Pizza Hut Delivery in Kettering

Yea don’t worry guys we will cook the pizza for you. 35 mins late and not fully cooked. You guys shouldn’t even be allowed to run a bath. Pathetic!

Don't risk eating here if you're vegan. They will send you dairy cheese and try to convince you it's vegan. The manager is a complete disgrace and was beyond rude to my husband. Instead of admitting his mistake he tried to convince us to eat it. The difference between dairy and non dairy cheese is obvious to anyone, vegan or not. Take your business elsewhere. Utterly disgusting behaviour.

I Have worked at this pizza Store for 3 Months and they didnt give my pay. The Manager Nilujan is So rude and Favor sri lankan people over their he is a bully and take my pay. He make me do training for 3 days without pay and then he said you have to work for more 7 days without pay. In Total They Didnt Pay Me £300. Worst Experience and Careless manager. I Have talked to area manager also regarding This But No Action Taken When i demand my money Nilujan started Decreasing My working hours and made me leave the store.

Order food at 6 stated it was coming at 7 still waiting at 19.35 rang loads time yet driver is on way

Got sent completely wrong order, tried to call store, took 11 attempts before they answered. Refused to process a refund. No apology. Disgusting service

They are always late for the delivery and by the time food reaches you it will either be cold or soggy. This hut rely on the third party drivers even if you placed order from pizza hut website.

Ordered pizza collection online. On the arrival the guy apologised for making wrong pizza so waited another 15 minutes to get the right one done. Eventually got away with 2 pizzas for the price of 1! They gave me the wrong one as a sign of apology, so cannot fault them. That was a good piece of management and making client satisfied on the spot.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, order for delivery placed, order didn’t turn up, when phoning to enquire where order was, were told nothing to do with restaurant, we had to contact deliveroo who they were using to deliver, no apologies, nothing , disgraceful service and attitude.

I will never go back there and will not order Why, because I came in person with my child and wanted to order a pizza I waited 6 minutes for someone to serve me, no one did. I left there empty-handed they have time to chat for nothing else.

The food was late, the food was cold and dried up. The pizza had no flavour, hardly any cheese / tomato on it. The side were cold and dry. We tried to raise the issue with the customer service team. Who issue a less than 50% goodwill voucher. Refusing to understand our point of view. We ended having to make our own dinner. No refund or voucher of full cost provided.

Ordered a sause free pizza due to being allergic! Wrote down no sause please and they gave me sause and then said it showed up with I ticked sause option when I didn't. Poor service poor everything. Mine and my partners pizza was burnt. Wouldn't let my worse enemy eat from here.

ZERO STARS Absolutely disappointed! Was really looking forward to having this cheesy garlic tear and share all day. This is what they sent … dough. I called rockingham road Pizza Hut Kettering. They really didn’t care and made it out as it is supposed to like this. On the phone, they can’t do anything and just call customer service 😩

Disgusting customer service. We ordered two pizzas and only one was correct. When we called to ask for a replacement they said it would be delivered. After an hour we called to chase up our order and spoke to an extremely rude member of staff who refused to replace our order as the kitchen was closed and claimed that we had collected it. He hung up the phone every time we asked for a refund or replacement

Thieving shop. Didnt deliver order, then wouldnt let me collect as they put it in the bin and refused a refund.

Not giving the review for quality of products or offers. Tried to change one of the pizza's from my order as per advice to call . No answer and hang up from the other side. Unable to contact in any other way. If you don't have the option to change anything from yoyr order at least to be informed. Otherwise why anyone should waste time on a call with no answer?

Ordered pizza at 3.30pm to be delivered at 5.30pm its 6.10pm still waiting 40 minutes late at the moment nobody awnsering phone

Food was not nice at all, forgot half the order and then when came to deliver forgot part of it again. Cookie dough was burnt and food was undercooked. Think staff are just unbothered.

Awful service, DO NOT USE! Placed an order over £120 at 10am for 1pm, turned up over an hour late and 5 pizza's missing. Tried more than 30 times to contact the Hut with no one ever answering the phone. Complained to Pizza Hut customer services and they emailed me 3 times in the space of a week to say they'd not been able to get hold of the Hut either. Still not received a refund a week later!

Last couple of deliveries taken over 90 minutes and food lukewarm. They used to be my goto , now I'm not sure I'll bother again

Peter was a very nice man and very polite. The food was great and quick, too. The shop was clean and tidy.

Don't order from here. Just don't even bother. Read the reviews, it's all true. Terrible customer service and disgustingly long wait times. Pizza is usually cold, something is usually missing and you never see a refund and their complimentary item they give you is one small pathetic 30ml pot of what they like to call ice cream. Order your pizza from some random pizza joint in Japan and it will come quicker.

I ordered from here presuming it would be the same as the restaurant take away, it wasn't unfortunately so I had to go back out and collect a new pizza from the restaurant in Kettering.

Pizza was 2 hrs late, no appology, just said they couldn't find my house and that they couldn't call me. And when It finally arived the pizza was disappointing anyway.

Everytime I call to get a delivery or go through there app the delivery is closed! When I call up there rude and just tell you to go through deliveroo or Uber eats but it makes it more expensive and the deals aren't on! Fed up of pizza hut now

Hit and miss, had to wait over 90 minutes for a pizza this time but on previous occasions service has been good, last time it was half and hour to wait and they gave me free ice cream to apologise, pizza is always excellent however.

Created my own pizza and they made it exactly how I wanted it. Thanks guys!

Ordered online via the Pizza Hut website. Was worried about the food after realising the order was automatically set to this location because of the reviews. The deliver came 5 minutes before the set time, the pizza was still warm, and tasted quite good. The food here has improved since the last time I ordered here which was pre-covid time.

Diabolical service. placed an order at 18:00 and an hour and a half later received a phone call saying you order was running late, and would be at least another hour, they'd already taken payment and he said he couldn't refund, next to impossible to get any response from Pizza Hut, if you're in Kettering do yourselves a favor and use Pizzatime or Papa John's

Poor service on the phone. Advised to order online as they were busy, no worries, but could not add extra toppings on the deal on the website, so decided to call back. Staff were obviously advised that try and route orders online, and this guy was not bothered. So just gave up!!

Food was nearly cold when it arrived at my house. Order was an hour late from delivery time, no apology from driver for being late so will not be ordering or eating with this restaurant chain ever again.

Collection. Both pizzas under cooked and chips where not cooked. Both did not taste great.

Ordered delivery online 7.30pm today and it came hour later with nachos missing. Driver sincerely apologised and returned with nachos but why order online if you get it an hour later. When I called I was told they are busy - busy when I put order in at 6pm ! Poor service after go in wait 20mins than order online.

Iceland is a stone throw away and 10 times cheaper. Really not worth the price for cold pizza.

Took hour and half to arrive and was barely warm. Crusts burnt. The reviews aren't a lie, don't bother ordering from here.

Money came out my account for my order but they said they have no recollection of it so refused to give it to me. So the money is gone and no pizza... appalling

Turned up over an hour late. 1 hour 40 in total. No surprise that it was almost stone cold and taste like seasoned cardboard. Crust was really not great either and generally just a very woeful pizza and service. Definitely will not be ordering again.

After waiting 1 hours 20 mins for a delivery I got cold, sweaty food, and the the wrong drink. The promise of a refund in 10 days is also slow to appear (nearly a month now). The place is a hole, and even at its best, the pizza is only just passable.

Used to be OK-ish place, orders took up to 30 min, but now it's an absolute joke - second time in a row 90 minutes waiting and still nothing, I literally live 3 roads from the place. Rang them up and I could tell straight away that they are making excuse after excuse. Appalling service.

Shocking customer service, stood at the counter for ten minutes before having to shout to the staff who kept walking past and looking at me for someone to come out and serve me. I asked for my order and the guy just walked off returning a few minutes later and told me to check it was right.

Delivered the wrong pizza. I ordered a create your own with several toppings, they delivered margarita! When I phoned to complain the guy just said sorry we were too busy to notice! Said he would get someone to ring me but never did Absolutely useless!!...

Credit where credit is due! The kids normally order from the other place, last night however, I was in charge, Excellent! Being a relative newcomer to the area I didn't realise that Kettering had a pizza hut delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Ordering online was simple, we ordered a deal and I was very happy that we were able to chose in the deal the italian crust. Delivery was within 40 minutes by a lovely young lady and arrived toasty hot. Pizza, was lovely, thin crust, tasty toppings and just the right balance of flavour and not oily at all. Unlike the usual delivery (the other place) we were left feeling satisfied without the stuffed horrible feeling. Ham and pineapple was delicious, and also gets the thumbs up from the 5 year old (enjoying a slice for her lunch, normally not a fan). BBQ chicken, loaded with meaty topping and not overloaded with cheese on the thin crusty Italian base. So well done Pizza Hut Kettering - in one fare swoop you've converted a house hold and stopped my dreaded response (when the kids want pizza) of ....Pizza REALLY do we have to?
