering where possible.

We ordered fine, but they forgot our drinks, blonde girl was rude (don’t her name) ignored me when i went in. Andrew was nice and finally got our drinks. Took too long to get our drinks. Rude service will never come again!!😡😡

McPlant was a waste of money. I would give zero stars for the McPlant. My kids had burger and chicken nuggets which were ok. Coffee was alright. Fries were good
